Pickup parking

The ABSOLUTE WORST customer service ever. As I type this I've been waiting for 2 hours and 15 minutes to pickup my grocery order. I received a message saying there was a two hour delay in my order so once the order ready message was received I headed up to the store Upon my arriving 19 of the 20 spots weee filled, number 11 was blocked off due to construction. I checked in on the app and then waited and waited and waited After three unanswered calls to the pickup line: 843-718-4173 also the number on the picture I went to the door to see what was going on Was told they were short handed which I can understand but make the effort to communicate this to the 19 people waiting and others that continue to pull into the pickup area Numerous cars left to then be replaced by other cars taking their spot to play the waiting game Once finally speaking to someone I asked what happens at 8 since that is the advertised closing time. The young man said I'm not sure, my shift is over at 8 and I'm leaving Thank you Wal-Mart for hiring such a standup staff to be the face of your customer experience. I understand you are a low cost leader in the industry but this is unacceptable customer service regardless of your position in the marketplace.

Walmart has propane.

I've been waiting one hour for a Curbside pick up. This store is terrible. I would give it zero stars if I could.

Well, organized store in Moncks corner much better than goose Creek. The selections of meats were great.

Walmart is a joke. 2 registers open. Self check out does not take cash. 3 items to bandage a bloody leg. Have to stand in line 20 minutes.

I recently had another wonderful experience at my local CVS Pharmacy on University Ave., and I…read moretruly cannot say enough good things about this store and its team. The pharmacy staff -- including the pharmacists and technicians -- are consistently professional, knowledgeable, and kind. A special thank you to the pharmacy manager, Jasper Wolfe, who truly goes above and beyond in managing my Type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, Arthritis, and high cholesterol medications. He takes the time to carefully review my prescriptions, check for potential drug interactions, and provide thoughtful guidance on over-the-counter products. Jasper is always helpful, informative, caring, and compassionate. What stands out even more is how proactive he is in helping me save money. He searches for manufacturer's coupons and adds them directly to my profile so I can benefit from the savings. He helped me get the Veoyah card for my hot flashes. The prescription is $700 per month but with insurance, my monthly co pay is $75 per month. With Jasper's help my Veozah prescription costs me only $30per month. Today, Jasper helped me to save $25 on my Ozempic monthly prescription. In today's economy, that level of attention and care is deeply appreciated. The front store team is equally impressive. The employees are consistently positive and helpful, making sure I know about sales and reminding me when I can apply my ExtraBucks. The store itself is always clean, well-stocked, and welcoming. The front entrance is beautifully decorated with the latest holiday theme and live plants. Lottery is also sold at this location. There is plenty of parking in the front and the side of the store. This store also has a drive thru which is really helpful and convenient. This is hands down my favorite CVS store in South Carolina. I am grateful for the exceptional service and genuine care I receive every time I visit. I highly recommend. Service 5/5 Prices 5/5 Location 4/5 Parking 5/5 Personnel- The entire staff gets 5 from me!

They had a large hair care selection and seemed to be well stocked of natural hair products. The store was not crowded and check out was a breeze. This location is in a high traffic area so getting in and out may be challenging during morning or evening rush hour. FYI

Another Bad Experience met with an Attitude and overtalking!…read more I paid for 3 prescriptions on the App for the pre-paid express pick-up. Hubby picked them up and a prescription was filled that I didn't request nor paid for. Isn't this a violation??!! I had to argue with a worker on the phone just so I could explain my dilemma. She insisted on overtalking me. I did not fill my Rosuvastatin nor did I pay for it (its a lot more expensive than my prescription). I don't want it.. I have a full bottle on my night stand.. I need my Naproxen, I just began walking unassisted yesterday after 19 weeks nwb with a Pilon Ankle Fracture. I have titanium plate and 10 long 5.5 inch screws. The swelling and pain is unbearable. I tried to reorder the Naproxen Sodium but the APP showed I wasn't eligible for a refill until 8/18, the last time ir was filled was 6/22. July was obviously skipped. We drove to the store to explain the situation, Gabby helped us. With Gabby's help, I was I was able to order my Naproxen Sodium. We trashed the Rosuvastatin since it's against the law to return prescriptions(Terrible waste of money and pills someone could benefit from.) I received a notification on the CVS app it's ready for pick up and it's billing me the same $15 I paid on August 3rd. GRRRRRR!! Can you imagine if the medication I needed was for a life threatening illness??!! Almost always an issue here. Time to transfer all of my business to another CVS. 6yrs of issues.

Big Walmart, grocery section and standard items, a bit messy on product displays - items all over…read morethe place and difficult to find slippers of the right size on the shelving area. Reasonable prices and line at the self-checkout register was very long - and all the way at one end. I would like to add that, in agreement with most of the other reviews, not only is the the store…read moredirty and poorly-stocked most times, in addition to the employees being rude, many of them CAN NOT SPEAK ENGLISH! Nothing pisses me off more than that, as I can handle the other problems, such as washing off my products when I get home. I get the feeling that the non-English-speaking employees, if not having outright resentment for American, English-speaking customers, could care less about helping them. The times I have shopped at this store and overheard two or more employees prattling on in a foreign language, usually south of border dialects, I can not begin to count. When, however, a customer needs assistance by asking in English, he/she may get a slight smile from the employee muttering in Spanish or very broken English that he/she has no idea of what you are asking him/her. The next time this happens, I have made my mind up to demand of that employee to fetch his/her supervisor so that I can complain further. By the way, this is not the only Walmart with this problem, as nearly all Walmarts in the Tri-county area have the same hiring practices----if one is brown and has mobility, then one is hired. Non-English-speaking individuals wanted/preferred.
