Pickup and delivery services are always days late, and no one answers the phone to inform how long the delay will be.

I've been using Hy-Vee Pharmacy for years, and honestly, I'll never go back to the endless lines at…read morethe big chain pharmacies. My prescriptions are always ready when I need them, and there's rarely a wait--plus, there's usually a friendly face behind the counter! The store is great for quick pickups, though I've noticed prices can be higher than other places. I wish they carried the same inventory as the Hy-Vee on Madison Ave, but the items aren't anything that I can't live without--just something I've noticed over time. Overall, convenient, reliable, and stress-free--I'll definitely keep coming back!

The store staff are friendly but I don't feel safe at this store. This is why. My girlfriend is a…read moresupporter of human rights and loves to visit the store and be around others, I have a resting face that often misleads people to think im a criminal or cop, the expression that often sognals youve seen some serious stuff, and i have yet. I'm neither. What I and my girlfriend both are is survivors of stalling amd harrassment on behalf of the Maga Reich. We moved from a community where we were targeted by extremists eho exploited personal assets of theirs (friends in powerful positions) to guve us an especially hard time. It ruined our lives and destoryed my future. Cops have never helped me, they've always been there to help others oppress me but have neve helped me. I've almost been murdered and the cops arrested me instead so I have alot of fear of police bias and corruption. I was also stalked by degenerates in my community whom were exploited by people above them, these I dividuals attacked me and left me with scars. Every time I go to the west Broadway hyvee it's a fear filled anxiety attack. I'm aware they have a security guard and why and I get it. What I don't get is why 3very time he sees me approach the store he follows me in and pays special attention to me, why when I go there there's him, a sherrif and city police car. One day he followed me so close I got so scared I had to call the police ask if I had done anything wrong. I made a complaint on one for scaring my girlfriend with his predatorial highschool bully demeanor and now it seems we are targeted out of retaliation. I think im done shopping at this hyvee. I've been through enough and it scares me having some over zealous Maga head following me around with a likely past as a soldier and thus a professional killer and a possible itchy trigger finger. I've since learned the police are oppression enforcers because they're always there to intimidate you but never there when you need them. To this day the man who tried to murder me walks free. All because he is friends with my former employer whom I'd called out on fraud and his father owns a gas company and has alot of pull with the police. So much that they got me arrested on a false claim before i couod call in on a true claim. Thats how he got away with swinging a machete at me. Now every time i see a cop i see someone who wont lrotect me if someone tried to hurt me but will arrest me instead on their word alone

I've been to other Aldi locations many times, (50+) but first time to this location…read more Lets get some things straight about Aldi in general: -You need $.25 to get a cart (you get it back after you put the cart back) -You have to pay ~$.1 per bag if you don't bring your own -They don't have a ton of "name brand" items -To be most efficient you bag your own groceries after your check out I have no issues with any of the above things, and if neither do you, you should shop here. I want diverse items at a great price and having gone weekly to Aldi for over a year, they have delivered. You will be hard pressed to find all the items elsewhere at this price - Yes, sometimes some of the produce is older, etc, but that can be the nature of produce in general. For the price, (often times less than $1/lb for grapes as an example), I'll take 3% old grapes that i have to toss.

We could not find two items, pizza dough and cottage cheese…read more After a search and asking two different employees we found cottage cheese under 3 empty boxes and the pizza dough which was on the right as you walk in the store was moved to the wall with the sliced cheese at one time it was by the Mozzarella balls. Keep moving stuff and not managing the inventory we will move our shopping store to a different one like Walmart.

I would like to complement your associate at 50th & Center St. I know her only be the name "Madi"…read more I have seen her at the store but this was the first time she was my shopper. I want someone to know that she is super and excellent in customer service. She has always been willing to help me any way she can and I feel she is a valuable associate for Family Fare. She would probably say that she was only doing her job. May be true, but she does it in an outstanding manner. I cannot complement her enough to let her know how much I appreciate her attention to detail and her outstanding customer service.

What a difference it makes to be able to glide through the aisles without people pushing and shoving past you. Second, it's clean. The carts are nice (no rickety wheels here) and there are a good amount of smaller ones that come in handy for those quick trips. Plus, they don't clog up the aisles either. Finally, I LOVE the self check lanes. They aren't all clustered together and there are two sizes. The small ones for those in and out stops and my personal favorite, the larger ones with a belt length like a regular check out lane. If you're a crazy organized bagger like me, you will greatly appreciate these lanes. My husband probably does too because our self bagging process has improved immensely since discovering this, which means I'm not nagging him to bag better or get out of my way. Definitely make sure you have the customer card because those discounts do add up - I've had as much as $14 of savings in one trip. You also earn cents off the gallon at Quik Trip. Another reviewer mentioned the Direct Your Dollars program which I hadn't investigated yet, but I will now. I'd say you should shop here but I don't want to it become crowded like all the other stores. Maybe I shouldn't have written this review. Hmmm.
