The store is about the same, plenty of items, great variety and presentation makes shopping easy and fun. I did expect the prices to be a little more competitive--the kids shoes I bought were $45 with tax which I didn't feel was an amazing deal for a store like this. All in all I would come back for sure, just expecting higher prices than the discount store vibe I expected.

Perhaps I speak too soon, but Bliss Boutique may be my new favorite little clothing shop in Omaha…read more First of all, love the decor. They use architectural salvage items for display and decor. Second, I did not leave empty handed from my visit last week (and that's saying ALOT since I'm built like a normal human and not a supermodel, although I am on the tall side). I like to find these little shops where I can find a piece or two to mix up my wardrobe (otherwise, I look like I mass order my outfits from Gap). So, not everything in this little boutique is for everyone - I totally passed on the fur vest, skinny jeans, and lacy flouncy tunic look. But, it's nice to have these little shops in Omaha that sell fashionable items at reasonable prices (yes, they do have a sale rack). If you're around 120th & Center, visit this locally owned boutique. Oh yes...and they accessories too.

They have a great selection, and it's also displayed very well-- although they have a ton of products in a small space, it's easy to spot what you're looking for. I do wish they had more fitting rooms. This time I came in, did a lap of the store, and gave up on getting in a fitting room without a 20 to 30 minute wait. There was also a long line at checkout. I haven't seen the checkout line before, although there is usually a fitting room line in my experience. I went in on a weekend today, so that is likely the reason for so much more traffic than usual! I would come back to the store again, but would either try to budget plenty of time, or come on a weekday when things may not be as busy.

One employee's first question was, "What's your limit?" Another told me they only carry one XL per style and walked away without offering any assistance. A third asked if I was shopping the clearance rack and then walked off as well. No one attempted to help me find clothing, discuss sizing options, or showcase the store's merchandise. Aside from a brief mention of their Facebook live sales at checkout, I received virtually no customer service. The treatment I received felt cold, dismissive, and noticeably different from the warm, attentive service described in other reviews. I left feeling unwelcome and disappointed. Based on this experience, I would not return or recommend this boutique.
