Stopped in tonight for their event, SISMAS, to check out all of the new holiday arrivals! Four Sisters knocks it out of the park, every single time. We were short on time, so will need to return to take in the full experience as there was just too many things to choose from!! The selection of holiday attire and every day attire is top tier. The employees were helpful, kind, and the owner is present and wonderful to work with also! There are items that seem to fit within the budget, and some on the higher end price wise- but the quality is great! read more

Walking into four sisters boutique is a breath of fresh air - white walls, vibey music, colorful apparel with high quality material, aesthetic decor, and more. I must say, boutique shopping is typically not my kind of shopping. Anything with a price tag above $10 and I'm panicked -- so yea.. I'm a hardcore goodwill girl. However, Yelp was doing a collab with them so I had to check it out, and I must be honest.. it's worth the hype. I really wish I were rich because this would be my go to spot. I struggle to find cute dresses that aren't about to show my whole hoochie with one gentle gust of wind, and on the other hand aren't so long I look like a mop. They had so many summer dress options that I LOVED and with such a variety of beautiful, in season colors. All of their clothes and denim seemed like such great quality material, and I don't think I saw a piece of clothing I didn't like (rare). They not only have apparel but also sunglasses, jewelry, cards, cute home decor, the list goes on! Sometimes I can get intimidated walking into boutiques because I'm not exactly spending my days dressed to the nine with makeup on, and often boutiques have this unspoken spoken rule that you should look good if you walked in - but four sisters gave a different vibe. I felt very welcome and the gals at the front counter were super sweet, which is a game changer for me when it comes to where I shop. All in all, I will definitely be coming back here and have it as a gem in my back pocket!! read more

They have great customer service when ordering online. I had placed an online order and accidentally selected to pick it up in the store (while I was out of the state) and messaged them. So an update as I feel like Yelp people should know :) I was contacted by the owner, Sarah, via private message about my review. She was super pleasant & friendly about the situation and how to rectify it. Honestly, I appreciate that more than anything as that is a good business model to have. She told me to come in when she is working so she can show me around the store and speak one on one with me. While I haven't been into their location since that time, I do order things from their online store. I honestly do like their clothing and think that their husker section of their store is so cute. Four Sisters is the cutest and most trendy place to shop for clothing and gifts! I always go back for more, and I am so happy with the quality of the merchandise that I walk away with. I always have super pleasant interactions with the staff and the owner. They get me a fitting room as soon as they see an item in my hand and always offer to help throughout my visit! And on top of that, if I don't see what I want on the floor, I ask if they have something similar in the back and they always look for me!! That is serious customer service! I have been a customer there since their Rockbrook location opened (found them on Insta, HIGHLY recommend following them), but recently had an online purchase for the first time - it was awesome! There was a discount happening online, so I shopped their online site to save a few bucks and was excited to find they have a "pick up in store" option for Omaha area shoppers to save you even MORE money, no shipping and handling! So that's just the customer service and convenience side of things that's fabulous. As for the clothes?? Go visit the store and they speak for themselves. SO cute. And cute jewelery and phone cases, purses, other items like that. By far the cutest selection in Omaha and at an affordable price point. To me, affordable means most apparel should fall in the $30-$40-$50 range. It definitely does, and things aren't "cheap" in quality by any means. That's why I love it :) Side note: It seems they are always changing the layout and displays as well, which is nice because sometimes you notice something you might not see even the weekend before! All the girls are super helpful there as well, and not pushy at all, which to me is VERY refreshing. I always know what I like/don't like, but I've seen the staff interact with customers who DO need a little more help and guidance, and they were really nice :) read more

Reading the previous reviews surprised me. I frequent this store, and am always greeted and assisted. I do not have something in my hand for more than 5 minutes without being offered to get a fitting room started. The staff is adorable, trendy, and friendly. In my most recent visit I picked out a pair of pants that I loved- the staff member asked how the clothes I tried on worked, after telling her about my love for the pants, she said we have them in two more colors in the back if you want to check them out. They were not on display yet (assuming they will be for valentines day as they were pink and white pants) and she went and got me my size in both colors. I don't know where to start with how much I love this store! First off, the staff is amazing. So welcoming and willing to help. Every time I walk in the store there is a smiling face to greet me. Second, there is something new to see every time I visit the store. They're constantly getting new and beautiful clothing and accessories. I love stores with a big variety. Third, I love the personal touches of the store! The pictures of the owner's family and all the cute Nebraska pride, it's awesome. I went to four sisters boutique this week and had never been there before. When I walked in the door , there were 3 employees and I was the only customer . No one greeted me or asked me if I needed assistance. I helped myself to a dressing room and left the store extremely disappointed in my shopping experience . The only words expressed to me were as I was leaving , one of the employees said have a nice day. I don't plan on ever returning because my initial impression was so negative . read more
