I've been very impressed with this target location time and time again. I find this location significantly cleaner than the ones in Omaha with a wider variety. Keep up the good work! read more

If I could give this Target zero stars I would. I hadn't been there in a while and was extremely disappointed to find out they no longer sell plus size women's clothes. Are they fat shaming?? Do they only want skinny people shopping in their perfect little world? Do better, Target! read more

Didn't really move past the value section up front and the greeting cards but the store looked clean and we used self checkout. They have plastic bags which in CO we use reusable bags so I was confused and didn't put the items into a bag until he reminded me :) now I have a bag to reuse when carrying snacks in the car for the drive home. If the Bluetooth connector actually works it'll be a good value. Lots of parking available. read more

Their customer service is such a joke. They couldn't take it out of their day to order something for me. I had the item in hand. I just needed another size, but she couldn't take the time to help. Thanks a lot! read more

This used to be my favorite store, I loved to shop here...but lately it is a disorganized MESS! Clothing & shoes all over the floor, out of order-I refuse to pick through this nightmare! And the check-outs are under-staffed, self check outs are sometimes backed up nearly to the pharmacy! I have been shopping at Walmart or Old Navy for back to school clothes. read more

Primarily a children's store. Thats it. Much like Walmart now for service...in other words. 20 empty cashier lanes and 4 self serve...packed. I left my cart and went home. read more

Was looking for an employee to unlock the dressing room found one and asked her if I could have help in the dressing room area. She was rude and said why. I said I wanted to try on clothes and she says do need help trying on clothes. And I told her no. She acted like she didn't want to help me she said there is two people over in that area. So I get there and then a lady finally came and she said we don't open the dress rooms at this time. It's was 740. She was nice enough to let us use it. read more

I've been here a couple times but this last was one of the worst. I was walking around the office section where two people were working. Instead of asking if I was looking for anything, they ignored me and continued talking to each other. Then when I got up to the self checkout, the person overseeing it was standing there reading a magazine... read more

I came to your store this morning about 10AM. I am handicapped and need an electric shopping cart to get around My son went inside to get a cart and they all had dead batteries. I understand how this could happen later in the day but first thing in the morning is uncalled for . As a result I wasn't able to get a flu shot but my son was able to get my pills .Not happy!! read more

Kaylee: was completely rude and didn't have a good attitude towards the customers at all. Didn't look like she didnt like her job. She needs to be talked to about her attitude read more

This Target is a great department store and definitely a great grocery store. The grocery part of Target doesn't have the selection like a Hy-Vee or a Walmart has but with the '5% off with your red card' every time I go, and their cheap prices on most items, I go to Target every week. I love the new Cartwheel app as well where you can add sales items into the app and the cashier scans one barcode when you check out to get those sale prices. The location is great as well, in the middle of Metro Crossing, within walking distance to Kohl's, Hobby Lobby, and Petsmart. read more

Alright so, best target I've been to by far!!! The store was clean and the employees were super nice They put up with my stupidity and were very helpful. My favorite employee has to be this cashier named Dylan. He was very kind and made my day when I was upset. Also, the Starbucks was amazing here! read more

I don't remember his name but a young man was working the customer service counter the morning of August 1, 2015. He went way above and beyond his job duties. I was looking for two particular Lego sets that were to be released that day. I couldn't find them on the shelf so I went to customer service. He typed in the sets numbers and names several different ways until he found that you did have both sets but they had not been unloaded off the truck yet. He showed me how to find them via your website so I could purchase them which would trigger someone having to go unload them so I could get them that day. He said it would take a few hours which was completely fine with me. I went to run a few more errands, but received a text within 30 minutes saying they were at customer service waiting for me to pick up. Simply amazing customer service! I wish all stores helped customers that way. read more

A typical Target store, very clean and friendly employees. I really like this location due to all the other nice stores close by in Metro Crossing. Starbucks inside is always the first stop once inside. read more

The way they interview is poorly done. Never again. Rude interviewer. They ask you questions that really have nothing to do with the job you apply for. Target used to be a friendly and a great place to work. Kinda glad it turned out the way it did. read more

Your typical Target, clean interior, well stocked, many employees around. The one thing I felt lacking was their cleanliness outside- Trash everywhere. This isn't only the case for my last experience but a number of times going there. They need someone on trash duty. read more

Target is by far my one-stop-shop for almost anything I need. My husband and I make a weekly pilgrimage to the holy of holy department stores. We buy our weekly groceries , cat and dog food, cleaning supplies, wedding and baby shower gifts, clothes, all of the above. We invested in a Red Card credit card 4 years ago, and every time we save 5%. It may seem small, but it quickly adds up. The Red card along with the Cartwheel app and multiple coupons, it makes me want to shop there. I truly love Target's clothing. Between Merona and Mossimo, it makes for an awesome wardrobe. The clothing themselves may not hold up for years and years, but I can always find some thing for work, the gym, lounging, and for the weekend's excursion. i especially love that they bring in designers for Target. I will wait until the very end when the designer goes down to 75% off, and BAM a whole new wardrobe. No stealing my strategies thought :) Designers include Jason Wu, Carolina Herrera, Philip Lim, and Marc Jacobs, Proenza Schouler, and Tory Burch. I especially love their jewelry collections. I especially love their end caps and end-of-season/holiday sales. On the end caps, you can find sometimes discounted floor models. One time I bought a floor model Keurig (originally $100) for only $27. The end caps also have lots of item discounted between 15-90% off. WooHoo! Their after holiday sale is insane. Such cute, non cheesy decor to make decorating for the holiday easy. Check out their after Christmas sale for 90% wrapping paper, tissue paper, and bags. I pledge never to buy full price wrapping paper again. Being a beauty vlogger (jmakesface on all sites), I tend to look for the beauty drugstore bargains. Makeup is always discounted and our store carries a lot of E.L.F products, which is rare to find in Council Bluffs. I love Sonia Kashuk, and think the products are awesome!! When I need something, even something exclusive, I go to Target. Hands down. read more

5 stars! It's Target, duh! Who doesn't love Target? Getting lost in the aisles, finding treasures (whether you need them or not) I cannot leave this place empty handed. The employees know my family and talk to us every time we come in. They've even commented on watching our kids grow from infants to toddlers. read more

I love target! Sadly this review is for the Starbucks in target. I purchased a few items at target and as I was leaving, decided to grab a coffee because there was no one in line! Awesome! I walked up to the counter where a male and female employee were both cleaning up. I stood at the counter and made eye contact with the female employee first. She said nothing to me and walked to the back. Ok maybe she is busy. I stood there for a good 5 minutes and the male employee looked up at me, said nothing to me, stopped cleaning and also walked to the back! Ouch! That's confusing for me! It was also insane that both of them looked at me clearly standing there to order and didn't say anything! Not even "we will be with you shortly". The female employee never came back out from the back. I'm not sure what the deal was but I felt like they were deliberately stating they were not going to help me. I haven't gone back to that Starbucks or that target since. Maybe I caught them on an off day? I'll stick with Scooters! read more

Target is our go to place for household items, and even some grocery items. We have scored countless amazing deals at target. Our most recent score was 200 dollar curtains for 30 dollars. They were online returns and not stocked locally so they were dirt cheap. We LOVE Target.! read more

Pricey but helpful staff and clean building. They have more than you ever knew you needed and I am a fan of their card selection. Yes - cards! They have the perfect pajamas for post-surgery and it's nice to sneak in a fancy coffee from Starbucks inside! It's fun to walk around the store and check things out if you're not a big shopper. I visit about 3-4 times a year. read more

I love shopping at this target don't get me wrong!! But I worked there for seasonal part time and the management was TERRIBLE!! They constantly would put me on for days I said I wasn't available (due to working another full time job) then continued to say it was my fault they scheduled me. Towards the end of my seasonal job my son got the stomach flu bad and is still an infant mind you and they said I was lying about it and was just going to terminate me completely!! Who does that?! I am so disappointed in how I was treated as an employee there it makes me sick. I will never work for Target again. read more
