I told the Manager and she told me that she would get someone to clean it up but never did. Management is VERY POOR! I do not suggest anyone goes to this Kwik Shop to use the bathroom.

I walked to each of the other islands and found the same thing - no fluid. C'mon - they didn't ALL run out today. 2) Twice I've tried to get a car wash. I selected 'yes' and one of the 3 options. It acted like it 'took.' It wasn't until I finished getting gas that I noticed I didn't get the car wash. I wasn't charged for it, but once you've got your gas, there is no way to get the car wash without paying full price. The employees know that this is an issue.

Because it is in a convenient location, it can get crowded at times, especially the car wash. One of my kids was into high performance cars and liked that higher octane was available. If the pumps were updated to take contactless payments (Apple Pay), I would give a 5 star rating.

I go here for an occasional snack. I went yesterday for a couple of traditional Cinnabon rolls, since my wife had earlier in the day commented on how she was hungry for a good cinnamon roll. Cinnabon makes and great one, and these guys sell it. That's all I got to say on this review.

The parking lot is a bit scarey at times...between the foot traffic and cars and big trucks in and out I'm surprised there aren't accidents every day. Its horrible sometimes trying to pull out of there. Lots of drink selections with yummy cappuccino all year around. I also like that they have other healthier treats, and hot food also. Unfortunately, my experience with Bucky's car wash was unacceptable and I urge caution should you wish to utilize this particular facility to wash your car. I have a small car (an older mustang more specifically) which should fit quite well into these types of car washes. Once the wash starting and the brushes came against the car; I was fearful that the windows of both the driver and passenger side windows would be broken out. The whole car was rocking back and forth and the window glass on both sides were buckling inwards. A loud crack and next thing I know, is the brush has broken my driver side view mirror. I immediately reported it inside the store and filled out a damage form for my car. Within a week, I was contacted by one of the managers that they would replace my mirror, but several months later, I am still without the replacement. Not the place I will utilize again, nor would I recommend you put your car through this particular car wash..

Since it has been Tobacco & Phones 4 Less it is downright gross. I've only stopped a handful of times, and every time has been bad. No working gas pumps and no signs that say "out of order". The inside constantly smells of strongly scented burning incense. The cashiers are completely unprofessional, they had friends hanging out sitting on the counter tops and carried on inappropriate conversation with them while ringing up my purchase. Bad, bad business. If you can avoid, there is a decent Bucky's and also a Pump and Pantry near by.....much better options for gas or snacks.
