Cashier was very friendly and welcomed customers as they walked in the door. She is also the one who noticed I had points on the card and allowed me to use them. Very customer focused.

The interior of the store, unfortunately doesn't fare any better. I was genuinely surprised to find trash strewn in the aisles. Even the floor of the pharmacy wasn't that clean. This place really needs a bit of a scrub! Discarded food products, and filthy refrigerator shelves question me whether I would buy from this location moving forward. Shelves were not very organized and disorganization did not extend to restocking inventory. While the store is now a 24 seven operation, the pharmacy does have limited hours including a complete shut down at midday for lunch for the entire staff. Hope that the store gets cleaned up a bit because I had always enjoyed coming in here and now I'm not sure if I'm coming back. All I have to say - Yikes!

She told me where I could find the glasses if I were to come in, and assured me they had a variety of strengths. Ten minutes later I was in purchasing glasses (they saved the day), and she and a gentleman were behind the register and were incredibly personable and friendly. This is where I offer up one complaint: I can count on one hand the number of checkouts where I wasn't hounded to either upgrade my membership or get a Sam's Club credit card. They always tell me how good a deal it us, but if I really saved all that money and they didn't make a tidy profit from them, I doubt I'd hear about it. The last straw was this week. 7 or 8 days ago I ordered 3 scripts refilled. 3 days later got an email saying one was delayed, so I called to check the sitch, told Rx would arive next day. 3 days later, no Rx. Called again, same story, in tomorrow. Next afternoon went to get the 2 they had filled and asked about the 3rd one. Want to guess what I was told? It will be in tomorrow. That was it, moved my prescriptions to a different place, who promptly filled the 3rd script same day.

My total was $5.60. I said "These are on sale for $2.99. How can it be $5.60?" The cashier looked at the receipt and said, "They're $3.49 with a Buy One-Get One @ Half-Price". She called someone to do a price check. Pretty soon I hear someone from the back of the store yell "They're $3.49". Soooooo, I go back to get one of the price tickets to show them and all the sale tags had been ripped off. There must have been a half-dozen of them on different pegs when I was back there not two minutes before. The woman who had yelled from the back of the store had removed what must have been old sale tags. Where I work, we adjust the price because leaving the old sale tag up was our error. I told the cashier what I KNEW had happened and she said, "I'm sorry. I can't change the price". So, I hit the cancel button on the credit card machine and said, "Well, I'm sorry, too. I'll take my business elsewhere" and left.
