The oil change department prides themselves on being fast and NO APPOINTMENTS. They are so quick that when you pull your car in, you are probably there 15 minutes tops and the cost is second to none compared to other places! They take pride in their work and I can't imagine getting my car serviced by anyone else. Something I never liked doing was car washes. Just never got the point of them. But when you get your oil changed, you get a free car wash from them that comes with cleaning the inside of your car for you! So you drop off your car they clean the inside, they get it on the automatic car wash part and you can watch your car get cleaned. And they will then give you the keys when done. The workers are very kind and detailed oriented. Just such a great gem in Bellevue that I hope more people used!

I have a dog that sheds a lot, so even with a seat protector I'm constantly vacuuming. The vacuums don't always have the strongest suction, but honestly, it's convenient enough that I just deal with it. The staff is friendly and the wash does a solid job for a drive-through. It's not perfect, but for how often I use it, it's been worth it!

If you want a laugh ask them what that is. When I purchased this wash I asked if I got the spa scent as the sign reflected, thinking I'd get a scented wafer. I was told that to get that I should turn off the recycle mode on my air conditioner, turn up the blower and as I went through the wash and the spa scent would fill my car!! LMAO!!! What they are talking about is the smell of soap one smells when they drive through a car wash. You know...the scent that disappears as soon as you leave the wash. Too funny. Are there really people that think this is a great feature??

It's unlimited. I'm not proud of it but I went twice in one day, because a truck and a puddle gave me the reason. Don't forget members can pay a "tenner" and get an inside cleaning. Worth it if you're too busy or too lazy. (I'm both) Some of the locations do this thing with a radio station that plays the "Car Wash song" on repeat. Kind of the thing that might be a pre-cursor to madness...but the kids love it. Sometimes they request it, and I get an unplanned singalong car wash experience. Kind of fun. Live a little. It didn't for me, and several others in line, so the attendant had to come out and manually input me into the system. Once in the car wash everything was great. They did an excellent job pre-cleaning the mud off my vehicle and it came out the other end spotless. I probably need to make sure I visit during weekdays when they are less crowded. And I appreciate that there tend to be Club Car Wash locations many of the places I go, even on vacation.

I was asked to fill out a damage report, but was later told the establishment would not cover the damage. I understand there was a sign stating that the business isn't responsible for certain types of damage, and I acknowledge that I did not see it before entering, but if it was clear as they said it was, tell me how did I missed it. However, as a customer, it's incredibly frustrating to leave with a damaged vehicle and feel like there is no real effort to help resolve the situation. If I had I read the reviews beforehand, I would have gone somewhere else. Lesson learned. I recently moved here from another state and wanted to support local businesses, but unfortunately, this experience left a very bad first impression. My advice: Read the signs, read the reviews, and take pictures of your vehicle before using this car wash. Don't assume that a damage report means the business will take responsibility. It is located next Texas Roadhouse and not easily seen from 370 or driving on 72nd. From my understanding talking to the manager, they have a special where you get 50% off memberships and they extended it through a month in 2025.
