The oil change department prides themselves on being fast and NO APPOINTMENTS. They are so quick that when you pull your car in, you are probably there 15 minutes tops and the cost is second to none compared to other places! They take pride in their work and I can't imagine getting my car serviced by anyone else. Something I never liked doing was car washes. Just never got the point of them. But when you get your oil changed, you get a free car wash from them that comes with cleaning the inside of your car for you! So you drop off your car they clean the inside, they get it on the automatic car wash part and you can watch your car get cleaned. And they will then give you the keys when done. The workers are very kind and detailed oriented. Just such a great gem in Bellevue that I hope more people used!

I stop by a few times a week to vacuum and run my car through the wash -- especially in the winter when I'm trying to keep the salt off. I have a dog that sheds a lot, so even with a seat protector I'm constantly vacuuming. The vacuums don't always have the strongest suction, but honestly, it's convenient enough that I just deal with it. The staff is friendly and the wash does a solid job for a drive-through. It's not perfect, but for how often I use it, it's been worth it!

They did an excellent job pre-cleaning the mud off my vehicle and it came out the other end spotless. I probably need to make sure I visit during weekdays when they are less crowded. With my car they did a good job getting the top of the rear door where the car wash doesn't usually get. After the cars are washed, there are towels to dry the car or windex to wash the windows. There are also vacuums and high pressures air hoses to use. This site has been open for three months so there aren't too many people during the day. It is located next Texas Roadhouse and not easily seen from 370 or driving on 72nd. From my understanding talking to the manager, they have a special where you get 50% off memberships and they extended it through a month in 2025. And having a membership allows you to use the other locations and there are several. Sorry, forgot to take pictures.

They have someone at the entrance hosing down the cars but it's usually just a little spray on the front of one side, sometimes not even any spray at all. We travel a lot for work so a general initial spray really helps with a lot of the debris that piles up on our cars. I don't feel like our cars get very dry coming out no matter how slow we go which causes spots every now and then. They really pack the cars in bumper to bumper which always makes us nervous. Our membership amount has drastically increased and we've called several times to inquire. At least twice, they told us they would lock us in at a lower rate, but it always go back up after a few months. This review reminds me that I need to call again about the rates. I will say that all of the employees are very friendly and we always appreciate their exuberance. We honestly keep the membership because of the convenience but have discussed looking into other options.

I loved that they provide towels and different cleaning products to clean your car after you get it washed as well as a free vacuum. While I was cleaning out the inside of my car I accidentally locked my keys in my car. I told one of the guys who working on restocking the towels and cleaning products and he immediately got the manager for me. The manager came and told me not to worry that he would get the keys out and that this happens all the time. Y'all he got my keys out. Mike was very nice the whole time and he got my keys out so fast and I was so relieved.
