I stop by a few times a week to vacuum and run my car through the wash -- especially in the winter when I'm trying to keep the salt off. I have a dog that sheds a lot, so even with a seat protector I'm constantly vacuuming. The vacuums don't always have the strongest suction, but honestly, it's convenient enough that I just deal with it. The staff is friendly and the wash does a solid job for a drive-through. It's not perfect, but for how often I use it, it's been worth it!

If that works for you, bring your own sprays, and this should make up for the inconvenience.

I'm not sure if there has been a change in the cleaning products or the washing process, but both my truck and my wife's Jeep have come out of the wash still visibly dirty. Both vehicles are white and washed regularly, so the remaining dirt is easy to notice. I'm disappointed with the recent decline in quality and hope management will address the issue and bring the service back to the standard it once was.

Disappointing car wash overall. I have visited this car 20-30 times, as it is in my neighborhood,…read morebut recently had to start going somewhere else unfortunately despite the convenience. The wash itself does a decent job, although I always have soap left on my car after that I have to wipe off. The problems go beyond the wash itself. First, this car wash seems to randomly close multiple times per week. I'm not sure why issues cannot be fixed outside of business hours, but this wash seems to be broken about 25% of the time I visit. Additionally, I tried 2 separate vacuums this last weekend and neither worked so a few bucks wasted and I just left to use my house vacuum. On top of this, the wash itself is under staffed, which leads to absolutely zero customer service in these types of situations, and also a disgustingly gross parking lot (see pictures). Whenever I have issues and talk to the 1 attendant, they direct me to call the customer service phone number which...surprise, has never answered. 2 stars since the wash does an OK job, but avoid if at all possible, Russell Speeders down the road does a much better job.
