I am an African American female in my late 20's. I entered the store and despite being the only person besides the worker in the store I was not greeted. The store was silent, with no music on and the worker didn't once come up to me to ask if I needed any help. However, when a white customer walked in the door she was promptly greeted with a hello and asked if she needed any help. I had found an item I wanted to try on and the worker saw me carrying this item and never asked if I wanted to try it on. I then was forced to try to coat on without a fitting room. AFTER fully trying it on and taking it off, the worker comes up and asks me if I want to try it on. I then told her that was no longer necessary. I am extremely disappointed in the service I received. I am not a person to assume my maltreatment is due to race, however the fact that a white customer received immediate treatment does raise suspicion. I would recommend this store address implicit bias as to their customers.

It's easy to understand why everything isn't in pristine order as the turnover is exceptionally high for one off items. I had a little spare time, which is what you need when you come in here, and was able to find a few stocking stuffers and a couple of high-quality, brand name shirts, at amazing prices. When I went to check out, I was super pleased to find out that Tuesdays is Senior's shopping day offering additional 10% off your entire order if you're 55+. I do think the employees are bit stand offish but to be fair they probably see a lot of weirdos everyday.
