These gentlemen know everything about the clothing of that they sell. I've been here one time, Ryan was outstanding, he knows what he is doing when putting together not only an outfit, but also a business. The concept is beautifully executed: Boutique clothing for men who know that they want to pay proper attention to how they presented themselves. I came here looking for an outfit in which I could interview at a VA Hospital, and I felt that the clothing out did what I needed. And yet, over a glass of wine and conversations ranging from topics such as the television business to the finer points of breweries in the Pacific Northwest, I found myself making personal connections and finding clothing with which I am eminently thrilled. I'm not an easy target for a salesperson. And these guys are not trying to sell you anything; in sharing their experience and perspective, they are giving you an opportunity to experience a way of envisioning yourself that cannot be found in other retail establishments. They offered us a drink and small bites while we shopped, which was such a kind gesture that helped make it feel more like family than a business. My husband completely customized his Samuelsohn suit, they have so many fabric types and Charlie is great about suggesting what patterns and colors to mix. Anything you want to know about good men's clothing, go ask Charlie. The price is high, we paid around $2000 for a 2 piece suit and tie, but for a custom suit (custom lining, name embroidered inside, custom pockets, everything) you should expect to pay more. We certainly got what we paid for, a beautiful custom suit that he can wear for years to come. We can't wait to return!

But this shout out is specifically for Zoe in Clinique because I still get my essentials and she knows all my favorites and color likes. I get calls for all promotions and bonus times which I love and regardless of how busy she is in store I hear the smile and patience while I give her my order and ask questions. Even when you call in there's an operator who politely transfers your calls, which is so personal. I miss the piano, but customer service from thousands of miles away is top notch. There are signs throughout, so it is relatively easy to find the area you are hoping to shop in. Each time I've come to search for something, I have not had any luck. The main reasons I have not bought anything here are either of it. Nothing fits my frame/style (This store is much more geared towards women than juniors, and business/cocktail attire than anything casual), and that the price point is high above competitors I shop at. Overall, I do not think I am their target market, but I am shocked that people come in and spend what they do for items you can get cheaper elsewhere. Probably just a matter of opinion, but I do not frequent this store often for that reason. I do know a lot of friends who get great deals with within the shoe clearance area -- this seems to be what they're known for! I looked around, and did see some decent deals, but nothing that I needed. Overall, I would come back here to shop at the shoe clearance, but probably nothing else.

So I was quite excited to see the Westroads Mall get a BoxLunch location. The staff here was absolutely killing it with service, even with the busy atmosphere of it being a shiny new store with all the fandoms people collect and love. Honestly it felt very much like a Hot Topic, like the signage and the layout seemed to be almost the exact same. Which makes sense as BoxLunch is a subsidiary of Hot Topic - I just thought there would be a little more of a difference. They had a significantly less "edgy" vibe compared to Hot Topics that I've visited before. Consequently, the atmosphere in this store is more relaxed and conducive to shopping. They also have their own exclusive items that aren't the same as Hot Topic (like POPs and Loungefly stuff). It seems to be slightly pricier than similar items I've seen at comparable shops that sell branded and collectible items. I'd still recommend checking out BoxLunch though, as it's cool to see items in person vs. only online. Make sure to bring your bigger pocketbook, both because they have a lot of neat stuff you'll be tempted by and because those things will not be the most inexpensive collectibles you've ever seen!

He looked at my husband, walked us over to the room of suits, picked the one he thought would work and it fit like a glove. No measuring needed. We had each groomsmen wear nice grey suit pants and a white shirt with suspenders and tie. Jerry Ryan had each guy stop in for a fitting for each item, and they all raved about the service they received there! Jerry Ryan also helped to get our ushers dressed too, with the same suit pants as the groomsmen, grey vests, and bowties, to delineate them from the groomsmen. While I didn't get to wear any of the items myself, I can attest to how happy I was with the result and how great ALL the fellas looked at the wedding - all thanks to Jerry Ryan!

Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience when I back less than 24 hours later to return items. I was met by a very aggressive woman with glasses and a beanie. She told me she could not do anything for my boots return because I had worn them for one day, despite telling her they were super tight and hurting my ankles. She refused to call her district manager or customer service or anyone to get another opinion. She told me I needed to call customer service myself if I had an issue. She then tried to correlate my attempted return to the same as someone she dealt with prior that was arrested and in jail and tried to return the shoes with an unknown substance on them?? This woman clearly needs retrained and or removed from this position. She had ZERO empathy for my situation and seemed to be worried about a $225 return then making a customer happy. I know I am going to seriously reconsider future shopping at 5.11 because of her horrendous attitude and ability to be flexible and problem solve. I called customer service after I left the store and they immediately processed a return and refund. Wow, see there is an exception to most situations.

It isn't the cleanest store, but I always find what I'm looking for,
