I found 2 pairs for tap shoes for my son and daughter, for less than $10!! The dance shop wanted at least $45. Crazy because they're barely used looking, as I know kids feet grow so fast, so it seems really eco friendly to get used. I am thrilled! I've been coming here to sell items during a tough time, and while I appreciate having a local resell option, I've run into something that doesn't sit right with me. On more than one occasion, I've walked in only to notice my items already displayed on the sales floor BEFORE I was even given a price offer, paid, or gave them permission to keep those items. This raises serious concerns: What if I didn't agree to the price they wanted to offer me? What if they sold my items from underneath me before I had a chance to decide if I wanted to accept their offer? As a seller, I should have the right to approve or decline an offer BEFORE my items are put out for sale. The way this has been handled feels rushed, unprofessional, and honestly disrespectful to the people who bring in inventory and keep that shop running. I want to continue to support local resale, but I also want to see more transparency and respect for sellers' consent in this process! read more

We have utilized B2B resale several times and have been very pleased with their buy back programs. They have bought several toys and clothes from us all for reasonable prices. Their selection process is fairly simple: drop off items on the given sale days (Tuesdays or Saturdays for this location), return by 5pm to pick up the remaining items/money for purchases. That's it! The value we received has always been about what we expected, given its used items. Our oldest son always enjoys looking through the "treasures" he can find after we sell something to then purchase back something else. The quality of products they sell are always great quality. We'd recommend B2B for a second hand store any day! read more

Honestly, for how they price most of their items in the store, I was so surprised when they only offered me $42 for a LARGE abundance of items. Including a pack and play with crib attachments, 2 large sacks filled with brand new (with tags) clothes and baby toys, also a $30 baby shusher. Just out right a scam if you ask me. Next time I decide to sell baby items, I will go to marketplace because I could've easily gotten $300 if I sold the items elsewhere. That pack and play alone should've got me $40, let alone almost everything I had to offer. read more

Came in on a Friday and was sent away because they don't buy used product on Fridays, only Saturdays and Wednesdays. (Perfectly okay) Came in on Saturday (the next day) and was told THEY DIDNT KNOW IT WAS GOING TO SNOW so they are not buying anything today either. It snowed maybe a quarter inch, which didn't stick. Roads are completely clear sent us away because they didn't want to do their job. read more

I've never sold stuff here before, only purchased until today. I took an entire basket of name brand clothes, at least a dozen pairs of shoes, baby swing, etc. They gave me $18. That's not even a $1 an item. What are you supposed to do? Say hell no and give me all my stuff back? Some of those jeans were near $60 each. I have been a purchasing customer at B2B since my children were small. I have sold items at B2B just a few times over the years and felt I was offered very little for my items. This last time will be my last attempt to sell at any of their stores. At the Maple location, I took in 5 boxes plus 2 bags and several pairs of very nice shoes to sell. I was given a form to fill out, asked to give my phone number, and I was told that they would let me know when they were finished going through my things, definitely before 6:00. I heard nothing all day, then had commitments that evening. I called the next morning and was told that they were offering $30 for all of the items they were keeping. I said I had been waiting for them to contact me and was THEN told that they do not call or text customers. I said that I would just pick it all up. By the time I was able to get to the store, about 2 hours later, they had already "processed" my items. They had dumped the nicest of my items into their bins and would not return them to me. I was upset that the lady I spoke to did not tell me that they do not notify customers when their items have been looked through. The lady I spoke to said she told me that, but she DID NOT. There is a sign that says they do not contact customers, but it was on the other side of the room from where we were and there was no way I could have seen it. I have attached a photo of the orange sign they pointed out. Can you even find it in the picture? They said it wasn't covered yesterday, but I wouldn't know that since I was on the other side of the room during my entire conversation with the employee who was taking my items. The staff I spoke with today were rude and inflexible. I will not shop or sell items at any of their locations again. Terrible customer service. B2B has lost my business. Decent selection of preloved clothing, toys, and gear. Located right off 132nd and Center. This review will focus on baby items as that was the focus of my visit. Some of the clothing is a little more worn than I would want to buy, but the majority of it is in good shape. You'll see common brands like Carter's, Gerber Baby, Cat and Jack from Target, and the occasional Baby Gap or Ralph Lauren items. The infant baby clothing is arranged on horizontal racks and it is all grouped together from 0-9 months...which is a pretty big range. Separating it out further I'm sure would take more work for the staff, but would make the customer experience a lot better. I like that there's a lot of clothing to look at, but you do have to basically look through everything to find the sizes you're looking for. They also attempted to organize it by pajamas/sleepers, onesies, and pants and tops, but there was a lot of overlap and blending between the sections so again you have to look through everything. The prices are good, most onesies and sleepers go for $2.50, baby pants are usually $1.50, but some of it depends on the brand. I would have liked to seen more toys and gear for babies. I think I saw one stroller, but no other large items like a pack and play, swing, bouncer, etc. I know their inventory is based on what comes through the door but perhaps they could do some targeted marketing. They offered $13 for a box of 80+ summer newborn clothes that are no more than 2 years old. everything out on their floor is OUTDATED. What a joke. plus i stood and watched them dig my items out from a bin they mixed in with other stuff assuming i was going to agree to that price. i asked if all my stuff was there as it seemed mixed in and she said yes but i don't believe it. read more

I didn't care for my experience here. I recommend that you look at everything you want to buy carefully. It's clear that the staff does not do so. Last time I was here the zipper on hoodie I bought was broken. In general, I get the feeling that they don't care enough to make sure the things they put out for sale are in good condition. The store itself is large and they have a good selection of items. For people who like going through a lot of clothes/toys/baby items to find a bargain or a cute design, this place is for you. It does tend to be cheaper than some of the other consignment shops. As far as customer service, it's not the most welcoming place. For my money, I would much rather shop at Pirates and Pixies. YMMV, I'd say both places are worth checking out. read more

This place was pretty big and they had TONS of clothes for all ages. We walk in and were greeted right away with a smile, which is always nice. My wife and I took a look around and found a couple small pieces of newborn clothing for our baby, which we are expecting in April. Some items were dirt cheap, while a few others that we saw, were a tad pricey for a second-hand store, but most were priced really cheap. The employees were very nice and escorted us to a couple things that we asked for. Highly recommended. I will be going to B2B the next time I'm near. read more

I recently moved to the area and was really excited to have resale here like we did in AZ. I read the previous reviews and was a little hesitant to go here, but wanted to give it a shot. The store was well organized and had some decent options for my kids - I would give that a higher rating if things were split out. The reason I gave this place a 3 is for the level of friendliness and service. I was greeted by glares when I walked in and the workers continued their conversation. There was no welcome or let us know if we can assist with anything. The girl ringing me up wasn't pleasant. You could tell she really just wanted people out of there. I'm not impressed - even so much that I went to Chick-fil-A after and complimented the guy helping me on how nice he was because the place I was just at wasn't at all. I'm not sure if I will try this place again. read more

I was in the b2b on 132nd to sell some clothes, I had 3 boxes of crib sheets, toddler boy and girls clothes, blankets and lots more. All that stuff was like new, no stains or rips. They only took half of 1 box. It was all warm clothing because that was the season. I was shocked because when I shop there, the clothes I see look a whole lot worse than what they passed up. WARNING- This review may be unusually long but there's a reason and maybe it will save you the trouble and a headache by reading this before you go into any of the big wheels to Butterflys locations. I am posting this review for each location as I have had two horrible experiences at the papillion and center location, and the Maple staff is always rude and unhelpful each time I've been in there. My complaint is as follows: I am appalled at each one of these stores and I have no clue why the owners do not care enough to respond to my email or my reviews. I have now been accused of stealing twice at two different locations. I have come to the conclusion that: A. Each store has Improperly trained staff who are 100 percent unapologetic and are not held accountable for their ignorant behaviors. B. These stores all have the same owners who apparently don't mind employing rude people with lack of any customer service skills, who in turn probably lose good customers who spend a lot of money in their store on a regular basis. The first time I got accused of stealing by Monica at the center location, I was told it was because I didn't buy anything and she thought it was suspicious. Not only did Monica confront me when I reached my vehicle to leave, after realizing I hadn't stolen anything, she continued to be rude argumentative and unapologetic. Her manager did apologize FOR HER but wouldn't give me any contact info not even an email so I could contact the owners, and I asked multiple times for this information or any information to relay my feedback to them. The second time I got accused of stealing within the same month (and about a week ago) I was at the Papillion location, and oddly enough an employee named Abby (blonde hair, in her 20's) had just finished telling me to go to the Facebook page and give her store a good review after we had chatted about this incident with Monica at the 132 store. I had my three year old son with me and had dropped off stuff to sell. After chatting with Abby, my son and I looked at toys and were at the diaper bags when two employees approached me and said, "mam." I assumed they were going to tell me they were closing soon (as they always make sure to remind you of that but never make sure to offer any help) So I said, "I know you close in 15 minutes, I'll hurry." One of the girls said, "we actually need you to empty your purse because you did something suspicious and we got in on camera." I was shocked and disgusted this was happening AGAIN but immediately right there, dumped out my purse on the floor. I literally just turned it upside down and dumped it. When they realized nothing was in my purse they had me go in the back room to show me what they thought was suspicious on their camera. They pointed out how I had looked through my own purse and set it down next to me. I told them nothing was suspicious to me about looking in MY PURSE.Then I asked for an apology because I hadn't stolen anything and once again saw no reason on why I was being accused AGAIN. Instead of apologizing, Abby, who was so nice when she wanted a good review, stormed out of the room we were standing in with the camera footage and said, "I just can't do this," as if I was in the wrong for asking for an apology for being accused of stealing!! Even after she watched the footage and well, the camera doesn't lie. When I walked out of the room, I went up to her and asked her why she was upset when clearly I was the one who should be upset and embarrassed. She gave some off the wall answer about her job and how they have to look for suspicious activity and they have to do their job. I still don't understand How common sense wouldn't let her or any of these, "employees," understand my position. I DIDN'T STEAL, and it's the second time this has happened, and no one apologized or offered to make this right . I added up receipts and bank statements and I spent $350 last month at these stores. Bottom line, the employees are not trained properly and assume any person who comes in is a thief. (At 132nd and center location, the manger said they are paranoid because a lot of people steal) - not my problem and definitely not my problem that they can't seem to weed out who is actually stealing opposed to good customers. Maybe they should have a sign on the door that says it's store policy customers can't look through their own purses and have to buy something every time, or they will be accused of taking merchandise. Again, have emailed and asked the owners to contact me and have gotten no feedback. They must not care about their customers either. read more
