Well,…read moreit is, for the most part, however, when you walk into this huge, gorgeous store, there are plenty of deals to be found. Their clothes appear to be of good quality which may indicate the higher price point. It really is a big space store with items for any occasion. From festivals, to baby showers, weddings/brides and more, there is a lot to look at! They have cute decor, gift items, accessories and even kids clothes! Of course I couldn't help but wonder over to the sale sections and left with about 10 items! I found some tops, shorts, skirts, and jewelry all between $5-10 each. I asked about their return policy and you can return sale stuff! At other stores like Francesca's, clearance is final sale, so I love this, but luckily I didn't need to return anything, it's cute, on trend and perfect for me and all my girls in my life.

Most of the pieces are timeless and/or earthy prices so perfect for ladies shopping day - from teen to grandmother - items for every woman in the family or group of friends. The dressing room area - GORGEOUS! Spacious rooms, decor is completely lovely and huge mirrors, plenty of seating. Best dressing room area I've ever experienced. Similarly, the store is set up beautifully as well. One star deduction as it is a little pricier than expected compared to similar boutiques... like Francesca's... and although super soft and beautiful styles, I'm not sure the quality fits the prices. Most items are like $49, $59, $79 - some dresses are $100, which isn't unreasonable ..just a lil high$. There is a clearance area but many of the items are 'marked down' to $39, which seems to be more accurate pricing for many of the tops thru out the store and yet still high for some...esp the clearance section. When stuff REALLY gets marked down, expect more $15-25 items, which seems more fitting.

The store is about the same, plenty of items, great variety and presentation makes shopping easy and fun. I have gone for a specific item several times, and usually had good luck. There's a great stock of athletic clothing, business, clothing, and casual wear. Today I came in for a specific set of sunglasses that unfortunately, I lost earlier in the day. Old Navy has the best sunglasses in my opinion, had a great price! Unfortunately, at the end of the season, they did not have the pair that I was looking for, but they did have another one that was similar enough that I got these. Olivia greeted us as we entered and told us about the doorbusters and told us about signing up for a credit card and the benefits. We thanked her and continued shopping. When we asked her a question on an item, she again told us about signing up for a credit card. To make this review short, she went on to ask us over 6 other times! When checking out she kept explaining how much money we would save, I explained why I did not want one. Then at the end she said put a flyer in the sack if we changed our mind on how to sign up for a cc. When we left, we thought what on earth was that?! We felt like we were being pranked, it was so awkward and frustrating. I also found it so unfriendly to have made the size of purchase we did and she only said here you go, never a thank you. I understand that clerks get paid to sign people up, I have also worked in retail for several years. But if a customer says no, theres no need to continue to keep asking and telling about signing up for the Carters credit card.

I had gone in looking for some pants for a clinical rotation requiring business casual allowing for movement with patients. I ended up leaving the store with 4 pairs of pants that I absolutely adore. It's been a little challenging finding pants as an individual with some curves and changing sizes. Tara did a WONDERFUL job making me feel confident in my body and the clothes I choose to wear. I have nothing but good vibes with the location out at village point and I can't wait to go back for another sale. As athleisure goes, this isn't the most expensive I've seen but they do run occasional sales! This is 100% worth every penny and allows me to move during physical therapy sessions with patients. However, after today I am rethinking continuing the practice with this store. The middle man seems to be putting me in a position that isn't worth repeating. To specify, I was offered $6 for a $180 Gap winter coat, in darn near perfect condition as it was worn very few times. Yes, it's from 2016, but still sold in the same style/design, as it is a best seller. Going by the typical garage sale pricing of 80% markdown from purchase price, this offer was a 97% markdown. I understand they are the middle man seeking to profit, but their prices are NOT garage sale level for the customer, either. I had other designer items, like never before worn Janie and Jack being offered same super low prices as well. I declined the offer on these items and accepted the offer for the remaining items, purely out of motivation to clear my daughter's closet at this time. The woman kept saying "I don't know if you've ever bought anything here before but our policy is to give this rate for Gap coats no matter what." No wonder FB marketplace is so popular!
