You won't find cheap craft crap; you'll find cool stuff from throughout the last, oh, 120 years or so. Any of it would look good in a well-appointed home. And thank heavens, they haven't completely jumped on the mid-century trend as most other such places have. From chairs to rugs to cards, there's something here for anyone with good taste. (I picked up a fairly recent photography coffeetable book at a reasonable price.) There's also an adjoining women's vintage clothing store (unfortunately, nothing for guys). While the location might be a little tough to find at first, it's one to put on your radar. (And not far from NFM, so any time you're thinking of visiting them, stop by here, too.)

Overall, it's a fun place to peruse, but after many visits, I've yet to pull the trigger on buying anything.

The gal working was super helpful and very sweet. The space itself is a cute renovated older building that still maintains some of the original charm. I found everything to be very clean and organized in a fun way. I would say that they have items that would suit someone from birth to mid-elementary age. They have a lot of infant and smaller toddler clothes but not a huge selection for bigger kids. They are an authorized Jellycat retailer, which is great for those on the hunt! Their items are priced on the higher end for gifting but they carry some really great brands that are made to last (think heirloom quality). We ended up leaving with a Jellycat Kangaroo, some spiral hair bands, a beaded coin purse, and a hand painted container for a lost tooth! They will even wrap your gifts for free!

They do post some items on Facebook and you can come get them from their posts. Overall great store, really clean, and they have a reward system too for frequent fliers.

She also helped us stay on budget. :) The show room is nicely decorated and features a wide variety of kid and baby furniture. They probably had 50 or so cribs to choose from, Way more than Nebraska Furniture Mart! We had to order the items but as I understand it the rocking chair is custom made in North Carolina. All the furniture we purchased is made in United States, and is safety tested. We paid 25% upfront, and will pay the rest when the furniture comes in.

I lucked out and had my first visit be on a sale day. It started at everything would be 30% off and as the day went on every couple of hours the discount would jump up. It then went to 40% and ended at 50% all merchandise. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Will most definitely be returning.

I ordered new bedroom furniture in October, to be delivered in November. First the delivery date got pushed back to December. Then February. Then APRIL. I called, they refused to do split delivery and were holding 2 of my items (a nightstand and a dresser) until a bedframe shipped from overseas. Late January rolls around, Bedframe is actually here! Wow yay it's not April yet, later than I initially thought but this is ok! Wrong. We scheduled a delivery time and I took all my old bedroom furniture out of my room and took off work to meet the delivery guy. But no one shows up. Weird? I call Pottery Barn, they say delivery should never have been scheduled because they'll only deliver once an entire order can be delivered, and 1 of our items is missing. Yeah yeah the bedframe I know, but I got a notification that it came in and we could schedule delivery now? Turns out the bedframe is there now - but the nightstand (that has been there since October) is MISSING. What?? PB said they'll do some digging and get back to me. 2 days later.... no one got back to me so I called again. Nice lady tracks the nightstand to a different warehouse and said give us 7-10 days then we'll reschedule your delivery. 10 days pass ...... crickets. I call again. Different nice lady tracks it down and gives me the exact same answer - at a different warehouse, give us 7-10 days. At this point I said no thanks just cancel the order. They said so sorry, we'll give you a discount on your upcoming PBK order (a separate order scheduled to come in March). I said thank you, that's the least you can do. Now it gets worse...... are you ready? Nice PB lady #1 put some notes in my profile about how PBK needs to give us a discount for this whole ordeal. Nice PB lady #2 adds more notes to my profile reiterating yes, these people need a discount. PB lady #2 gives me the phone number for PBK and says call them, they'll get you sorted and make it right. I call...... PBK says sorry, we can't give you a discount. PB is a "separate company" and can't do that. I said ok F you guys, cancel this order too I'm just. They say great, we'll give you a $4K PB credit! I said no, that's unacceptable I want a full refund to my credit card. They say ok we can give you a partial refund, you'll still have to pay the shipping costs (despite the fact that my order hasn't shipped yet). I took this all the way up through multiple managers and never could get my shipping costs refunded. Long story short: I almost spent $10K at this company in a 6 month period. Now they will never get a dime from me. Hope the $400 they kept for my "shipping costs" was worth it for losing a lifetime customer. Don't order from PB or PBK. Don't make the mistakes I did.

It's tucked into this really cool basement space that gives it a cozy, hidden-gem feel, and you can tell a lot of care has gone into creating this special place! I love the way everything is organized. They have different shelves for different materials and items, such as white glass, clear glass, pottery, etc. I came in with a few ideas in mind and found plenty of cool gifts for thriftmas. They have a special where if you found a gold coin with a star on it, you get $5 off your total purchase! They also have weekly specials. I went on a Tuesday and it was 20% off glass, so I was able to get this beautiful, heavyweight glass decanter for only $20! The person who checked me out was super kind as she carefully wrapped up my glass items so they would be safe during the ride home. Love this place and will return!
