She told me she could not do anything for my boots return because I had worn them for one day, despite telling her they were super tight and hurting my ankles. She refused to call her district manager or customer service or anyone to get another opinion. She told me I needed to call customer service myself if I had an issue. She then tried to correlate my attempted return to the same as someone she dealt with prior that was arrested and in jail and tried to return the shoes with an unknown substance on them?? This woman clearly needs retrained and or removed from this position. She had ZERO empathy for my situation and seemed to be worried about a $225 return then making a customer happy. I know I am going to seriously reconsider future shopping at 5.11 because of her horrendous attitude and ability to be flexible and problem solve. They offered us a drink and small bites while we shopped, which was such a kind gesture that helped make it feel more like family than a business. My husband completely customized his Samuelsohn suit, they have so many fabric types and Charlie is great about suggesting what patterns and colors to mix. Anything you want to know about good men's clothing, go ask Charlie. The price is high, we paid around $2000 for a 2 piece suit and tie, but for a custom suit (custom lining, name embroidered inside, custom pockets, everything) you should expect to pay more. We certainly got what we paid for, a beautiful custom suit that he can wear for years to come. We can't wait to return!
