I received my first order from Material Girl last week. It came 2-3 days after I ordered it. They were fast friendly and everything went smooth. When I called I had a question and the girl that answered the call thought the owner Scott could better answer all my questions. He had stepped out for a little bit. As soon as he got back and got my message he called me right be right away. Then I was was not able to answer. Long story short as soon as I called him back he took the call right away. Stayed on the phone with me awhile. He listened to my story and helped me from start to finish. Most "owners" wouldnt even get on the phone unless they had to let alone talk to me listen to my story and take my order. He was awesome. The other part of my review is this company has been awesome with the June give aways. I have not won anything and have had a blast with the group and seeing other people win. I think they are a great company. I have a ton of friends that shop there also and have not heard one bad thing about them from anyone. Also I have sent several people to them and they are hooked also. IMO Material Girl Inc its employees and Owners rock the are the best and no matter if I win or lose a contest I will continue to shop with them. I've ordered multiple items from Material Girl and they are one of the *best* online retailers from whom I've purchased. Scott and his staff are the most responsive and friendly that I've ever interacted with. Not only is their shipping really fast, but Material Girl also has a price guarantee in which they will give you 10% off a (verified) competitor's price for the same item! I had ordered one item from them having found the same item for less on another website. I then later found the same item on another website for even less! Material Girl gave me the price guarantee from the second website that I'd found! Very few companies would go back and do that. Aside from my personal experience with Material Girl, they also very generously donated a handbag as a giveaway for a Facebook group of which I am a part. I was looking for a particular color of Harvey's Seatbelt Bag and thought I'd see if it could be found - Material Girl was most gracious with their time. I did not locate the bag I was looking for, but because of the attention I received and excellent customer service (all before I had spend a dime), I decided to give my next purchase to Material Girl. I called to order a Harveys bag with MG's price match. However, I was informed the color I wanted was out of stock. :( I didn't expect to make a purchase at that time, but Scott (the owner) offered me the same discount on another color even though it wasn't the same price. Talk about an offer you can't refuse! lol I purchased the bag and much to my surprise it arrived a day earlier than I expected. You can't get that level of customer service anymore. I freakin' LOVE Material Girl. I refuse to to support companies that don't have outstanding customer service. Material Girl happens to have some of the best customer service I've ever encountered. They are at or above the same level as many national and international retailers I have had experience with. I've made three purchases from this company, and I will not hesitate to make many more. Scott and Material Girl are the best company I've ever dealt with online. They communicate in person to let you know what's going on with your order and deal with issues quickly and happily! When I didn't like the size of the bag I ordered, they sent me a free return label and gave me 15% off the bag I exchanged it for.
