Fun, creative store! Owner was helpful in finding a unique gift for my son. This is a great space to browse.

Speaking of old I'm obviously getting old because the selection was very nostalgic lol but that's another story. They have a collection of not just games but CDs ,DVDs & vinyls. The set up is more open than when it was gamers. Service was friendly. A good place if you're a collector, you may run into some good finds. For those trying to set up computer room or GAMEROOM :) or man/ woman cave, this place seems like it could be a helpful stop.

Didn't get to play it until today, when I tried it I really did not like it one bit so I went to hopefully exchange for something different around the same price I paid. Unfortunately, they don't give refunds (note: gentlemen yesterday explained I could get store credit or exchange if I did not like it). Gentlemen today say, "if the game you bout was broken then you can get store credit," which I did not understand but home here all the time but for the service I just received. You guys should respect the gamer lifestyle rather then say, you buy it you keep it kind of ish(respectfully). The guy that was there today, your full of it and you know it. If you come here, unless its broken you will get 0-NO respect, Oh and your forced to keep it . So f$%king sad. I loved you gameroom, now I hate you guys. People save your money and time guys, you'll thank me later. I wish I was able to give it a negative but‍...

This was fun! The coffee service was quick and easy. They have a great selection of coffees,…read moredrinks, teas, smoothies, boba teas, sodas, candies, and treats. I enjoyed my almond milk latte. They have a huge selection of comics and novelty items. Great place to relax and look around while having a coffee!!

The shop is super well laid out and not cluttered and hard to shop, like a few other comic/collectible places we have been. As soon as we walked in, the attendants behind the register were so excited to welcome and help us find anything we needed. They came out to answer questions, and helped my husband find key issues he wanted (so we left with a lot of loot LOL) Aside from all the great comics, they also have collectibles, like plushies, Funkos, figurines etc. as well as a little spot for kids to play while their parents shop. They are called Legend Comics and COFFEE, and I was more interested in the coffee than the comics so I stopped in to the cafe while my husband perused everything. I got the Golden Caramel Latte, and it was extra delicious - not too sweet but still a little hint of the caramel to give you that sweet taste. My husband wanted to get a drink that was chocolatey, but without coffee. I asked the barista at the coffee shop if they had anything like that, and he actually made me something special on the spot. It was a frozen chocolate milk, and my husband went wild for it. I don't think it's on the menu, and was made impromptu, but you may be able to ask for that, if you want to try! There is a lot of seating at the cafe and also around the comic shop, including little benches, if you want to sit and pore over your potential purchases or if you're waiting for someone to finish shopping. Even though we spent way too much money here, I definitely recommend it if you're a comic collector/lover, as they have so many things to explore (both in comics and coffee) and you may find something new you love!

This is a bit more for the tabletop gamer, as that's a lot of what they have now, but they did have a good selection of comics, just put away more than the games that take a lot of the display area. The comics were there but were more in drawers, and they had cute comic characters of each alphabetical letter drawer (like Wolverine on the W drawer). Very clever idea! Another cool thing is that a lot of the decor they have around the store is dragon-themed, sticking with their name of the Dragon's Lair. They also didn't have as many figurines and pops as a few other comic shops we've been to (though they do have a handful). They more have the gaming dice, Warhammer figurines, and games like Settler's of Catan etc. The staff was more helpful at this location vs. the one out on 144th and Center, where they kind of act annoyed when you want to actually buy something and they have to ring you up LOL So If you're looking for a new game or interested in collecting Warhammer figurines, this would be great for you. If you're on the hunt for a certain comic book, they may have that too, but it's not the main focus anymore like I remember it being when I was a kid.
