Warning: there's fast turnaround for many of the furniture items here. Items sold here are either vintage items that have been curated and updated (painted, spruced up with new hardware) or new items by makers (candles from Refugee Empowerment Center, tables made by crafters in Kansas City, vases and macrame plant hangers from local makers). They also sell paint, stencils, removable wallpaper, and hardware for those who'd like to try their own DIY. You never know what you'll find here. Some of their items are pieces of history (remade from cargo carriers or sourced pieces of furniture from art museums). When it comes to the price tag, I agree with other reivewers who noted that pricing is variable.

I was tempted to buy a vintage-style (but don't worry! It's new) tin of that lip balm, the kind we used to have in the early 80s, it smelled so great but would get pocket lint in it. Now I'm tempted to buy one and not carry it in my pocket. Anyway...back to the review. The staff member who helped me with the wallet was really nice and thoughtful, and offered to cut off the tag if I wanted to use it immediately (I did). These areas attract a high volume of people and if you don't want to pay the marked price...someone who comes in right behind you just might. Some of the items here are a little dusty, but I guess that's to be expected with that many surfaces. Pretty hard to stay on top of all of it...
