There's a middle rack full of clothes. There's a pool table you can play. They also had good music playing. They had original vintage shirts. It's a little pricey but cheaper then online. She immediately got to work on his fitting and paid attention to every detail. We then started looking at some dress clothes for him to wear at the rehearsal dinner. It was like back to school shopping with a 30 year old. Again Bev didn't let us down. She had my son in fitted clothes that looked amazing. And walked out with one of the best deals ever. Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience when I back less than 24 hours later to return items. I was met by a very aggressive woman with glasses and a beanie. She told me she could not do anything for my boots return because I had worn them for one day, despite telling her they were super tight and hurting my ankles. She refused to call her district manager or customer service or anyone to get another opinion. She told me I needed to call customer service myself if I had an issue. She then tried to correlate my attempted return to the same as someone she dealt with prior that was arrested and in jail and tried to return the shoes with an unknown substance on them?? This woman clearly needs retrained and or removed from this position. She had ZERO empathy for my situation and seemed to be worried about a $225 return then making a customer happy. I know I am going to seriously reconsider future shopping at 5.11 because of her horrendous attitude and ability to be flexible and problem solve. I called customer service after I left the store and they immediately processed a return and refund. Wow, see there is an exception to most situations.

After asking an employee I found the clothes, but they are split up really oddly across isles. In the Old Market this place is a gem, with designers expressing them selves with their arts on T-Shirts. The material is pretty sturdy and the designs are unique, several with animal prints.
