Idk about you, but I like to save as much as I can when I can, so I can spend more money on... FOOD!!! LOL This location is the closest to me here in AZ at the moment. So far, I've ordered online twice, and pick up is pretty quick. Employees are friendly and even though there's a short line sometimes, they get my order to me as soon as I give them my name when I get to the counter. The reason for the 4 stars is because they are usually out of stuff that I want. Mainly shampoos & conditioners. Other than that, I like this store. They keep it clean and organized. Parking is never a problem, either.

Conversation with pharmacist was helpful and professional. THEY EVEN ANSWERED THE PHONE in a timely manner. They made one mistake that was bothersome. This is where, "I can't help you" is what is accepted as customer service…read more Not enough space here to describe the runaround, multiple visits, and utter lack of customer care. From providing wrong information over the phone, to lying about the lack of availability of medication at the location. Aside from the actual pharmacist himself, who goes out of his way to fix his employees mistakes, the rest of the staff is profoundly careless. Avoid this place if you can, unless you like to be jerked around, made to come back multiple times, and then told that what you need was never available in the first place. How this place is allowed to stay open is beyond me. Good luck!

It also has good customer service as expected at Costco. And has most of the same products that every location has. Also has a decent sized parking lot so hopefully there should be enough spaces for if you're shopping and need somewhere to sit. The criticism I have is that it is a pain to drive through as well as find a space because of the design. It's especially frustrating on days when it's super hot or over 100 degrees and need to find a closer spot so you can get inside to buy what you need. Also the gas station tends to be slow and packed but that's like every Costco.

The store was moderately busy, but I appreciated that the current sale items were prominently displayed right up front. Unfortunately, my experience took a hit on the way to the back. I was badgered by a cell phone salesperson, which was a huge disappointment. When you pay for a membership, you don't expect to have to navigate a gauntlet of sales pitches just to shop. On the bright side, the checkout process was seamless. I headed to the self-checkout where an attendant was ready to assist, and I was in and out of the store in under 15 minutes. I still love Costco for the value and efficiency, but I really dislike the aggressive third-party salespeople on the floor. .

She'll get you what you need, she'll ring you up, and she knows her stuff. But the vibe? Straight-up "customer service by Darth Vader." Zero warmth, zero chill. It's like she took the "helpful" part of the job description and set fire to the "friendly" part. If this were my only Walgreens experience I'd think Walgreens was running a training program on "How to Lose Friends and Alienate Customers." Ana, you're good at your job, but service isn't just doing it, it's how you make people feel while you do it. And right now you're giving "final boss battle" energy at the checkout counter. Walgreens corporate: she's a keeper for efficiency, but maybe slip her a memo that smiling doesn't cost extra.

True to their word, I received a text notification on the expected date that the prescription was ready. When I went to pick it up, a kind woman at the register assisted me. Since I'd never used the medication in gel form before, I asked for a consultation with the pharmacist. The pharmacist's instructions were clear and thorough, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. This was honestly one of the best pharmacy experiences I've ever had.
