So far, I've ordered online twice, and pick up is pretty quick. Employees are friendly and even though there's a short line sometimes, they get my order to me as soon as I give them my name when I get to the counter. The reason for the 4 stars is because they are usually out of stuff that I want. Mainly shampoos & conditioners. Other than that, I like this store. They keep it clean and organized. Parking is never a problem, either.

From providing wrong information over the phone, to lying about the lack of availability of medication at the location. Aside from the actual pharmacist himself, who goes out of his way to fix his employees mistakes, the rest of the staff is profoundly careless. Avoid this place if you can, unless you like to be jerked around, made to come back multiple times, and then told that what you need was never available in the first place. It also has good customer service as expected at Costco. And has most of the same products that every location has. Also has a decent sized parking lot so hopefully there should be enough spaces for if you're shopping and need somewhere to sit. The criticism I have is that it is a pain to drive through as well as find a space because of the design. It's especially frustrating on days when it's super hot or over 100 degrees and need to find a closer spot so you can get inside to buy what you need. Also the gas station tends to be slow and packed but that's like every Costco.

Photo Center Senior Associate working tonight Review:…read more Wife spent 2 hours st the kiosk working on a photo book for Valentine's day tonight. Our antivirus software says the walmart photo site isn't safe to use. She was very proud of the work she did. She tried to proceed to checkout and the computer froze. Waited for 10 minutes or so for the "senior associate" to come try to fix it. Senior associate promptly cancels the project and erases the work. No apology, no acknowledgement except to tell me wife "you should do it at home." My wife tells her about the website security concerns and the two hours spent on the project. Senior associate shrugs her shoulders. My wife speculates that she did it on purpose since the ohoto center was set to close soon. As my wife walks away almost in tears over the wasted time, effort and lack of empathy by "senior associate", senior associate is laughing. My wife's text to me: "I am really sad with how she handled it. She new when it warned it would lose the product it would disappear. And she acted like no big deal." Yes General Manager of the Queen Creek location and yes corporate, you can reach out to me to discuss. We didn't ask and they didn't offer the time - we were stressed. Next day called ten minutes after 8 and they said the truck always comes at 11 so it would be after that. I said no one told us it would be that late (yesterday I could have driven around and got it elsewhere). she blamed the call center and said we should always come to the store and get better information. We were at the store! not a call center. I said what can we do, we need it now (ER had loaded some meds but now was due and needed). she said let me see what we can do (the way she said it I took to mean they may have some in stock). she asked what phone number to use, i updated. she asked for the number again (yes gave new number twice) and updated to receive calls. would call or text as soon as it was ready. nicely said she'd look for coupons. no call, no text, starting to panic. called at 10:50 and was told a) they didn't have the right number and b) the meds had been ready since 9:00. I complained and they apologized and entered the number. again blaming the call center but again I talked to the store not the call center! when I got to the store the coupon was was entered, I asked why if the meds were there they didn't just fill it yesterday. young kid made it sound like the truck came early, and I said oh really the gal standing next to you said the truck couldn't get there until 11. I again asked why they didn't just fill it yesterday and he said "we have our processes". Walgreens, your processes aren't working. if you would have a) just filled it when the meds were in the store instead of saying tomorrow OR b) entered the correct phone number and called when it was ready so we didn't wait needlessly OR c) not made it sound like there was nothing that could be done OR d) pretended a magic truck showed up (we aren't stupid and your own people said truck always comes at same time each day). oh and stop blaming the call center for actions of your people! Take ownership of what YOU do.
