Idk about you, but I like to save as much as I can when I can, so I can spend more money on... FOOD!!! LOL This location is the closest to me here in AZ at the moment. So far, I've ordered online twice, and pick up is pretty quick. Employees are friendly and even though there's a short line sometimes, they get my order to me as soon as I give them my name when I get to the counter. The reason for the 4 stars is because they are usually out of stuff that I want. Mainly shampoos & conditioners. Other than that, I like this store. They keep it clean and organized. Parking is never a problem, either.

I get pricing before the process the prescription so that there are no surprises. They are easy to contact by phone and email. I had get to pricing for either injectable or troche so I emailed the dosage and frequency to the general email listed on their website and in less than 30 minutes I received an email reply from the Owner/Pharmacist with all pricing details and he reaffirmed the dosage/frequency. Once a prescription is ready to ship I receive an email with a link to pay for the prescription and delivery is always included. No extra cost for their delivery. With my most recent prescription, my doctor sent the new prescription to Val Vista and on the same day I received an text to pay online using the texted link and that it was expected to be delivered the next day. Being the skeptical that I can be sometimes I didn't believe that it would be delivered by the next day. Sure enough this morning, at 7:25am, I received another text that my prescription was out for delivery. I have used three other custom pharmacies in the valley and by far this is the best for customer service, pricing and delivery.

Otherwise, you're going to wind up heading there after work expecting for them to be filled only to be delivered disappointment. They either didnt process it with your insurance on time, your insurance is being sassy and they didnt inform you, or they dont even have it in stock and they didnt let you know. The people here are nice, but something isnt right.

There have been a few workers that have gone above in beyond in being kind and showing me they care beyond filling my prescription. I had insurance issues and they patiently tried to resolve it to save me that extra $10. Obviously I'd love to see a little improvement and have the convenience of not having to drag my two babies in to fill prescriptions but it isn't all bad.
