My first initial interaction was with aliciana and pharmacist Lorrick. They were both VERY kind and accommodating. Lorrick with MORE than helpful as my son's RX insurance numbers weren't working and being rejected. He worked his magic and boom, got it to work. Then when he councled my teenage son, he leaned in and explained the medicine directly to him ( as he is a young man) and I was obviously right there hearing all advice. Anyways, Lorrick you deserve an atta boy! Thanks for making my experience so nice.

If you have 4-6 cars ahead of you, you can guarantee a 40-50 minute wait time sitting in line until you get served. Fast food drive thru's take less time to give you your food! So it begs the question: WTF is taking so long to get your prescription! My wife and I are over this and are thinking we wouldn't mind paying a little more for prescriptions if they take this long. The wait times inside the store are even more atrocious!

I'll start by acknowledging that things can get busy. I understand having to wait in line a bit. I…read moredon't understand having to wait an hour in the drive thru, FINALLY getting up to the window, the employee spending 30 seconds to find my prescription, and then 10 minutes grabbing it. "Just 1 in the fridge for you". Okay, cool, so you know where it is, what it is, and who its for. It should not take 10 minutes to hand it out through the drive thru. Maybe if he was the only one working! But I counted 4 other people behind the counter, none of whom even looked up at me. And they weren't even considerate enough to apologize for the delay, or thank anyone for their patience, or give any sort of reasoning. A pharmacy that does not understand the potential urgency behind getting patients their meds should absolutely not be in business, and I hope that doctors and patients everywhere see this and make it clear to everyone around them NOT to use the CVS on Greenback and Fair Oaks.

They were a bit more expensive than other places I've stopped at, but the convenience of being near my event made it worth it. Plus I wasn't sure if Walgreens would have ice and I was so glad there was some. It seemed the store was lightly staffed, but when one of them saw me walking towards the cash register they joined me there to check me out. I was in and out within five minutes, and on my way to my event!

I went for a walker and not only found exactly what I wanted (been doing a lot research on line, but like to buy things in local stores), a red walker with a seat and brakes, but a STANDER. Yes, that is what it is called. No seat, no brakes, but weighs only 4 pounds and easy to squeeze together and swing into a car trunk with one hand. Vanessa was extremely helpful in fitting everything to me. Will be back for shoes and a leg-lifter (helps swinging up bad leg into bed and also getting into and out of the automobile). This store looks like it is small, but it is jammed with all sorts of medical assistance devices and the range of walkers is outstanding. As a first-time customer, the discount was most welcoming!
