We came here to pick up my medicine and a few things before our drive home which is an hour away. I have never used the bathroom here before and my partner also had to go and despite the store being clean the bathrooms were atrocious. It didn't make sense because every thing else about this place is always on point. The people are friendly and the store is always clean. Might be a nice time to renovate those bathrooms. read more

I have been going to this CVS for years and, with a few exceptions, the quality of my experiences has ranged from relatively poor to just OK. But I feel compelled to post this review because my last several experiences have been fantastic, both in terms of the efficiency with which my scripts have been filled and with respect to the excellent customer service I've received. My experiences here started to improve right around the time Chloe Lee joined the pharmacy staff as Rx Manager; she has been dependable, professional, efficient, and--most importantly--compassionate in communicating with me, proving that she is a true healthcare provider who can thrive in a busy pharmacy and treat her patients with respect at the same time. I hope Chloe is rewarded and acknowledged for the great work she's doing; she brings me peace of mind and is the main reason I keep coming back to this CVS, instead of switching to one of the many other retail pharmacies that are located much closer to my home and workplace. A disappointing visit - and I won't be returning here unfortunately. The store was a mess and they did not have the item I came in for - even though their website said they had several. I called ahead and asked if they were still doing money orders and the lady replied yes. I drive to the location, there are two woman sitting on the counter on their cell phones. Another lady says the system is down. If there's a service that you guys offer, wouldn't you let all staff know that it's currently unavailable? Waste of my time. read more

The pharmacy here is absolutely incompetent. They stated they ordered my prescription on Friday and it would be here Monday arrived Monday to pick it up they said they did not order it on Friday and just did today and it would be here tomorrow. I asked is it a guarantee it will be here tomorrow after wasting half of the timeframe I can pick it up in because Keep in mind I was continually telling the staff my prescription only has a 7 day window to pick it up once the seven days expire I have to wait 30 days until I can again. They did not know so I asked for it to be transferred to a different CVS. They stated it was transferred to a CVS in Target and would call if there was any issues during the transfer due to the urgency with me picking it up turns out it was never transferred and I was never contacted. Then this location told me it was while the other one was telling me it wasn't so I honeslty just think the staff at this location have no idea what they are doing. Ultimately had to transfer it to a different establishment because it was never going to get to me in time. Overall the the information I got from having to deal with the staff from this establishment is there is no urgency or care to dispense a persons medication which is not okay as medication is not a "oh I might give it to you" it's a necessity. Happy to say I now know how awful the service is here and will never be returning. read more

I was very pleased with my first visit to this CVS. They provided a motorized cart for the disabled. During my shopping I needed assistance to reach a product and asked for help. The clerk who helped me did so without hesitation. Upon checking out the cashier asked me if I needed help at my car. She followed me out and loaded my car. She was very kind and accommodating throughout the process. Definitely will be back. Handicap friendly! read more

I have used this pharmacy for years and unfortunately, the recent change in pharmacists has not gone well. I understand that when you have been working with one pharmacists for over a decade, change can be difficult. However, not all customers are alike, maybe discussing some of your long term customers with the new pharmacists before leaving would help create consistency and thus a much smoother transition because this is a nightmare. read more

This is now CVS Pharmacy. Located in a quaint little business strip right where Granite Bay and Roseville meet on Sierra Collage at E. Roseville Parkway. This is a full service CVS Pharmacy Center with Photo, Money Center, and MinuteClinic. They now have two Coupon Stations to do print outs. Staff in both the front sales counter and back pharmacy are very knowledgable and friendly. Those two business values keep me returning! read more

The ladies who usually work the registers are great. I always find what I need, but it's usually on my own. I came here today at 1:45 and Ruth was on her own working the register, taking passport photos and receiving shipments. You need at least three employees, because when one goes on breaK there is only one employee and everything falls apart there. Customers can't get help, the line gets long, and the guy delivering shipments is now late for his next drop. read more

Overall, the pharmacist is good. Most of the employees are good. There is one particular employee by the name of Ruthi, who is always arrogant. She is least reluctant in running any coupons, and if asked to, will do it reluctantly. I've heard her laughing on me with other employers as soon as coupons are done, as if, people are trying to be penny pinchers when using coupons. It is your job to be using those coupons, and please don't feel the customer feel bad for using those coupons. Extremely poor experience with this particular employee . read more

This store is VERY conveniently located by my in-laws house... I remember when it was just an empty field. While I liked the open space, it is nice to have this so close. They have bottle supplies and toys and cold medicines. All things to keep the kids happy and healthy while visiting. They never seem to have enough checkers, but I think this is typical with Longs and not just this location. read more

I am normally not one to post negative reviews, but the level of unprofessionalism and lack of custom service here is just appalling! Any time I've needed assistance in finding items, or if I have a question to ask, there is not a single employee to be found. This has happened on multiple occasions. However on my last visit, I witnessed possibly the worst display of this hot mess of an establishment yet! I was standing in an line which nearly reached the back end of the store and there was only one cashier up at the front (it was apparent she was new, as I had seen her training with another employee previously)...come on how can anybody not see something wrong with this? Finally, a manager comes up to her and starts berating her I front of customers! I caught a look at his name tag and saw his name was Josh! No wonder the morale here is so low if that's the way employees are treated by management!! I'll be driving a little bit further from home now to shop at a different location from now on! read more

Manager Josh has told me NOT to shop and purchase merchandise associated with the female gender. I did not know there was a moratorium on these products to other genders. He has also told his assistant manager about his position in relation to myself. This manager has treated me in great disregards with respect to opposite gender. I was informed last year by Matt that I could in fact purchase female products in the store. So, this particular store gets ONLY one star as I have to get on the board. My opinion is I personally would not shop at this particular store unless you like ABUSE! read more

It's a really funny location in a parking lot with some pretty less-frequented businesses so you are on a mission if you come here. Always plenty of parking and it's pretty quiet so you never wait in line long, if ever. read more

I cannot speak for the store portion; however I can say the pharmacy is outstandingly friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.

The customer service at this particular CVS is top notch. I dealt with them on two occasions. Each time they were very friendly and customer service orientated. On one occasion, I had to cancel an order because I found the medicine cheaper at Costco. The employee understood and reassured me that it was no big deal even though I know it was a special order. She could have easily hung up with me or been short with me knowing that there was no potential sale. I will continue to shop at this particular CVS for my other needs. read more
