The other reviews here are right. If you can avoid this location I would. The staff are nice and that's the only positive. When your doctor sends your prescription here it might not be filled then it's a game of phone tag for a couple of days to get it filled. Then you show up and wait in line, get told 15 minutes, wait in line again, get told another 15 minutes and keep waiting. They said they couldn't see a reason that it wasn't filled. Please educate your front desk staff to be better at problem solving. For medications that cannot be hard stopped your staff should be offering a bridge medication fill. Without refills on hand instead of trying to send someone away. Figure out how to help. I had to ask multiple times to have this completed instead of just being sent home without any medication. This is not the way people who took jobs to help other people should be treating patients. read more

The pharmacist Hagit at the CVS in el dorado is so unprofessional, discourteous judgemental and violates HIPAA on a regular basis. Notified corporate of her and they did nothing- she's still there and her coworkers can't stand her . I was glad to go elsewhere and am treated so much better . read more

From start to finish the male there with glasses was RUDE, RUDE AND RUDE!! This is why I won't come here again. Unorganized and employees are snappy with customers! Elderly man behind me was rushed from the counter when he clearly needed a minute!! JC people, slow the hell down on the elderly!! How dare you treat people like that!! The most disrespectful and rude pharmacists and business I have met. I wish I can give zero. Their persona is like they hate their life and are rude. Nothing feels comfortable especially around medication or receiving and asking questions about intake. They act like you are an inconvenience. Will not be returning. Find a different job if you can be THAT rude and credentialed. If you question insurance or intake of medication they will make you feel stupid or annoyed of their "time". . HIPPA violations. Nothing stresses me out more than this pharmacy. I am unfortunately not exaggerating when I say that every single time I go to pick up a prescription I have to wait at least a half hour, only for there to be some new different problem. Some reason they forgot or messed up or misplaced. You also cannot call and speak to anyone there so there is no way to check on your prescriptions before going in. Please go anywhere else if you want to save yourself some severe anxiety! read more

After a visit to the pediatrician yesterday we stopped by this Target to grab a few Christmas presents. My son noticed they had a CVS pharmacy and that is where his prescription had been sent. He said , mom can we get my prescription filled here? Well I asked the Pharmacist,Kim, and she was more than willing to check the computer to see if the medication was available. Yep! She said she could fill it in 10 minutes. She was so sweet and patient. It truly saved us about an hour of our day. Thanks Kim! read more

I've been using this pharmacy for ever. With the same two brand name medications I pick up every single month without fail. This last 6 months my prescriptions aren't avaialabke or they can't get it and they don't notify me. Leaving me scrambling when I run out. They don't seem to care to provide their patients with their monthly medications in a timely manner. Would love corporate to call me. read more

I used this pharmacy for years and never had a problem. About 3 months ago they had a pharmacist that was absolutely amazing and now they have Diane who should not be working with customers. I called Friday on 9/8/23 and they said they could not fill my prescription until the prescription came in and I understand and everything was fine. I then called my doctor on 9/9/23 and she told me they should be able to give me a least a day's worth of medication to get me to my Monday appointment. I called and they informed me that they would not do so. I understood and left it at that. Come Monday 9/11/23 and my prescription was sent they told me some information was wrong so I called my doctor and she fixed it. I called about 5 pm on 9/11/23 and Diane answered the phone and I was just trying to make sure everything was good and that I would be able to pick up first thing Tuesday morning 9/12/23. She proceeded to not give me much information and told me "We will figure this out tomorrow " she then literally hung up on me and truly didn't care that I have been without my medication for 4 days now. This medication helps me to have a better quality of life and no it's not pain medication. I go in today 9/12/23 and all I get is a rude pharmacist who has no empathy for patients who experience extreme pain and a lot of mental illness issues and the pharmacist chose to not understand the stress she was causing me. My doctor also tried to call and Diane who chose to leave her on hold for exactly 25 minutes. What pharmacy does that to a doctors call? I asked for the corporate number and Diane walked up and said "you want to call corporate? Here's the number and now you can go elsewhere to get your prescription filled". So I then proceeded to call corporate while I was there. They asked to speak with her and she said "they have to call me on our phone". So corporate did and I was on hold while they did so. Diane even left corporate on hold. I told the gentleman from corporate (Steven) who was super helpful and insured me that the issue would be dealt with. I have been going to this pharmacy for over two years and taking the same medication I have always filled there. Ever since Diane started there about 2 to 3 months ago the quality of customer service has go down horribly. I hope they actually do something about this issue. I would not recommend going to this CVS pharmacy. Avoid at all cost. read more

The pharmacist always wants to "verify" my prescriptions which would be fine every once in awhile but every month is ridiculous, she even thought it was suspicious when I went down in dosage for my ADHD meds (pretty sure if I was abusing it or selling it I would want high doses?), And it's always a pain in the ass to get my meds. I understand that people abuse substances, but for those of us with ADHD so bad that we can't function like a normal adult, it's really hard to get treated like a druggie just for going to pick up a medication that helps you remember to brush your teeth and do your laundry on time. CVS sucks in general, but this pharmacy is especially bad. Switched to Rite Aid Roseville Square (Rite Aid on Douglas also has rude pharmacists). read more

This location sucks! The CVS on Foothills is awesome! But I moved and got tired of traveling so far to the other one so I thought why not. Well now so know why not. If you have prescriptions that take anything more than looking in a computer and there's no problems with them you'll be fine. Let there be ONE issue no matter how small.
