The person I am used to seeing here the most is Sonny. Everyone who works here will greet you as you walk in, but Sonny is the one I talk with the most. He will ask me how my day is going and how work is. He always has a smile on his face and seems ready to help with whatever is needed. This store stays pretty clean and if there is an accidental spill, which usually happens near the slurpee machines, they mop it up quickly. The other day, Sonny sold me on some spicy Buffalo chicken wings. There were 10 of them and were good size. I believe it was $8+tax for those 10 wings. You can use your phone number if you are part of the loyalty club... I have chosen not to use the loyalty program anymore because of another location (Sunset & Taylor in Rocklin), but using the loyalty program gets you points to earn free items towards future purchases. These were mostly the drums, although I am a fan of the flats. After I payed, he put them into a sturdy box.. I mention the box because when I got into the car, I didn't have to worry about the Buffalo wings sauce seeping through and getting on the passenger seat. When I got to my clients, I took my first bite of the only flat in there... and they were hot, juicy, and pretty delicious. I would compare them to the Tyson brand you can buy at grocery stores. After a few wings, I boxed the rest of them back up and took them home for my daughter. I ordered a Pizza off the 7Now that has options for store pick-up. I received confirmation after 15 minutes that my pizza was ready for pickup. After I arrive at the store, I ask for my pizza and the register worker states that they stop serving hot food after 11 PM. I didn't get my pizza and now I have to ask for a refund. The customer behind me said "he does that stuff all the time". I left the store with no items and 1,000 points lost. Horrible services felt like they're just out to rip people off. if i could give zero stars i would. women's bathroom was ABSOLUTELY disgusting. there was CAKED on pee all over the underneath of the seat which i only saw because the seat was left up. the toilet was unflushed. there was pee on the floor as well. i was desperate so i hung onto the side of the sink(which was also filthy) to stabilize myself as i hovered over the toilet. i washed my hands and of course there were no towels. absolutely disgusting and neglected. i've actually never been in a nastier gas station bathroom before and omg is that saying something. it was so bad i didn't even feel comfortable buying food from them after i used the restroom. read more

They double-charged and lied to me at this location! I was double-charged and due to their system failure, I wasn't able to get a receipt. And no one can fix the problem or even provide me with a receipt! One employee said the manager was late and would be in a few minutes, turns out that person isn't the manager just another employee, and he just wants to kick me to the others. The second employee said that the manager would be here 12 hours later and asked me not to interfere with their business... Horrible business practice, it's a fraud! Don't come! read more

Cashier was rude because I did not know my pump number. Sorry guy. I didn't want to come in the store to begin with. Restroom is horribly dirty, urinal is out of order and the woman's restroom has been marked as "employee only". It basically means the management is not willing to fix the urinal and wants a clean bathroom for themselves regardless of the customers. read more

There's a first for everything. And I'm very happy to say that I've had 7-11 coffee for the first time in my life. You might be thinking, "Well damn, you're just a spoiled rich kid who's never had to suffer the drudge and sludge of convenience store coffee!" To which I would say: You're wrong. It's just one of those things that's never happened. It's like when people ask me if I've ever seen an episode of Spongebob, or watched Zenon, or had a Thin Mints, to which the answers are no, no, and no. My first reaction to the coffee bar was...is this real life? There's syrup that I can ADD to my coffee? As in I can add as much syrup as I want until it becomes a disgusting sludge of sticky semi-liquidy goo? And there are different flavors of creamers? THERE'S IRISH CREME FLAVORED CREAMER??? Wow. Who knew how gourmet 7-11 was. I never intended to get coffee at a gas station. Getting gas station coffee is the epitome of sad, but when you're on a long drive home with nothing but your wandering mind to keep you company and you suddenly realize it's 8:40 pm and your headlights aren't on, it's time to succumb. And I'm glad I did. The coffee could be instant for all I care, as long as there's flavored syrup and delicious creamers to spice it up, who cares what you're really dealing with. Note: There were also donuts that were BOGO. Went in for a door dash and they guy was on the phone and annoyed as soon as I came in. They were out of the chips and when I asked if it was adjusted with the customer he said we don't have the chips they can get a refund and shooed me away with his hands. The customer asked if they could replace them with any brand of the flavor and he said we don't have them so I walked to the shelf and got them myself amd then he got into my face and blocked my into the isle yelling at me that he didn't have them as I had them in my hand so I PAID for them myself and left. Never had an issue with this place until this morning. Whoever was working this morning at 6 am viewed my ID for a purchase. He looked at it then told me "You used to be skinnier". All I could muster was "Yes that was a long time ago", then he asked my age (for reasons unknown, you're still holding my ID why don't you do that math?). I left feeling put-down and slightly violated. Never ever EVER visiting this location ever again. And nobody who works here (aside from the female clerk in the afternoon) ever wear masks. I can't say enough good things about this store--esoecially in the early hours of the morning. The attendant, Ron, makes every visit seem like I am the most valued guest that has ever shopped there. I also appreciate the prepared food always being fresh as is the coffee. During THIS COVID-19 period of uncertainty, most convenience store cashier's act as though they dread being there and treat each customer as a potentual threat to their life. It's nice to experience good, old-fashioned, excellent customer service--even if just purchasing gas or selecting scratchers. Way to go 7-Eleven. Great customer service! I was shocked to see this location had only one star from two previous yelpers. When I arrived, I pulled into get gas. I walked into the store and I was helped by a nice gentleman. I paid and left to pump my gas. While I was pumping my gas I observed an employee, Steve, emptying the trash and cleaning up the debris around the pumps. He walked over to me and informed me that my tires were low and needed air. In addition, he asked about my day. Thanks Steve for the tip on my tires. They were in fact low! Great place to get snacks too! The store has fresh hot pizza for cheap. In addition, they had take in bake pizzas, donuts, and chips. Need a last minute snack? This is a one stop shop! The store was clean and tidy too! read more

I have been coming here for many years even before it was 7/11 I was coming here. I will never come here again it was the absolute worst customer service I've ever received in my entire life working at the auto mall for almost 20 years and coming here for cigarettes, beer and more. I will never come here again. I came in to get a few lotto tickets. When I turned around to walk out door I seen phone chargers it reminded me I need another for my New car.
