This is the closest to me. I used to live 3 blocks away. Now I live 5-6 mins away. It's always busy. I get my drink faster if I go to the window versus being in the car, waiting in line. The sizes are better than Starbucks in my opinion. The iced/blended coffee taste similar to each other. My go to is large blended golden eagle with soft top extra drizzle around the cup. If you don't say extra drizzle around the top, they just put extra on top of the soft top. My second drink of choice is H2O, it's water based drink with added syrups of whatever you want. It was trending on TikTok for awhile. I got large iced H20, Blue Raspberry, watermelon, lime with a splash of coconut milk and it was $3.75. They raise it now because Of TikTok trends. So don't quote me on the $3.75 price. The people taking your order are friendly and nice to talk to. I love Wednesdays when they give out stickers. read more

Not like anyone would care but I'm done going to this Dutch Bros. 45% of the time my drinks are not made how I order them! They're either missing the syrups, coffee tastes bitter or is non existent, or missing the amount of shots I requested! Some of the staff are mid. My drink this morning 1.) did not have correct number of shots, 2.) DID NOT HAVE BANANA cream pie syrup at all. 3.) at first the guy was making it as a hot drink. ...(I always order the same drink and this one wasn't filled up like it usually is.) whatever. I didn't have time to wait for them to remake it. Just make it RIGHT the first time. I will not be going to this location and just stick to the Dutch bros on Lichen dr. Ordered ahead for window pickup, and the app said my drinks would be ready at 9:17. I showed up a couple minutes early at 9:15 and was told they weren't ready yet--fine, no issue. But then a group of four guys walked up, ordered at the window, and somehow got their drinks before me. I didn't get mine until 9:25. To make it worse, the quality was terrible. My blended Rebel was watery like it had been sitting there forever, and the banana bread chai tasted off. After spending $20, that's pretty disappointing. I don't understand the point of ordering ahead if people who walk up after you are prioritized. And then to be asked for a tip on top of slow service and poorly made drinks? The coffee is good. The location is super busy. At least it was today when I went so I parked and walked up to order instead of waiting in queue with my engine running. The staff were quick and polite. No weird hair colors, no attitude like I normally get at Starbucks. They don't do the paper drink cards anymore only the app so I missed out on a free drink. read more

It's Mother's Day and I experience the worst customer service today. I am beyond dissatisfied with the service, which is rare for this specific location. The girl that took my order was a short blonde girl, and she was so rude. I was asking her for recommendations and she rolled her eyes twice, her name was Kaitlyn or Katie something like that. It's so disappointing that this literally put a sour taste in my mouth and ruined my day. Stoped by this location for my birthday reward and got strawberry pineapple lemonade, the drink is average, will try different flavors next time. How was my experience--dismal. I'm a regular here, for general stops and events alike. Today, I paid a visit for the Bracelet Drop along with many other customers. Given this location hasn't learned from its half dozen plus prior events I feel this critical review is more than warranted at this point, so listen well. Not only did I get onto Walerga's main road (the RIGHT way) and patiently and courteously wait/yield to the several other points of entry jamming up the drive-in, I was then turned away when I made it down the pike to the fork in the way. When I got there, a staff member turned me away, and THEN began shuffling traffic in even though the right fork hadn't laterally moved for the 45 minutes leading up to this exchange. This coupled with that the point of entry was clear and reasonably unfilled to enter. Instead of forking up the road with additional cones, they left it open to ambiguity in a tight, jam packed parking lot. And to add to the minutia, I was one of only two cars (became one, as the other parked), and instead of being courteous (given I WAS in line waiting upstream), I effectively was told to take a hike. This place is very close to losing my business--this is not how you handle a situation like this, especially when you are liable for the flow of traffic to begin with. Mind you, this EXACT issue occurred upstream on the Walgreens entrance. Do better, and train better. "Bro sorry" is no more professional than it is reasonable. read more

I paid $8 for a drink with an additional add on, and they initially forgot the add on, i kindly asked if they'd be able to add some on for me since i've paid for it, the girl had a rude demeanor and attitude and poured the smallest amount of soft top, i've gone to dutch a lot and know there are a certain standard beverage quality to upkeep as im also a barista- i asked nicely again, this time a different "broista" if she'd be able to add a little bit more since, again i paid for it, and she also had a rude attitude and said i'd have to pay another fee to get "extra" when they just weren't maintaining beverage quality. Overall the experience was very rude i wouldn't recommend this location in specific. i've never had any other issues at any other locations- as their whole branding is of being nice and positive. read more

Came through for two small drinks, person who took my order could not take payment because their tablet was overheating and resulted in not being able to scan my app when I was waiting in line, then forgot to take my order when she got a new tablet. I proceeded to watch everyone else but me receive their drinks while waiting in a very long line while I was waiting like a jackass. Never again. I usually go to this place at least two or three times per week. I just ordered an iced Americano (coffee) and I watched the barista add water to my coffee because they didn't make enough coffee to make a large iced coffee. So it was the most bland, watered down drink i've ever had. Unacceptable! $5.15 for a drink that is mostly water to begin with and then they had to put water in AFTER the coffee was brewed because there wasn't enough coffee for a large iced coffee. When I came to this Dutch Bros location, the service was terrible, and I'm not one to care about service as long as the product tastes good, but my drink was so watered down, and it tasted like unfiltered tap water, not mention, they filled my drink up with ice so I barely got any of it, and I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing because it tasted disgusting. read more

Horrible service!! Purchased a drink in the drive thru and my drink was given to the car in front of me by mistake. I don't think they confirmed the order with the driver before they gave them my drink. The driver actually took the drink and it was in his car briefly before handing it back to the window. When he handed it back, not only his hands but the cashiers hands were all over the cup. When I got to the window I let the cashier know that I didn't want that drink and asked for a refund or another drink made. While making the drink the cashier was rude so I asked for a refund. Instead of a refund she charged me for a second drink and I didn't realize until I drove away and looked at the receipt. Now I have to make a second trip back for refunds for two drinks I never received. read more

There's so many DB's around and this is one of them that I don't get very much to visit. But here we go on about my 5-6th time after trying it. The service was great and the line movers pretty fast. I was working late last night and felt myself in need of a little pick me up, so I consulted the Yelp Gods for the nearest DB to BFE where I was currently located. Or rather a large cold brew pick me up that I could save half of in the fridge for the morning. I prefer Dutch as far as coffee chains go and have used this caffeinated leftovers method before to excellent effect, but had not yet been to this new(ish) location. Used to long lines, I was surprised to be the third car in line when I pulled up. The line went by quickly as it usually does, and I found the employees perfectly polite as they usually are. One of the reasons I like Dutch so much is how friendly everyone is. That, and the coffee treats of course. There was a sign advertising the summer drink Campout Cold Brew (with Oat Milk. Moo Moo Milk and I are not friends. DB carrying Oat Milk has been a magical experience, and they can do many drinks vegan friendly because of it.), which I hadn't tried before. I'm a fan of the vanilla and regular cold brews, so figured I would give this one a try too. Turns out I have a new favorite. Yum! Also it appears I have enough points on my app for a free drink next time, W0ot wo0t! I would come to this nice newer location again if I'm in the area. Place is good. Drinks are amazing. Workers are pretty nice. But the line takes foreverrrrr. I'vebeen here 6 times already and it always take me 10-15 mins to get my one drink . Anyways, its a very busy location. The price increased dramatically as well. Idk why but in this dutch bros, it's 24$ for 3 drinks. So 8$~ but in the dutch bros in Auburn, it's 4$ for a large. I was so shocked when the price was so high. Wtf. I did read a review on here where the workers will steal tips without u knowing. I might need to start asking for the reciept because the price difference is wayy too big!! read more

Love the product. I am in the area from the Central Valley for the next two weeks. This location has got it dialed. The lanes are well staffed with cheerful employees. One morning the car line was long, so for the first time I got out and went to the window. At my home location that way would actually be slower service. This was not slow. Great job. Went to this location and for the first time ever received the worst service ever, went to the dumpster at this location before getting coffee to make room in our cup holders for our drinks. After throwing our cups away in the trash and pulling up to the broista, broista Lauren walked up and said make sure we don't use there trash again and walked away, no greeting no anything just rude and after she walked away asked the broista who was next to her what's her name and she responded with "why?" I was in such shock at all the great service I usually get because I order Dutch bros daily, literally. My fiancé and I ended up not even getting coffee at this location the vibe was all bad. Stopped by here to get drinks for the family before going on a road trip. Ended up with chlorine. My youngest daughter complained that she has chunks in her drink. I took a piece out and it smelled like the chlorine tablets you throw in the pool. Had to toss everyone's drinks. read more

Horrible all around. Overly sweetened, overly creamed. Coffee itself tastes horrible. The employees aren't wearing masks. The management schedules loud work to be done between 10pm and 8am. Their parking lights are aimed into the back yards of neighboring homes. Only people who hate coffee and respecting neighbors give this POS location more than 1 star. read more

Staff don't know the menu.. on top of that, if you don't state 5x ICED you'll get HOT coffee! If you don't make them scan your pass, they wont.
