First of all I live off Jamba Juice and I don't know what I would do without it. Sometimes though I have to go drive to all different locations because of work, but I'm always sad when I can't come to this location. The staff knows me by name and they are always kind. I feel like they always make sure to take special care on all my good and drink items. I'm eating the best açaí bowl with coconut whip which I highly recommend. Thank you guys for always making feel welcome and not like another customer. read more

Dropped by for smoothie day $1 special for strawberry whirl or mango a gogo. Got the mango. They had a ton of workers and had a bunch of smoothies ready to go, almost no wait! Amazing, love it. Also bought a belgium waffle bc i couldn't resist. Deliciously sweet and lightly crispy. Yum. read more

I ordered a drink and settled in for the wait, only two people ahead of me, no big deal. Ten minutes later... still no drink. Then a former customer walks in with THREE drinks she already got, says they're all wrong, and sends them back...twice. Meanwhile, I'm still waiting on my one lonely drink like it's being handcrafted by a team of scientists. Eventually I had to leave, asked for a refund. Very disappointed. If I could give zero stars I would. read more

Great staff! Always friendly and helpful. Know my orders by heart. Shyla and Grace make good smoothies!

Customer service was 10/10, all the workers are super sweet and got my smoothies done quickly. Smoothies were super delicious.

I work in the plaza so I'm a regular here, came in this morning for my usual açaí bowl and the employee that helped me was extremely sweet. The bowl definitely was the most well-made one I had from this location, you can tell she puts in effort. Thank you, I'll be coming back soon! read more

Waited 23 minutes for two small smoothies, a handwhich, and a burrito. There was only a group one other person ahead of me (he was already waiting when I got there) and two people behind me. Waiting isn't a huge issue to me but upon receiving my order I checked to make sure that my food items were fully cooked (sometimes when I order a burrito it's not cooked all the way through) and my handwhich was sooo burnt. I politely asked him to remake it and he said "sure I'll get you one that's not burnt" Took about 5 mins to get my new handwhich and I left without checking it AGAIN because I was now running late (I was on my work lunch). I go to eat it and it's burnt AGAIN. I decided to yolo and eat it anyways because I was hungry and tell me why the middle was freezing cold????? I don't know how he even managed to achieve that but I definitely will never come back to this location again. read more

Today I stopped to pick up 2 bowls. There were plenty of people sitting and waiting for their order (should have been my first clue. I ordered 2 bowls via the keosk. The staff was swamped ( 2 people). I totally understand and appreciate how hard they worked, but it was an epic fail on management. They needed at least 5 people to keep up with the volume. Total chaos. There clearly was no system and they had no idea what orders were pending and what was completed. After going to the counter to inquire, the employee started to make my bowls. She kept going back to the computer, back to the wall to see what was to be put in. Both were wrong. It wasn't her fault, she obviously wasn't trained and was so overwhelmed. With the upcoming heat wave, I hope they have more staff. read more

I usually love going here for the acai smoothie bowls. But I noticed an inconsistency today. Usually the container is at least 1/2 full of the acai and then the person fills at least 75% of the container with the remaining ingredients. I've had it where they filled the container entirely to the point of just being able to close the lid. But today the entire bowl is only covering about half of the container causing a lot of airspace. I understand being busy but while I was waiting I was watching my bowl being made and there was a lot of wasted acai smoothie left in the blender because the person making the bowls did not empty it thoroughly. Then the server hands me the bowl and says have a nice day in a forceful tone suggesting that she can see my disappointment in the final result and she's not going to fix it. I think it's important that there is some kind of consistency in how filled the smoothie bowls should be made to keep things like this from taking place. read more

It literally has been YEARS since I have been to Jamba mostly because of the high sugar content but this day I felt like something ice cold. I brought a $5 bill thinking that would suffice but holy cow that is not even enough to cover a drink. Most drinks average $6 and you can pay up to $8! So while my drink was tasty, my review is for the gal who helped me Amanda. She was fantastic and all JJ owners should feel lucky to have her and this is why. She was super upbeat, friendly, and outgoing. She upselled me on EVERYTHING you have to offer. I ended up trying out a breakfast sandwich that I did not intend to buy. She also explained what things were when I had questions. If i had a business, I'd steal her in a heartbeat. It is so rare to see a young person really embrace the art of customer service. She has it in spades and she probably only makes min wage. Give that girl a raise! Your smiley face and positive attitude really made my day read more

The slowest service I have ever experienced. For a $9 small and removing your cashier you would figure you would stream line the process. Haha. Exact opposite. It is absolutely horrendous service. I went to the store and ordered two orange C boosters. I asked for one to have strawberries instead of peaches. I am allergic to peaches, once I received both drinks I asked which one was which the barista did not even know what to tell me as they were mixed up and told me to try it and make sure there was none? At this point my allergy clearly did not matter. Another worker came and stated none had strawberries and she just did not read the label. I stated I was allergic and she laughed it off and stated I guess I didn't read it. This is sooooo critical as an allergy to anyone cause be serious and being careless and not giving much care to it is unacceptable. I called to speak to the manager I informed her of my visit and then she let out a laugh. Which makes me assume she is either not the manager or just clearly doesn't care and should have some additional training. read more

By far the best Jamba Juice in Roseville as far as customer service and just making you feel happy. I would personally know since I'm literally at that Jamba at least 1-2 times a month. I usually order Pomegranate Paradise or Strawberry Whirl and both are great smoothies. If you have Jamba Juice coupon they'll gladly accept them here as well. As soon as I walk in they're very positive, super awesome and always polite to me. Keep up the good work :) read more

I've been to this Jamba Juice a few times, as I work down the street. This location is always quick, efficient and my smoothies always taste great. The few times I've come to this location there's an employee named Mary working. Mary always greets me with a big smile and a friendly attitude. I know it may seem silly but if I'm having an off day, a simple smile can turn my day around. Yesterday when I visited, Mary told me about a promotion the store was running. It was if you buy one of their reusable cups, you'd get it out first smoothie inside free! At first I was going to decline, however, the price difference in buying a smoothie without the cup and buying the cup with getting a free smoothie was only about $1-$3. So, we bought two cups. The one on the left was $10.99 (free smoothie that originally costed almost $8) and the one on the right was $12.99. Super pleased with my experience at Jamba today. Thank you for the excellent service and yummy smoothies. read more

I order the same smoothie every time I come and for some reason this location seems to make it different every time. I order the pb chocolate love and each time it tastes different. One time it tasted like lemon!!! And I had to turn right around and ask them to make a new one which was no problem BUT the new one still tasted like lemon.... today my smoothie is so tasteless and looks white. I've never had a pb chocolate love that looked white... Point is, the inconsistency with the smoothie making makes me not want to come to this location... read more

I don't normally take the time to leave reviews (I know I should, I'll work on that) but I felt compelled to do so today. I go to this location frequently, I'm not even a huge smoothie fan, but I am a fan of legendary customer service. Not good, not great, not amazing but legendary customer service. The kind of customer service that causes you to come back again and again because you feel good after you've been there. Heather, the GM, remembers my daughter and husbands names, she knows we're struggling with distance learning, she knows that I am struggling with 6th grade math. Heather and her team are so in tune with their customers that they noticed right away when I was not myself. They went out of their way to try and cheer me up every time I saw them! Heather is kind and compassionate, she treats her people well and they, in turn, treat her customers well. I will continue to go out of my way to come to this location, I just feel better when ever I see Heather and her team. Thank you for making my day, every day. read more

I have come to this location in Rolling Hills Estates at least once a week for the last 2 months. There has never been a time when they weren't out of sometthing simple like chocolate or milk etc. Someone needs to take over the ordering so this does not happen. Especially after schools are out there is a long line and people wait in it to get up to the counter and be told what ever they are ordering has something they are out of. We see alot of very upset people. Please get someone to take over the ordering or you will lose alot more business. read more

Heather absolutely made my day today! Thanks for a wonderful experience today at Jamba Juice!

This Jamba Juice was disappointing when we went in yesterday. Husband just had wisdom tooth extraction so we needed smoothies. In the past, this location was great. The manager was really outgoing and made sure all orders were completed correctly and promptly. But when we went on July 7 around 4pm, it didn't live up to our Jamba Juice expectations. First off, it smelled pretty bad when we walked in. At first I thought maybe a kid had an accident in there or something, but then later I figured maybe it was from them cooking something with some intense cheese on there. The guy taking my order was friendly but clearly feeling frazzled and stressed. He'd ask for help from the other two employees, who were busy trying to finish orders. They seemed a bit annoyed, having to help him with his many requests---how to use a coupon, getting a customer ice water, heating up food items, etc. They didn't seem to have the finesse and expertise that I usually see at Jamba Juices. It was as though they were all really new to the job and trying their best but clearly falling behind. A lot of confusion about what drinks had already been made, and one girl made a drink, poured it into the cup, looked at it, dumped it back into the blender, turned the blender on a little longer, and then poured it again. Aren't they supposed to look at it first, and re-blend it, BEFORE pouring it into the cup? It looked terrible the way they were doing it. Usually I see JJ employees will analyze the smoothie before actually pouring it into the cup. Then it was one employee asking the other "Did you get the peach smoothie yet?" and the other employee looking completely clueless. They almost gave my order to another customer because she wasn't checking the names. Basically just gave the smoothie to whoever walked up to the counter and seemed to recognize the color. When one girl almost walked off with ours, I said, "Wait...what is this order again?" She looked dazed, looked at the computer screen and said my name. That was awkward. Usually the Jamba Juice employees will call out the customer's name and order, right? None of that happened yesterday. What is going on with this location or that particular shift??? The male employee looked completely lost. I felt bad for him because he was clearly somewhat new but the other employees weren't that experienced either, so it was not a very ideal situation. Where was their manager or supervisor?? I think they need a more experienced worker there to supervise and help out. I left thinking wow, that place is a mess. Usually our JJ experiences are very positive but this one left us bewildered. read more

I came here this morning for a breakfast fix. My school, Sac State, has a small Jamba Juice in the Union and everytime my friends went to try their oatmeal, they were always sold out. So when I came here I decided to try the apple cinnamon oatmeal with a classic hot chocolate with soy milk added. The oatmeal was hot and sweet with brown sugar and chunks of apple on top. It was a great breakfast and I really like that it's organic with fiber. The hot chocolate was a little bland but I wasn't expecting anything else. After all it is supposed to be a healthier version of hot chocolate. Overall, this was a pleasant breakfast and I would come back again, but maybe choose a smoothie over the hot chocolate. read more

Jamba - 3 stars because hers was all in the cup... couldn't risk it today - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Roseville, California

Earlier today, I came in to your restaurant to purchase an oatmeal with blueberries, bananas and brown sugar (which your worker forgot to put in btw). When I came in, there was no one up front so no one saw that I was carrying a new, reusable Jamba Juice plastic cup that my manager gave me. Last night, my manager came in to purchased 13 drinks and got free reusable Jamba Juice cups and he gave me one. ONE OF YOUR WORKER CHASED AFTER ME AND CAME INSIDE MY WORKPLACE to asked me about the reusable cup I was carrying. I explained to her that my manager gave it to me, and she told me she remembered that my manager came in to purchase those drinks last night. Then tells me "But we already gave it (reusable cups) to him last night". I said "I know I brought it with me this morning, go check your camera or talk to my manager later". She thought I didn't pay for the cup and that's okay, I know it happens. BUT when I explained to her how I got it, she shouldn't have talked back and should've apologized because she had no proof that I stole it!! I don't even know why I was arguing for that fucking cup! I have a hydro flask!! I don't even drink Jamba Juice! But I really liked your Belgian waffle and your oatmeal that I've been purchasing at least once a week at this location! Anyways, I didn't get to finish my oatmeal cuz I lost my appetite. Will not be coming back and will definitely not be using your cup. ---------- Thank you for trying to reach me and apologizing on behalf of your worker. I appreciate your effort. read more

I came in this morning and ordered a peanut butter banana protein but what I was given had chocolate in it. Another bad experience at this location and when I check Yelp I see my review was taken down. So fishy. I came here a week ago and they weren't open and when I came back they were nearly all out of product. I just want to get a peanut butter BP. The whole point of convenience for this store is that I don't need to go down the hill, but instead I need to go to San Pedro or Redondo location. Very unfortunate because I love to walk around PV and I specifically look for healthier options. With rude employees, little product and apparently they take down bad reviews. Try somewhere else because it's not worth it read more
