And no footwork getting your transfers from other pharmacy just have to give permission to do so they take care of the rest.

I use prescription eyedrops for a chronic eye condition. My insurance would not let me order a refill until 11/13. Things got busy; I ordered it on 11/15. My last refill ran out on 11/16. They filled the order on 11/16 but did not send their customary notification until 11/18, and then the message header did not identify either the drug or the sender; in my phone's long list of incoming texts, it looked just like spam. So I didn't read it until 11/19, after I checked the order status on CVS's web site as preparation for calling them to ask why the shell they hadn't done anything yet. The previous time I ordered it as soon as the insurance would let me, which again was only a day or two before I ran out. CVS's computer informed me that it was very sorry, they were temporarily out of stock, but they'd get it in Real Soon Now. The prescription was not new then. They knew I was likely to reorder it, and they knew when almost to the day; couldn't they make sure they'd have it in stock when I needed it, instead of doing nothing, then scrambling to get it not-much- too-late? No... that's too much to ask. Every time I refill this prescription I seem to end up with no drug for a few days, for one reason or another. I'm profoundly unimpressed.

If you have 4-6 cars ahead of you, you can guarantee a 40-50 minute wait time sitting in line until you get served. Fast food drive thru's take less time to give you your food! I feel like I have walked into a warehouse with too much square footage but can't fill it up! The store looks empty, and the aisles are vast compared to most big box stores. I didn't realize it until I got home but the inhaler is different than any other one I've received so I had to look up online how to use it. I wish they took the time to meet with me. There were like seven staff members there so I know someone could have helped me. Customer service is trash pretty much everywhere now, so this is the norm I suppose.

I told her you know you're messing with people's medication's You probably shouldn't do that. This is the pharmacist. I did not get her name. She's a tall, slender, oriental lady with short hair. I took all my prescriptions and went to Safeway, I was treated with respect there, and they are going to order the generic that I was using at Rite Aid. I will never access Walmart pharmacies ever again. This particular one they are very rude and inconsiderate and have no customer service skills.
