Bad Customer Service. My mom could not get medicine for a month until we transfer her to different pharmacy.

Awful pharmacy. They don't deliver meds to a patient with cancer on time and don't bother to worn. Never deal with them. Terrible!!!

And the triangle button wasn't doing anything. We went back to the car shop and inquired what we could do. They suggested that the alarm may be going off. We zipped home and found the key fob that has the alarm button on it. Sadly the fob didn't do a thing. No locking and unlocking the doors, no panic button clicking on and off. Nothing. OMG!!! What to do. We popped it open and the battery looked fine. We haven't used it in 7 years so it should still be working. The battery wasn't corroded so there was no excuse why is wasn't working. Our only guess is it expired. Maybe time drained it. So off to Walgreens we went. In high hopes they had this unique battery size. We brought our expired battery with us. It actually had no expiration date so I should just refer to it as a dead battery. To our pleasant surprise they had it. It looked like a AAA battery but half the heights. We've never seen a battery like it before. Usually in key fobs they use giant watch looking batteries. Those we actually have at home. The batteries were easy to find in Walgreens. Soon as you enter go right and walk past the cash register and on the wall on the right all your batter dreams are hanging. When we found the one we wanted we realized the batteries were locked. By that time a long line at the cashiers had formed. After waiting by the batteries I got in line. When it was my turn she grabbed her key and helped us get our battery. By then the line had subsided and we quickly checked out, put in our rewards number and were on our way. In the car we instantly put the battery in, but it didn't do anything, no light went on or anything. We drove home and now we were in sight of our car we tried it again and the light blinked and the doors unlocked. With another click the doors locked. After that we were on a roll. No more blinking lights and thankfully the issue was solved. We are so blessed that we solved the problem with a single batter and no trip to the dealership. The cashier was pleasant and efficient. She welcomed everyone into the store even as she was busy checking people out. I thought that was a nice touch, the personal welcome. If you are in search of a unique size batter I suggest you check out Walgreens in West Sacramento.

I haven't stepped foot inside a Walmart in months!…read more The location closest to me has always been a struggle , fighting for a parking spot, items constantly out of stock, and customer service that can be hit or miss. So when I decided to try this location for the first time, I wasn't exactly walking in with high expectations. First win: I found a parking spot without having to circle the lot like I was competing in the Hunger Games. The store itself looked newer and updated, and it was clean, organized, and wait for it... well stocked! I easily found everything I needed, and several of my items were even on sale. My budget was VERY happy. I didn't need much customer service, but the employee working the self-checkout area was friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. I noticed some other reviews mentioning homeless individuals outside the store, but during my visit, I didn't encounter that at all. Now for the one little heartbreak... The main reason I came was for a rotisserie chicken, and they were SOLD OUT! They had more cooking, but apparently my chicken and I were not meant to meet that day. Chicken tragedy aside, I had a surprisingly great experience. Easy parking, clean store, stocked shelves, good prices, friendly staff... Walmart, you may have just convinced me to come back! I'll be returning... and next time, I'm coming for that chicken!

I did a morning pickup and it was only 1 person there if I do very early morning pickup - 7am pickup. The workers there were fast and efficient on their pickup and there was minimal interaction. It basically took me only a few minutes from checking in to leaving after the pickup. Overall the experience was fast and efficient. 5/5

I could have gone to Raley's and picked all of this up, but I was already here so I thought I'd take a gander and try Target out. I'm not one of those Target shoppers. I go on average once every other year. I used to go more often, but I would spend money that I didn't have on things I didn't need. It was a waste of money and time so I stopped shopping at Target. I could have walked over, but I was limited on time so I moved my car from one side of the shopping center to the other side. I pulled in and parked in the 2nd row and 3 stops in so it was as close to the front door I could get. I've never had a parking issue on the outskirts. With only needing a couple of items I didn't take a cart I quickly found the deodorant that I was searching for. There were more options than I expected. Next I went on the quest to find some bread and cabbage. Unfortunately they didn't have a head of cabbage, but they had romaine lettuce, that will work for our sandwiches and they had some inexpensive sliced cheese. At first I found some on sale, the good brand, then next to it I found Target's generic brand that was a $1 less so I jumped on it. Cheap cheese works for me. It can't be that different from the good kind, at least I hope not. As for the bread selection it was small and expensive. I settled on Mortens, a classic brand. Years ago I used to buy this brand and really enjoyed it. Today I tried it and it wasn't as good as I remember it. It was a little on the heavy side. I made toast and added some butter and jam on it and it was ok. I wouldn't buy it again. I hope it's better as a sandwich. Check out was slow. I unfortunately got in line after the person with a cart full of items and kept asking how much things cost. Thankfully everything was correct according to her. I should have stood in the next line. They went through 3 people while I waited for just one person. Once I got to the front of the line it went quickly. Target has it's purpose in my life. Next time I'm in this shopping center and need multiple products I'll be back. It's nice they now have a grocery section. It reminds me of the old school Gemco.

The family restroom hadn't been serviced since 10 AM on 3/15, and I'm here on 3/16. There were crackers all over the floor, toilet paper everywhere, and the overall condition was just disgusting. On top of that, the store is always understocked, with basic items constantly out. Lines are always long, and there's never enough staff to support the volume. When you do interact with employees, the service is often rude and unhelpful. To make it worse, they don't even allow you to pay in electronics, which just adds more frustration to an already poor experience. This store seriously needs better management, more staffing, and basic standards for cleanliness. Right now, it's unacceptable.

The parking lot is always packed which is one of cons with this location. This location used to have a McDonald's inside, but now it's a Subway. It also does not have a produce section as it is not a Super Walmart - they do offer a lot of other food items, including a decent freezer section. During our last visit, we came in looking for a CD player for my mom. We luckily found one plus we also took home some Fall/Halloween pajamas, plus other stuff that is currently slipping my mind. Overall, staff are usually friendly at this location and helpful. I'm sure we'll be back soon!

This review is about the friendly service I experience during every visit. Today I was grabbing a few items in the HBA section and needed to find bug spray. I asked the cashier in HBA (her name was Shanice, Shalise, Shyniece, something close to that) and she quickly came from behind the register and verbally navigated me through the store like the GPS on my phone. Such a sweet young lady, we shared a quick laugh as I appreciated her colorful store navigation and I was on my way. Management, please send me a message so I can correct the cashiers name and spelling. I visited on 6/20/26 about 2:30PM.
