When Rite Aid closed I had to choose a new pharmacy. I was tired of the horrible service, and long lines at Rite Aid, CVS, Walgreen's and grocery store pharmacy's. So I decided to look for an old time pharmacy. To my surprise, none really exist anymore. But I did find one, Vitality Pharmacy in Folsom. I decided to give it a shot, and Im so glad I did. The service here is fantastic. The staff take care and interest in my wellbeing. They fill my prescriptions quickly and send me a text when its ready. I couldn't be happier with my experience here. I drive all the way from Fair Oaks to get my prescriptions filled here, and its well worth it. And, if you dont feel like driving they also offer delivery for a small fee. Highly recommended! read more

Very helpful and caring service. Answers phone calls. Extremely clean and easily accessible from parking lot.

Since moving to the neighborhood, I've been using this pharmacy because of its great reputation--and I can truly see why. The female owner is incredibly kind and welcoming. Even though I've only visited twice, she remembered both my face and name, and had my prescription ready the moment I walked in. It's such a warm and personal experience, nothing like the impersonal feel of large chain pharmacies. I feel comfortable asking any questions here, and always receive thoughtful answers. This is truly a wonderful local pharmacy, and I highly recommend it to everyone. read more

I absolutely LOVE this Pharmacy, the staff is so great! Which is hard to come by these days, I had horrible customer service at a couple local Pharmacy's (big name pharmacy's) and I started researching Pharmacies near me that are in-network with my Rx plan. Vitality Pharmacy came up and had great reviews, so I called them up to see if they could order my meds (which other places were telling me they couldn't) and the lady I spoke with told me to have the Script sent over and she will order it for me, I was so pleasantly surprised, she was able to get my medication right away and I have had nothing but great experiences with them since and switched all my Rx's over. Definitely check them out if you're tired of the bad customer service or communication at your Pharmacy. read more

Dr. Ton is wonderful. Recently my treatment facility canceled services. I was lost and looking for a new facility. Out of the blue, Dr. Ton called me and told me that he is working with a Dr. that is now providing the treatment. They had me in for a prep visit and a treatment in the same week! Dr. Ton called back a week later to check on my and see how treatment was going. Not only did he go above and beyond to find a new location for me to go he followed up. I'm very grateful for Dr. Ton and his work ethic. Highly recommend. read more

After having numerous issues at my prior pharmacy, I found the reviews for this place enticing. I went in and met with the owner and decided to try them out. Good move! Staff are all very pleasant and helpful. Even though I have not gone there often, they called me by name each time I came in. It is a small independent place and I always prefer to do business with the small outfits. When I called to get a prescription refilled, they always had it ready that day and I would get a text message when it was good to go. My coverage recently changed to Optum Rx and I noticed that my prescription cost increased by more than double. The pharmacist told me that he has to pay the price that the plan sets. In fact, he indicated that health plans often squeeze out the little guy by charging them much more than they charge Walgreens/CVS, etc. I called Optum Rx and they told me that I can continue to pay higher prices or I can save money by going to Walgreens, where they are an approved Optum Rx pharmacy. Outrageous! I could have had my prescription transferred but I chose to continue with the remaining refills at Vitality. Unfortunately, I picked up my final refill today and I am unhappy to have to make the change. Vitality staff thanked me for doing business with them and invited me to call or visit if I had any issues. I highly recommend these folks! read more

I honestly can't thank the Pharmacist and staff at Vitality Pharmacy enough. I only got the Covid vaccine because I had to for work so I was nervous and crying. They were SO, so kind & patient with me today. The Pharmacist even took time to help me with calming essential oils prior to the vaccine. I never felt rushed or like I was an inconvenience. I will definitely return to help support this local business!! THANK YOU, Vitality!! read more

Dr. Dewey consistently strives to give his best service possible. Not only has he gone out of his way to lower the copay, provide better and alternative medication, and provide quick and efficient service, he shows genuine compassion and care for every patient that enters the pharmacy. And for those who are interested in essential oils and anti-aging products, he holds only those of top quality in his pharmacy! read more

Friendly staff, clean store and great service. I needed a prescription filled and was refused at another pharmacy, when I called here the staff was more then helpful and filled it with no problems. As a result, I am transferring all my prescriptions to this store so that I can be treated with respect and dignity. read more

Local Pharmacy owner that always has great customer service and good attitude. Not like the big box pharmacies that seem to hate their job or the customers. Prescriptions are always ready when I come in and I'm able to keep on with my day w/ no hassle. Thank you read more

Even though Vitality pharmacy seems young comparing to other local pharmacies but this pharmacy will surprise you with their professional and caring services. Dr. Ton and Dr. Bui would remember your name for the next time you show up in their pharmacy and they are always friendly and happy to help you with your situations. One more thing why I suggest going to this pharmacy is that the price for prescription here is cheaper than outside. They may adjust it somehow to minimize your copay cost. read more

Vitality Pharmacy is the best drug store in Folsom. The place is Very beautiful , great service , friendly alo free delivery.

So impressed with the pharmacists and staff. Very eager to help and extremely knowledgeable. I won't go to another pharmacy!

Hi. I had a great experience with Vitality. Before I get into my review, I just want to say that through no fault of Vitality's they can be a little hard to find even with GPS. They are very conveniently located off of Blue Ravine near Winco. But when you pull into the parking lot it is hard to see their sign. They are located tucked around a corner, between Zuda Yoga and a large medical business there whose name I cannot remember and are not appearing on my google map. All you can see from most of the parking lot is a small sign that says "pharmacy." That is them! Once I found them, there were plenty of spots to park close and easy to walk the few steps needed to get to their entrance. I picked Vitality due to the reviews here. After moving to Folsom from Rancho, I had tried and failed with two other pharmacies closer to my new house to get my prescriptions moved over. They messed up so completely I actually ran out of my BP meds! Vitality took care of me as quickly and efficiently as anyone could wish. The Vitality staff I spoke to were all friendly and competent. Plus it is a physically lovely and clean business. They clearly take great pride in offering an excellent pharmacy experience. I am very pleased yelp led me to Vitality. read more

My mom & I have never experienced a pharmacy so comforting and helpful as Vitality Pharmacy. It is owned by a kind & knowledgeable couple Dewey & Thuy Tan. There are so many benefits geared toward the patrons who use their pharmacy. I will name a few benefits that other pharmacies do not offer. First, THEY OFFER FREE DELIVERY YOUR TO YOUR HOME. No pharmacy does that. Secondly, they offer a new gift to new patients. When my mom came in with a certain type of symptoms, Dewey sat down with my mom to discuss her symptoms & how those symptoms made her feel. Since Dewey is an excellent pharmacist and an expert Essential Oil Expert he offered my mom a small vial of pure peppermint and myrrh. Dewey explained how pure the oil was, what an essential oil is, what the essential oil can help my mom with her symptoms and how to use the essential oil even if you didn't have an oil infuser. What personalized service. Thirdly, they offer a free and secure app. Dewey took the time to explain how the app works since my mom didn't know how to use a pharmacy app. Fourthly they go above and beyond resolving insurance coverage issues. They really do that! Fifthly Their prices are more affordable than chain pharmacies. These examples are just a few of how Vitality Pharmacy is different than other pharmacy chains. It is a more customized and patient focused pharmacy my mom & I have ever encountered. They are many more benefits to this pharmacy. Normally I don't leave reviews, however I was very impressed. Go check them out. You will not regret it. read more
