Not over impressed with this CVS location. However I prefer this CVS as they do carry a variety of Generic RX my Insurance will cover and it is close to home. On more than one occasion they have not had an RX on the shelf that my 22 month sons pediatrician had prescribed. This was very inconviencing (due to my sons age) and I would have appreciated a call that this was the case prior to picking it up. Also my Insurance has changed in the past year and with the transition period they were unable to verify my eligibility at one point (not allowing me to pick up my RX). Having worked in the Health Insurance Industry I am familiar with the web sites used to verify this information and the CVS techs were not, this was very unprofessional. Recently I had an experience picking up an RX prescribed to treat an infection I had. The Pharmacist was quizzing me about HIPPA info and my diagnosis, this was extremely inappropriate and uncomfortable, and I almost took it to management. I do not recommend this CVS, I have had better experiences at their other location on East Bidwell next to Bel Air. read more

The front end seems nice, but the pharmacy is horribly inept. Go in to have them transfer my prescription to them, they say it will take 24 hours and to come back tomorrow. Go back more than 24 hours later and they still don't have it. Well I get busy with work and can't make it in for a week. I go back and guess what: they still don't have it because they never started the transfer. The best part is that if you call in there is no option to actually talk with someone who can let you know, it you can leave a voicemail for them to call you back two days later. GO TO LITERALLY ANY OTHER PHARMACY! read more

The actual staff at the store are great, the pharmacy staff is pretty inept. Prescriptions not getting filled, sitting in a queue for days, you get there and they don't have it ready and you can't even call ahead of time and speak to a technician, you can only leave a voicemail. So inefficient...no wonder half the CVS's went out of business. read more

They always say, TODAY MoneyGram doesn't work. They are Lying Today (5/20/24) for the third time I came, they said MoneyGram has issue. But I could send from other location. They can simply close money gram instead of lying daily. read more

I would never come back to this pharmacy. They can't help you, no customer service. Heartless and no compassion. Once they ring you up, you're done. Karma for them is coming!! 0 Stars!!! read more

Can I give 0 stars? This pharmacy was recommended by Urgent Care. I waited 45 minutes in line for them to tell me that they didn't have time to fill the prescription and now they're closing in 10 minutes. Then they sent me across town to another CVS to wait in line there. Seriously, never get your prescriptions filled here. read more

This CVS is clean and organized. The staff is attentive even when the lines get long. The shelves are stocked and you have to love the fact it's easy to park and maneuver the store layout. This is my go-to place to find movie night goodies!! read more

The pharmacy was easy to deal with in getting my medication fulfilled. The person (sorry I don't have a name) was a pleasure to handle my need. She made me feel welcomed and truly understood what good customer service means. Thanks CVS for good service. read more

I like the store in Folsom off Blue Ravine. I'd give them 4 stars but this is bigger than the Folsom store. I just learned while I was staying in Florida visiting an urgent care facility that once I told them where they could send any necessary prescriptions in the event I needed to be prescribed one they had total access to every medication I had been prescribed and filled via CVS over the past 2 years. This sorta freaked me out. So folks, please know that CVS shares your information, across the country, with any medical facility that has access to their system. I guess this is HIPPA approved...right? . read more

Always have a good experience when I come here!Employees are nice and helpful, especially the ones I talked to today.

They open at 10:03 and then they tell me it's gonna be 30 mins to fill the prescription...worst cvs in the area, it's unfortunate that I had to go to this store read more

I highly appreciated the help I got from the clerk at the counter she walked me over to what I was asking for, and we both didn't find it. Then she made an extra effort to look down a different aisle and find the product. I was actually looking for. She went the extra mile to find What I was looking for. I can honestly say that is very rare these days in retail. And I so appreciate it. I wish I would've gotten her name. It was a Friday around 10:30 AM and I hope her supervisor sees this review. read more

This review is for the store and staff. I have never used the pharmacy at this location. The store itself is okay. They have some fun items around the holidays and generally have what I am looking for. Pretty much your average drugstore. The staff has always been friendly and they know where all the items are stashed around the store. Good for a general drugstore stop, read more

Staff is hella rude. Made me use the self checkout when there were three employees that could have checked me out and then had a man come mansplain how the machine worked when it wasn't working properly. read more

This CVS is great. They're usually quiet and the employees leave you alone. The store is clean and well organized. They're one of the few places in town that carry a vitamin I use regularly. read more

The pharmacy technician seems to be very knowledgeable however she doesn't know how to deal with the public. She is very abrupt and matter of fact with the customers. She also makes negative facial expressions towards customers when there are issues or disagreements. read more

Came her with a scheduled appointment for the vaccine for my husband and I. When we checked in the pharmacy technician, Sabiha, asked for all of my information and then told my husband and I to take a seat. My husband was called up by the nurse to check in after waiting for 15 minutes. I watched two people ahead of me get checked in about 20 minutes later. I then asked the nurse why I am not being checked in and she informed me that she has no record of me getting the vaccine. I informed her that the pharmacy technician took all of my information and not my husbands. She was able to get me checked in but we had to wait about 45 minutes before getting the vaccine even with an appointment. I would not recommend coming here to get the vaccine as they are extremely unorganized and do not communicate with one another. I am very thankful that we are not getting our second dose at this location. read more

Can I just say the young man at checkout #1 was very customer service focused! He has the great ability to create conversations even with those that are introverts. Well done! read more

I made an appointment for a flu shot. When I showed up at the appointed time, I was told that they couldn't do it for another couple of hours. I also noticed a number of angry looking people standing in a long line at the understaffed counter. Not worth it, there are plenty of better pharmacies in the area. read more

Always a fine experience, nice workers and well stocked. Always very clean and organized.

I've been going to this CVS locn for 6 yrs and encountered the rudest and most incompetent pharmacist, Christopher Pon. I was just released from the Mercy hospital to pickup my medication and had my 80-yr mother with me. My Rx was not ready because insurance would not approve dosage. I had to "tell" not "ask" the pharmacist to call the hospital for revise dosage approval which he immediately told me it'll take "awhile." I asked where the store's neuropathy cream was located which he promptly stated from the back counter they don't carry any. My mother asked him and his assistant whether they had a diabetes area in the store. Low and be hold there was the neon green/blue box of $30 cream we were searching. Neither the pharmacist nor his assistant attempted to show us where the diabetic area was. I've picked up OTC medications from both Walmart and CVS in Target where the pharmacist has been kind enough to come from behind the counter and help locate an item. I had to go to the front of the store and pay for the cream, return my mother to the car and return back to the Rx counter and my revised Rx was ready. The cost for 2 Rx was less than the $30 neuropathy cream. Ummmm!. I've filed a complaint with CVS regarding this pharmacist hoping no one will encounter his lack of professionalism again. This is no reflection on the store's customer service which has always been friendly! read more

I miss Long Drugs. If CVS hadn't bought out Longs, i'd still visit them everyday for little items. It's crazy how there are only 2 people working on the sales floor and then only 2 people in the pharmacy. Now that Save-Mart is gone im sure some people visit CVS for quick trips but its hard finding someone to ring you out. I laugh when i see the bell at the front counter "ring for service" Can they really hear that when they are in the back of the store stocking items? read more

Just used CVS curbside, super fast and reliable, didn't even have to get out the car.

Every time I pick up a prescription I get pissed off! They make you stand there for 5-10 min before they acknowledge you then say we'll be right there! Grrrr! It should not take 3/4 of my lunch break to pick up a prescription that was supposed to be ready yesterday! Time to find a new pharmacy. read more

Pharmacy never has prescriptions in at the time they say they will be in. So frustrating. I have wasted so much time waiting in line only to be told that they still are not ready. Nice people work there so I gave it 2 stars but the pharmacy is very inefficient. read more
