After being told the rx was not filled and I have been out for 7 days and that they didn't get the request on their app, my confirmation shows it needed to get approval from the doctor. I am told I need to call my doctor to request refills. I have worked in pharmacies, the pharmacy calls, doctor offices tell you to refill via your pharmacy.
