For the last two weeks my car has been pulling to the right, making me fight and hold my steering wheel left due to a bad alignment. I had the Toyota dealership align the vehicle two weeks ago, still pulled right. I had a local shop in Sacramento align it 3 times just 2 days ago, still pulled right. After driving for 12 hours having to hold the wheel to the left to keep the car straight, I took a chance taking it to Tri State Tire in Rexburg. I didn't have an appointment, and maybe I just came at the right time, but Cody and Levi looked at the car with me, took the time to align it, test drove with me and fine tuned the alignment. After about 30 minutes with them my car was driving perfectly straight! These guys were super polite and listened to my concerns and took the time to explain what was wrong and what they were doing to fix it. If I lived in Rexburg I'd take my car to these guys every time I had maintenance or an issue that needed repair. So thankful for find them!

Unfortunately on our way home about 200 miles out we had same issues. We called Kabrina and she called a shop ahead of us in Boise who got us in and found the new sensor faulty. I was very pleased with their thorough inspection and honest recommendations about things that they thought needed to be done. They didn't encourage anything that they didn't feel was necessary. I don't know for sure whether their prices are reasonable for this area or not because I haven't had a lot of other services done here before, but I felt like they were honest and were super friendly to work with. I went in there today to get some tools and it was for work which would be tax exempt. My specific department does not require PO because we use purchase cards. The manager lost his cool, became extremely arrogant and demanded that I was wrong. I didn't have a choice but to leave the tools there and take my business elsewhere because I needed the tax exemptions and the manager made it a point to make a huge scene in front of all the other customers. He proceeded to allow his temper to flare, completely unprofessional and he followed me out of the store with his camera taking pictures of me and my work truck. I will never step foot in that store again for my farm repairs or my professional job. This manager is a joke.
