The manager lost his cool, became extremely arrogant and demanded that I was wrong. I didn't have a choice but to leave the tools there and take my business elsewhere because I needed the tax exemptions and the manager made it a point to make a huge scene in front of all the other customers. He proceeded to allow his temper to flare, completely unprofessional and he followed me out of the store with his camera taking pictures of me and my work truck.
