Zack In Rexburg was the most amazing associate. I had an issue with my alternator wire nut and bolt connected to the wiring harness. it was arcing and melted the bolt and nut. Zack found the issue doing a test on it and replaced the entire alternator under the warranty of it and swapped it in the parking Lot. This was absolutely above and beyond excellent customer service. Nice. Kind. Professional and did it super fast. I'll never go any where else for my car paths now. Most amazing person I ever dealt with in and auto shop store or any other store and I work for Walmart. Zack really should get recognition for this. read more

I have done business with O'Reillys for years, for my personal farm repairs and for my job, but the customer service is getting worse and worse. I went in there today to get some tools and it was for work which would be tax exempt. My specific department does not require PO because we use purchase cards. The manager lost his cool, became extremely arrogant and demanded that I was wrong. I didn't have a choice but to leave the tools there and take my business elsewhere because I needed the tax exemptions and the manager made it a point to make a huge scene in front of all the other customers. He proceeded to allow his temper to flare, completely unprofessional and he followed me out of the store with his camera taking pictures of me and my work truck. I will never step foot in that store again for my farm repairs or my professional job. This manager is a joke. read more

Horrible customer service, poor knowledge in auto parts very judgemental employees instead of helping people or educated better in the parts industry. Definitely, they need to train they employed better to be more professional read more

I haven't been here much but the few times I have the staff was super helpful in helping me figure out what I needed. I also had a battery go out that I had bought just over a year ago from them, so it wasn't technically available for warranty.. but they went ahead and honored the warranty anyways which was awesome! I have been going to O' Reilly for parts for many years now. They usually have what I need, if they don't it's usually next day. They have helped me trouble shoot, returned a bad battery for me, run free diagnostic tests. I have never had poor service. I'm in there 2-3 times a month. Great company. Highly recommend. Also they are open late and on Sundays. Nobody else in town is open when the working man works on his own stuff! read more

We went in here for an oil filter and Ben was a complete douche. He asked us what we wanted.. The cheap one or the more expensive one. We asked him the price difference and he walked us back to them, pointed at them, and walked off. He had no customer service skills and definitely didn't want to talk to us about the products. The parts are average to what is available in similar stores but the customer service is terrible. The employees don't care about the problems on your vehicle only about making a commission on the sales. My experience is this is the worst of the worst. Auto Zone did the same evaluation and found the part needed was not what oriley said but was extremely different and 1/10th the price and fixed it. read more

I was having trouble with my car battery working properly and decided to get it looked at. I had a warranty with O'reilly so went there. While we were getting it tested, I explained to the guy who was helping me that I had just gotten the battery a couple months ago so I was little surprised that it was having issues already. He abruptly and quite rudely responded "Well you bought the worst one so what did you expect?" This was not only offensive, but left me feeling like he was pressuring me to buy their products. I was not looking to be insulted when I came here asking for help. He told me that my battery was fine but that the alternator may be having issues, and that by buying a better quality battery the alternator will receive more assistance to start the car. I went back later that day to buy a new battery only to be told that I did not need to do this and that the alternator was fine. This left me very confused and not wanting to work with this business. I will look for assistance elsewhere. read more
