I didn't even have to wait an hour and the work was completed. They also replaced a light that was out, free of charge. They had me pay and said everything was fine. I trusted them and paid. once I walked to my vehicle I noticed it was the same door handle, but it was now scratched up much worse. It also would no longer lock or unlock. I went back in and let them know I caught them. Shane explained he forgot to mention this and he was so sorry for letting it slip his mind that they did not do the work I paid for. They said they would fix the locking issue. They did BUT now the key doesnt work. I left tired of the incompetence and afraid of more damage to the vehicle. Once I arrived home I realized they did not return my $500 key I had just bought at the dealer. When I called back they said.........we dont have it, we will look. Never did I receive the key or a refund on the horrible work that was performed. You should never go here unless you dont care about your vehicle, quality work or losing your items that are in their posession. I lost over $1,000 trusting them with my vehicle.

My battery now doesn't hold a charge at all because some employee clearly didn't fully turn my car off. After calling pro collision I've been told they are not taking any responsibility at all and it must have been complete coincidence that my vehicle, which has never had a problem starting before, entered their shop working and couldn't drive off of the lot. Now I'm out 200$ out to replace my battery they ruined. I wouldn't trust these people with a bicycle.

I was trying to get home for Christmas when my alternator went out leaving me stranded in the middle of nowhere. A kind police officer called Dan and within 35 minutes he was there. He towed me to his house, found an alternator in his bone yard, fixed my car and within a few hours I was on my way. He gave up Christmas Eve with his family to help me get home to mine. Name of company is Artworx. Ran into him at a gas station. Mind you I only knew he was a pine stripe guy because his truck has his company name on it. Bragging about old school hand painted pin stripes. I asked if he did pinstripes he said "I do". Now mind you I only asked because WHO knows who's driving the truck. I asked if he had a card. " I live a long ways away. Im on vacation. I'm not interested" Maybe it's because I was in a beat up 04 Subaru. Or I had my old beater jacket on. I found it extremely rude. A simple handing of a card or better wording would have gone a lot farther. It would not be the first time I drove along ways away for quality. Even "I'm on vacation, I'm based in Rexburg, look me up" Would have gone better. Now I know where I'm NOT going. If you don't want questions about your business. If you are vacation, DON'T ADVERTISE on the vehicle your driving. Unless of course your just so damn good you can afford to be rude to potential customers. My mom is a easy going 73 year old lady. Knew we had to get it fixed quick so it wouldn't spider out across the windshield. Luckily we were almost to Rexburg. Ryan had us fixed up and back on the road in a timely manner. Inexpensive and looks great! Propane and gas and we're an hour away from our summer job.
