Do NOT recommend. Husband took our Camry in. They put us off picking it up for an entire weekend, and when we got it back on Monday, there were hundreds of extra miles on the odometer and the car positively reeks of cigarettes. It isn't the stench of someone smoking one dart in the car. Some you-know-what took my car out for a dirty weekend and returned it smelling like a 1987 Panama City Beach motel room. I have a documented allergy to nightshades! I cannot even get in the car, now! Why would anyone take a Camry, you ask? Well, additionally and possibly most important, this is a legitimate issue of stolen valor as the car is licensed with my husband's military tag. I just hope the two bit weasel who fronted as a Marine for the weekend got zapped by a speed camera whilst joyriding in our car so the truth will come out in the wash. SHAME ON YOU! read more

they did an absolutely fantastic job. Over the top Customer service, helped figure out insurance payments, and the work was very clean and well done. they even delivered my car to me at my work without even asking me! I got off my shift and my car was there with the keys in the managers office they saw my uniform and brought it to me. absolutely fantastic and if I ever (hopefully don't) need any body work done, I will come back to them. read more

Great job. Had a large dent on a relatively rare old vehicle. Was worried, a lot of body shops barley know how to work on an older solid metal vehicle that doesn't require just replacing a plastic bumper. Velocity did a fantastic job. They matched the paint and it looks beautiful. read more

I didn't even have to wait an hour and the work was completed. They also replaced a light that was out, free of charge. They had me pay and said everything was fine. I trusted them and paid. once I walked to my vehicle I noticed it was the same door handle, but it was now scratched up much worse. It also would no longer lock or unlock. I went back in and let them know I caught them. Shane explained he forgot to mention this and he was so sorry for letting it slip his mind that they did not do the work I paid for. They said they would fix the locking issue. They did BUT now the key doesnt work. I left tired of the incompetence and afraid of more damage to the vehicle. Once I arrived home I realized they did not return my $500 key I had just bought at the dealer. When I called back they said.........we dont have it, we will look. Never did I receive the key or a refund on the horrible work that was performed. You should never go here unless you dont care about your vehicle, quality work or losing your items that are in their posession. I lost over $1,000 trusting them with my vehicle.

They gave me a detailed bid as to what I needed. A good price and break down as to all the parts and labor it would take to fix. They did exactly what I needed so I could get the parts and safely drive my vehicle. -I did get the repair done somewhere else. They gave me the information I needed to effectively get a second opinion and to know exactly what I needed. The information they gave me saved me a few hundred dollars.

My battery now doesn't hold a charge at all because some employee clearly didn't fully turn my car off. After calling pro collision I've been told they are not taking any responsibility at all and it must have been complete coincidence that my vehicle, which has never had a problem starting before, entered their shop working and couldn't drive off of the lot. Now I'm out 200$ out to replace my battery they ruined. I wouldn't trust these people with a bicycle.

I was trying to get home for Christmas when my alternator went out leaving me stranded in the middle of nowhere. A kind police officer called Dan and within 35 minutes he was there. He towed me to his house, found an alternator in his bone yard, fixed my car and within a few hours I was on my way. He gave up Christmas Eve with his family to help me get home to mine. Name of company is Artworx. Ran into him at a gas station. Mind you I only knew he was a pine stripe guy because his truck has his company name on it. Bragging about old school hand painted pin stripes. I asked if he did pinstripes he said "I do". Now mind you I only asked because WHO knows who's driving the truck. I asked if he had a card. " I live a long ways away. Im on vacation. I'm not interested" Maybe it's because I was in a beat up 04 Subaru. Or I had my old beater jacket on. I found it extremely rude. A simple handing of a card or better wording would have gone a lot farther. It would not be the first time I drove along ways away for quality. Even "I'm on vacation, I'm based in Rexburg, look me up" Would have gone better. Now I know where I'm NOT going. If you don't want questions about your business. If you are vacation, DON'T ADVERTISE on the vehicle your driving. Unless of course your just so damn good you can afford to be rude to potential customers. My mom is a easy going 73 year old lady. She was extremely put off by the person's attitude.

The owner/manager said he had not heard back from the manufacturer, and would check back with them on the order and let me know. He never called back, so a week later I called again. This time an employee said the parts were there. I drove two hours each way to find out the part was not in. The owner/manager never tried to contact me to apologize, explain or attempt a guest service recovery. Don't bother with this place, I will never go back.

Over the Hill towed my son's car 3 miles all within city limits to his own lot and not to the asked for body shop. I was charged $360. $295 for the tow. $55 for the car to sit in his grass field for 24 hours. Because I paid with a credit card I got and extra "HazMat" charge of $13.65. My original conversation with the owner I told him he was a bit high. he hung up on me. All in, Over the Hill is 4 times the rate of AAA. I didn't even get that chance to call AAA because he just hooked up the car and left. I called three other tow companies in Rexburg that quoted half the rate and had no storage fee for the first three days. When in a tight spot or after an accident don't call Over the Hill. We had a very poor experience.

Great, Fast and Quality Work! Nicest People to work with! After an unfortunate incident with a deer we were left with one vehicle. Velocity took our vehicle right in. They made us feel like top priority. When I called every person I spoke with was genuinely kind and respectful. They made you feel like family. MAGICAL. Can you really use the word magical when talking about an auto body shop? In this case, yes. We were driving through Rexburg when we saw a car towing a trailer broke down. We stopped to help but Brett and Kevin we already to the rescue. These days with distracted drivers, you know they were risking life and limb to help that couple fix their camper. Clearly they care about others as much as they care about themselves. Just what you want when you need work done to your vehicle. You want to know that they are honest. I just bought a 2015 toyota Yaris that is a great car however there was a problem with my front bumper along with a couple of paint scratches that I was worried about. I went into Velocity, and they were amazing to work with! They got the job done within 20 mins and I was all set to take my car home. I would recommend everyone to go to Velocity! Hands down the shittiest work ethic you will ever experience. Took my car in to get a quarter sized chip of paint repainted on my rear bumber. Took 3 weeks just to get it in even after parking it there for the first week. Bumber wasn't clipped in all the way, spare tire wasn't even close to being tight. I'm surprised they even put the screw on. Definition of half-assed and you can tell. read more

We had a tailgate replaced on our Dodge Caravan. They did an excellent job. They were friendly and courteous and kept us informed as to the progress. I also had a question about a couple of scratches on the hood and Alan took time to buff out the scratches at no additional charge. We will take all of paint needed vehicles to them. Because of the icy Rexburg roads and parking lots, we have met Velocity Auto Body twice in 2018! They are so nice and very prompt. This time the car was done the same day because they planned ahead and painted the bumper before my son brought the car in and all they had to do was attach it!! Who does that?? I had a problem with my gas tank door. It was not opening, and I was worried about it because I needed to fill up my tank so I could make it to the airport in time. I ran inside and asked if they could help me, and a guy immediately helped me and fixed it. I do not know his name, but the man that helped me was so kind! read more
