For the last two weeks my car has been pulling to the right, making me fight and hold my steering wheel left due to a bad alignment. I had the Toyota dealership align the vehicle two weeks ago, still pulled right. I had a local shop in Sacramento align it 3 times just 2 days ago, still pulled right. After driving for 12 hours having to hold the wheel to the left to keep the car straight, I took a chance taking it to Tri State Tire in Rexburg. I didn't have an appointment, and maybe I just came at the right time, but Cody and Levi looked at the car with me, took the time to align it, test drove with me and fine tuned the alignment. After about 30 minutes with them my car was driving perfectly straight! These guys were super polite and listened to my concerns and took the time to explain what was wrong and what they were doing to fix it. If I lived in Rexburg I'd take my car to these guys every time I had maintenance or an issue that needed repair. So thankful for find them!

I had already called multiple places in Oregon and Washington and not ONE other person offered any help to locate one beyond just saying "nope don't have one!" And "Nope don't know who might". Thanks to Weston taking a little extra time to help I was able to buy one on the way to our ST. Anthony's trip last week. We posed this question to the locals and got amazing results. It happens there is one relatively large business in town on the main highway that leads ultimately to Yellowstone that sells snowmobiles, ATVs, motorcycles, and other recreational vehicles. And they just happen to be well stocked with warm winter jackets and vests, just the sort of thing Mr. B wanted. The locals called it Polaris, but it is actually PMS, Performance Motor Sports. The jackets were high quality, light weight, really nicely made, and attractive. Just one flaw. They didn't have his size....but ....they could get one in tomorrow. Problem #2. We were leaving Ashton tomorrow morning. A quick phone call by Manager Corbett (and I believe owner too) and it turns out their supplier, the wholesale manufacturer, had one, and they were about 35 miles down the road. Best of all, they were in the direction we were headed. So, we paid for it so he would get the sale and he arranged for us to pick it up instead of waiting around for delivery. Everybody was happy and it was just that simple. In a world where things can be so complicated, there are wonderful people who fully understand flexibility and customer service. It isn't the stench of someone smoking one dart in the car. Some you-know-what took my car out for a dirty weekend and returned it smelling like a 1987 Panama City Beach motel room. I have a documented allergy to nightshades! I cannot even get in the car, now! Why would anyone take a Camry, you ask? Well, additionally and possibly most important, this is a legitimate issue of stolen valor as the car is licensed with my husband's military tag. Shane explained he forgot to mention this and he was so sorry for letting it slip his mind that they did not do the work I paid for. They said they would fix the locking issue. They did BUT now the key doesnt work. I left tired of the incompetence and afraid of more damage to the vehicle. Once I arrived home I realized they did not return my $500 key I had just bought at the dealer. When I called back they said.........we dont have it, we will look. Never did I receive the key or a refund on the horrible work that was performed. You should never go here unless you dont care about your vehicle, quality work or losing your items that are in their posession. I lost over $1,000 trusting them with my vehicle.
