The work was great and our van in the affected areas were as good as new. Unfortunately, upon pick up a minor issue was found and I addressed it with Matt. He immediately investigated it and ordered the part and told me it would only take about 20-30 minutes when the part arrived. The part arrived fairly quickly but it took a few weeks for us to have time to get it back in. During this time two additionally issues were discovered. Today my wife brought the van in and mentioned the additional issues. Majestic took full ownership of all the items on our list and informed my wife it would be longer than expected and gave her and our son a ride home. Our van was just now DELIVERED to our house with all the issues resolved. Although the 3 issues were unfortunate they took the steps to quickly take care of them at our convenience and provided EXCELENT customer service.
