The two different techs we interacted with (one for gas, the other for a new battery) were kind, patient, and skilled. They were careful to talk through everything with my dad and make him comfortable with every step of the process. That kindness stood out to me and transformed a frustrating experience (dead battery) into a big relief.

They explain everything to me and I know what I'm quoted is is honest, and i don't even bat an eye. I was recently in a nasty 3 car accident. They always handle the insurance for me and when I get my car back, it looks better than it did when I bought it! They wash and detail it as well as take out the extra dings or scratches at no charge. Their professionalism and kindness is always, always noted and so appreciated. Like I said, they are the only body shop my Husband and I use.

He's done exceptional work on my cars and those of my friends for many years. I've called on a Friday at quitting time with a bad fuel pump and Marlin called me back just before noon Saturday to say he had it fixed cheaper than originally anticipated. I challenge any other repair service to show up on a day off to drop a full tank of gas and replace the pump faster than the shop manual calls for. I have been an industrial mechanic 20 plus years and admit to having a few tools..somewhere in with the shoes. I can usually even change blinker bearings without asking for Marlins help over the phone. But I'm not an auto mechanic and even tho I can strip a wood screw just like a pro, I have confidence in my friend Marlin "goon" Jones and his team to keep my cars and trucks going and stopping the way they were before I tried kicking the radio to get the wipers going. It takes alor to hand over your keys. It is not often enough these days that you can trust implicitly. Trust Marlins Mechanix. I do, Joe S. Idaho falls 96 bronco and many others..

They told me it was just the smell of oil on the engine. So the last time I filled up, I went to three different fire departments and person who rebuilds engines. And all of them said I have gas vapor in my car and to get it address as soon as possible. Also, what was diagnosed in the beginning all of a sudden changed. My car sat on their lot for 3 weeks and they couldn't address the gas smell, burned out drivers side headlight and check engine light that came back on after their repair.
