On Monday he drove to get our new windshield, and he and his crew had it put in within a few hours after we got there on Tuesday. In a situation where we would have (and would have pretty much had to) pay any price, he gave us a good deal and even hammered some dents out of our hood and fixed the latch. Friday night at 8 o'clock Steve comes out to the RV park, looks at my hitch and we decide to go by his shop 1st thing in the morning. First problem was just getting the hitch disconnected from the 5th wheel. But Steve and crew were able to get it apart. Then they had to tear apart the hitch and repair the guts. The capture plate then had to be pounded back into shape. Then everything had to go back together. 3+ hours later, we were on our way. With only a small dent in my wallet. My battery now doesn't hold a charge at all because some employee clearly didn't fully turn my car off. After calling pro collision I've been told they are not taking any responsibility at all and it must have been complete coincidence that my vehicle, which has never had a problem starting before, entered their shop working and couldn't drive off of the lot. He immediately investigated it and ordered the part and told me it would only take about 20-30 minutes when the part arrived. The part arrived fairly quickly but it took a few weeks for us to have time to get it back in. During this time two additionally issues were discovered. Today my wife brought the van in and mentioned the additional issues. Majestic took full ownership of all the items on our list and informed my wife it would be longer than expected and gave her and our son a ride home.
