I would definitely avoid this business.

I now know that this is a thing, but I was not prepared to pay 1100$ on a windshield change, when A1 windshield does all of it for only 600$. They also did a poor job on the windshield. The trim around the windshield is sticking out, and there was parts of it hanging on the inside of the car. Costumer service told me I should have caught all of that before hand. But after 1000$, its not my job to check your work. Needless to say I will never be returning to safellite and will tell everyone who asks to avoid it at all costs. 0/5 stars.

Robinson Auto Glass replaced my windshield less than a year ago and now I have a huge crack in it…read more The crack started at the very bottom edge of the windshield, there was no rock chip or any sign of damage to the windshield. I haven't hit any potholes or curbs and my car hasn't been in an accident. I don't drive the car very often so I can't understand why it would do that. We called Robison to see if there was any type of warranty since it has not even been a year since the replacement and they said they only warranty the seal around the windshield. They didn't even offer to look at it to see why it may have cracked like that which is very disappointing. We will find another auto glass company in the future.
