I had two unfortunate 'dents' in my 2013 Hyundai. Had a bid in Idaho Falls for more than 500 to fix both...paintless. On a tip I went to Ding Genie. The bid was significantly less, the work was done on time and was perfect. Both front fender dents were across creases so this was no easy fix. Final words...Paintless, Painless and didn't leave me Penniless! Thanks! read more

I have a documented allergy to nightshades! I cannot even get in the car, now! Why would anyone take a Camry, you ask? Well, additionally and possibly most important, this is a legitimate issue of stolen valor as the car is licensed with my husband's military tag. I just hope the two bit weasel who fronted as a Marine for the weekend got zapped by a speed camera whilst joyriding in our car so the truth will come out in the wash. SHAME ON YOU!

I was trying to get home for Christmas when my alternator went out leaving me stranded in the middle of nowhere. A kind police officer called Dan and within 35 minutes he was there. He towed me to his house, found an alternator in his bone yard, fixed my car and within a few hours I was on my way. He gave up Christmas Eve with his family to help me get home to mine. This auto body shop in one of the worst in this state. They definitely don't know how to treat customers. If you don't like something or you want your old parts back so you make sure they actually done what they say. The painter in the shop Matt's son will fly off the handle and start cussing at you screaming at the top of his lungs calling you every name in the book He will even tell you if you want the old part dig in the dumpster and get them. Way unprofessional and way over the top. Matt will lie to you any chance he gets. if he tells you the parts are inn, well their not and when he tells you your car will be done in 4 to 5 days plan for 2, 7 day weeks. If your car needs a new headlight then they have to wait til it comes in before they paint and everyone knows you don't paint the headlights.They only paint the cars if you're going to pick it up within 2 or 3 hours he doesn't believe in painting and letting it cure a little before you take it. Apparently he doesn't think paint needs to cure..it's been nothing but ignorance, lies,unprofessional behavior ,and the arrogance is overwhelming.. o ya and they think they are the only paint shop in idaho so they can treat the customers like dirt.. beware of this company you will be better off passing them by.. read more
