They explain everything to me and I know what I'm quoted is is honest, and i don't even bat an eye. I was recently in a nasty 3 car accident. They always handle the insurance for me and when I get my car back, it looks better than it did when I bought it! They wash and detail it as well as take out the extra dings or scratches at no charge. Their professionalism and kindness is always, always noted and so appreciated. My battery now doesn't hold a charge at all because some employee clearly didn't fully turn my car off. After calling pro collision I've been told they are not taking any responsibility at all and it must have been complete coincidence that my vehicle, which has never had a problem starting before, entered their shop working and couldn't drive off of the lot. Now I'm out 200$ out to replace my battery they ruined. I wouldn't trust these people with a bicycle.

Warning: When you are trying to find them the name on the building is different and there is no parking. Actually, I was surprised about how junky and disorganized the whole place was. I have been in lots of shops, my dad was a mechanic, but this place looks like a junk yard. So, I dropped the car off for them to look at and they said it would take an hour or so and would call me when I could pick it up. I never heard from them so the next morning I called and they said "Oh, yeah. We have to order the parts. It will take two days so come get it. Sorry we didn't call. It was busy." I picked it up and they said they would call when the parts were in, it wouldn't be more than 2 business days. I called them 4 days later. The "boss" was out and the guy who answered the phone had no idea, but said he would call me right back. I called again 3 days later (it had now been a full week). The "boss" was now on vacation and no one knew anything. I would have to wait until he was back. That would be another week. I waited another week and was told the parts had been ordered and it would be two days (sound familiar?). I received a call 4 days later saying the parts were in, but they were too busy and couldn't work on the car until Monday. Monday made it 3 weeks since my first contact with them. I dropped off the car again and they said they would call when it was done and it shouldn't take the whole day. 7 hours later I called back to find out if I could pick it up at all, because shockingly, they hadn't called me. Again, the "boss" was out and they thought it had been done for a while, but they weren't sure. I asked what the total bill was and was told "oh, the boss left that blank". I finally got a call back an hour and a half later. The price we had agreed on was significantly higher. Of course, there was nothing I could do. I would never never use this place. They are a mess and they have absolutely no customer service skills, not to mention organization or follow through. Beware!!!

My car had been making an awful whining sound for the last several months. We couldn't figure out…read morewhat exactly was wrong with it, other people said maybe it was the power steering pump or the water pump, but Dave and Matt listened to it for all of 2 minutes and figured out that it was the idler. Took a drive half way down the block to figure out that the driver side wheel bearing was bad. Told us to bring it in Monday morning and they would make it first priority since its our only vehicle. The day that they fixed my car, they called me to tell me that they noticed that the tie rod end was in awful shape, and asked if I wanted it fixed. Of course I said yes. All in all, repairs took five hours total. They didn't price gouge me. They didn't overcharge. They know what they're doing, I will recommend them to anyone.
