Unfortunately on our way home about 200 miles out we had same issues. We called Kabrina and she called a shop ahead of us in Boise who got us in and found the new sensor faulty. I can't say enough good things about C & S Auto! My transmission went out, and they went above and…read morebeyond to make sure my car was fixed and that I got the best service possible. They actually had to replace the transmission three times because the first two replacement transmissions didn't work properly. Through all of that, they stood behind their work, kept working until they got it right, and honored the price they originally quoted me. Their honesty, dedication, and commitment to making sure I was taken care of really impressed me. They could have made the situation much more difficult, but instead they did everything they could to get me back on the road without charging me more than what I was quoted. I truly appreciate everything they did and would absolutely recommend C & S Auto to anyone looking for a shop they can trust!

My boyfriend and I went to Smith Honda over the weekend to shop for a new car. We were greeted by…read moreAustin who greeted us without dropping a beat and immediately let us look around and test drive cars. He expressed that it's a "no pressure" type of environment and we definitely felt that. We left to browse other dealerships who gave us really good deals but found the next day that Honda could match what we were looking to work with. That was where Martha came into play. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and just straight-up nice and pleasant to talk with. She kept this temperament even after we stayed past closing time, and although we didn't pull the trigger right then and there, assured us we could reach out to her or Austin anytime. We pulled the trigger on my boyfriend's new car Monday morning. Martha was super flexible with scheduling an appointment and sticking true to the deal she had given us a few days prior. Rod was the employee that helped us with the car's paperwork, making sure we knew all our options as far as warranty, gap, etc. Even this stayed true to Austin's comment of "no pressure" and we walked outta there with what worked best for my boyfriend. Super happy with the time we invested there and everyone's service. Every point of the conversation at Smith Honda was great. Thank you so much, y'all! We'll be back in the future.

They said the battery was dead and they couldn't do any further testing without a new battery. They send me an invoice with several parts that needed to be replaced. I was confused so asked for clarification-- on one hand, they said they haven't done any testing at all, on the other, they wanted to replace several parts - total bill $2300. I ask and they reiterate that they need to replace the battery to do the testing. At the same time, they admit that they aren't sure if all those parts need to be replaced, but still asked for me to approve the work. I authorize the battery change and testing on their online app assuming that they'd replace the battery and we could continue with the testing... I did NOT approve the part replacements because they made it very clear that they weren't sure what needed to be replaced. A week later, I've heard nothing, so I text them back. They closed the ticket because I wasn't a good fit for them -- I guess asking questions about your vehicle is too much for these guys to handle. End result - we've been without a car for a week. Texts included.
