Unfortunately on our way home about 200 miles out we had same issues. We called Kabrina and she called a shop ahead of us in Boise who got us in and found the new sensor faulty. SCR wouldn't have known this without driving the car 100+ miles. They covered the cost and we were on our way again and finished our trip no issues. If ever in Twin Falls Idaho and are looking for A+ service Sage Creek Repair is the place. And shout out to Dale's Auto Care in Boise for fast and friendly service.

I was very pleased with their thorough inspection and honest recommendations about things that they thought needed to be done. They didn't encourage anything that they didn't feel was necessary. I don't know for sure whether their prices are reasonable for this area or not because I haven't had a lot of other services done here before, but I felt like they were honest and were super friendly to work with. I also really appreciated that they also provide courtesy rides home and back to their shop. It was so nice to visit with April and Kabrina!

Decided to do an oil change on my car tonight. After I drained the oil, I went to put the plug back…read morein and discovered my oil pan had been cross threaded by whoever the idiot was working on my car last at take 5. Got my oil change there last time it was done. So it had to be them that cross threaded it. Then when I talked to them about it, they said there is no proof we crossthreaded it. Told me there wasn't anything they will do, and good luck with fixing it. I know people that work at a dealership and they said they regularly get people come to them with the same issue after going to take 5. And to top it off, I was charged $120 for a oil change on a small Honda engine. WTF? they tickle and dime every little thing. Like labor to pull out the air filter, and labor to check fluid levels. They are a joke and rip you off while breaking things on your car. I will be letting everyone I know know how big of a joke they are and not to take their car to a bunch of stupid pathetic "technicians" they are. I have over 6 years worth of experience doing oil changes and vehicle inspections. Ive never once cross threaded anying while doing it. It's not rocket science

(They did not tell me this when I arrived, and had they, I wouldn't have wasted my time.) ...And I can also say that the sign out front bragging about it being a 10 minute oil change is also not correct... the car ahead of my line was more than 20 minutes to be served. I couldn't wait another 40+ minutes and left before getting anything from them, but can say I will never waste my time sitting in my car for an hour like that again.

We then signed a mutual Purchase Order and went to buy it... only to learn they didn't actually have the title! My bank wouldn't cut the check until they had the title (naturally, what bank would take that risk with no title?) so we waited for them to get the title so we could buy it. Yes it was sitting on their lot, but they chose to sell it without the title in hand. While waiting, with a mutually signed PO (a legal document), we learned they had sold the vehicle to another party. Not only is this potentially illegal, it is downright shady. I would avoid this dealer at all costs since they don't play by the same rules they ask you to play by. Very disappointed in the entire experience.

I am absolutely appalled by the way my daughter and her husband were treated at Wackerli Auto. I…read morehave never seen a business operate with such a total lack of integrity. My family was incredibly serious about buying a car from them. They drove 45 minutes to test drive it the evening before, and her husband even missed work to make it happen. They had a formal appointment scheduled for 3 PM the following day with Teagan and were so committed that they sold their own vehicle that same night to make sure they were ready to finalize the purchase. They showed up early the next morning at 9:30 AM to finalize everything and start discussing the down payment. They stepped away for maybe 20 or 30 minutes to decide if they were going to pay in full or finance a portion of it, but when they walked back in, they were told the car had been sold right out from under them. This was hours before their actual appointment and while they were literally in the middle of the transaction. The level of dishonesty is just staggering. We found out an employee tipped off another staff member that the car was about to sell, and that guy swooped in to buy it for his girlfriend. The stories we got kept changing. First it was a walk in, then it was another appointment, then it was a relative. The buyer wasn't even at the dealership when my kids got back, yet they were told they were out of luck. I personally spoke on the phone with Chris, the manager on duty, and he actually admitted the dealership was in the wrong. He acknowledged they messed up by not giving a courtesy call and for not honoring the 3 PM appointment. Chris also claimed he was recording the entire incident and our phone call. I want copies of the video recordings from the floor and the audio from that call. If there's nothing to hide, show the footage of your staff lying to this couple while they were standing right there trying to give you their business. What makes this even more heartless is that my daughter is in the middle of nursing school, and now they have the added stress of hunting for a new car after being completely taken advantage of. They held up their end of the deal but the dealership didn't. When they tried to resolve this, Teagan was dismissive, and Chris and Giovanni were unhelpful and had the audacity to try and blame my children for the dealership's own lack of ethics. Chris told me he would talk to Tyler, the general manager, but he refused to even tell my kids who the general manager was when they were there in person, and he wouldn't give us a phone number for him either. He also explicitly told us that Steve Wackerli wouldn't even get involved or want to speak with us. At Wackerli Auto, a scheduled appointment clearly means nothing and employee side deals come before honest customers with great credit. If Steve Wackerli has any accountability at all, he should be embarrassed by how his staff treats hardworking people. Save yourself the stress and the drive. Do not trust these people. They are disorganized, unprofessional, and clearly have no conscience.

I'm very disappointed with the service department at Young Mazda in Idaho Falls…read more I brought my 2023 Mazda CX-5 in for a check engine light (P0126). They replaced the coolant control valve and told me the repair was complete. Shortly after picking the car up, the heater started cutting in and out, the temperature began fluctuating, and I discovered the coolant was leaking down the side of the engine. This means the cooling system repair was returned to me leaking coolant, which is something that should have been caught immediately during a basic post-repair check. Unfortunately, this is now the second time I've had to bring my vehicle back because a repair wasn't done correctly the first time. Mistakes happen, but returning a vehicle with an active coolant leak shows a serious lack of attention to detail. At this point, my confidence in the quality of work from this service department is very low.

We frantically began calling around to see if any repair shops could get us in that day (as we were staying near Yellowstone). The owner of Green Light Automotive even used his personal vehicle (with car seats) to drive us into town to hang out at a restaurant while we waited for the repair to be done! Pricing was extremely fair (even less than what I paid for the initial thermostat repair at a shop local to me) and I cannot say enough good things about this company. Thank you so much!
