It was close, so I asked what it would cost so I could cover the difference. They told me they wouldn't recommend that. In other words, "we don't want to deal with it." I got the feeling Majestic just didn't want to deal with the damage on my truck.

The work was great and our van in the affected areas were as good as new. Unfortunately, upon pick up a minor issue was found and I addressed it with Matt. He immediately investigated it and ordered the part and told me it would only take about 20-30 minutes when the part arrived. The part arrived fairly quickly but it took a few weeks for us to have time to get it back in. During this time two additionally issues were discovered. Today my wife brought the van in and mentioned the additional issues. Majestic took full ownership of all the items on our list and informed my wife it would be longer than expected and gave her and our son a ride home. Our van was just now DELIVERED to our house with all the issues resolved. Although the 3 issues were unfortunate they took the steps to quickly take care of them at our convenience and provided EXCELENT customer service.

Robinson Auto Glass replaced my windshield less than a year ago and now I have a huge crack in it…read more The crack started at the very bottom edge of the windshield, there was no rock chip or any sign of damage to the windshield. I haven't hit any potholes or curbs and my car hasn't been in an accident. I don't drive the car very often so I can't understand why it would do that. We called Robison to see if there was any type of warranty since it has not even been a year since the replacement and they said they only warranty the seal around the windshield. They didn't even offer to look at it to see why it may have cracked like that which is very disappointing. We will find another auto glass company in the future.

I called around and JR towing out of Swan Valley seemed to be our best bet. Ron was a few hours out, but soon informed me- that had changed and he could come right away. He was quick, friendly, and didn't charge as much as he had originally quoted since it was a pretty quick job. He spared my car and I was able to drive away with no problem. The best part was that he had me follow him to a safe turn around spot, then made sure I made it to the end of the road without a problem before we parted ways.
