We were really upset because we had planned this trip for a year with our young grandson, and since the floods closed the north entrance we were staying by, we had a long drive that morning to get to West Yellowstone. We had only that day to tour the park. It was early and Lane didn't have his full staff in yet and had other appointments he had to take care of. Our tire was destroyed, so it was going to take some time to first get to it, then to put a couple new tires on, since another one was damaged as well. We were looking at 2-3 hours minimum. Our day was pretty much shot. We went across the street to a cafe to eat breakfast resigned to the fact we weren't going to be able to do everything we planned. Within 45 minutes, Lane called me and told me they were done and the car was ready to go! He got someone in there and they got it in so we could have our day. I can't thank Lane and his team enough. The compassion they showed us reinforced our faith that there are great people out there, and several of them work at Tire Rama.

I arrived to an unfriendly bunch who treated me like a nuisance rather than a customer. After I…read morestarted unloading my wheels and tires a tech immediately came outside and barked at me to move closer to the building. I never asked for help. As I was backing up to the building the tech rolled their eyes and waved their hands faster as if I were moving too slow. Then they threw down my tailgate so hard and rubbed their lazy body up and down my paint rather than let me the customer hand them down the wheels. All 4 of my wheels were perfect when I dropped them off. All 4 are now gouged from an inexperienced tech. This was absolutely the shittiest experience possible. I feel violated big time.

I was using my son's truck and noticed the windshield "low" warning on the screen of the control panel. It was raining and the left windshield wiper was as shredded and worthless. So I decided to help the young man out. I was immediately greeted on coming in by Dillion. Gave me excellent advice on below temp RainX brand windshield wiper fluid and a great set of Bosch wiper blades. The store is clean and organized and is well stocked. That would be a solid 4 Star review in my book, but while I was in the parking lot, trying to put on the wiper blades, I was having difficulty. Dillon happen to be leaving the store and look to be heading home. It was raining. Dillion walked right up and said can I help? He quickly popped off the old blades and helped me slide on the new ones. This is an excellent employee for AutoZone. I hope they know what they have because that earn them a 5 star from me. We are from Pennsylvania, so no local connections. I can confirm what other reviewers said. These guys are nice and honest. In addition to the battery, we asked them to check brakes and antifreeze. They could easily have sold us new brakes or a radiator flush, but they didn't. We got an honest answer on the brakes (probably need new ones in 6 months), and the antifreeze was fine too. Once again, a great Yelp find.

Auto Stop installed a rebuilt engine in my VW Vanagon. Within three miles of leaving the shop, the…read morelow coolant warning alarm came on. I immediately returned, but after a brief inspection I was told there was nothing wrong. When I left the shop, the warning alarm came on again. I called Auto Stop, explained that the warning had returned, and was again assured there was nothing wrong. I was told to wait and see if the alarm came on again after driving. Unfortunately, the problem persisted, and I could smell coolant burning on the hot engine. I made it home just before coolant began dripping from the vehicle. At that point, I had the van towed to another repair shop. The second shop found that the primary coolant hose from the reservoir to the engine had been installed incorrectly and was approximately 3/4 inch too short. They also discovered a second hose with a large bulge that was on the verge of rupturing. Both issues required immediate repair. What disappointed me most was not simply that mistakes were made, but that my concerns were repeatedly dismissed. After the warning alarm came on twice within minutes of leaving the shop, I expected a thorough inspection of the cooling system rather than reassurance that nothing was wrong. Because of the improper installation, I incurred more than $500 in additional repair costs, plus the cost of towing the vehicle to another shop. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Auto Stop. The quality of the installation, the lack of careful follow-up, and the poor customer service left me with significant additional expense and inconvenience.

After calling around several places with estimates of waiting a week to 3 months; the guys at Foster's Master Touch were able to re-arrange their schedule to fit me in the next morning. The car was drivable so I delivered it and they kindly gave me a ride back to my hotel and picked me up the following day when the car repair was completed. The repair estimate came in at $320; however they did not have to replace a part so the final bill was $260! As a single female traveling through, not knowing much about car repairs; I was so thankful for the honesty, fairness and how they went above and beyond by getting the car in right away and giving me rides to and from my hotel. Throughout the entire process they treated me fairly. I highly recommend this shop!

I drive from Central Oregon to take my truck to this shop…read more In 3 yrs I've had alignment work, and a complete Old Man Emu suspension install by TJ and his crew. My dad has been going to Tom's alignment for over 30 yrs, when TJ's dad ran the business and we have received the same quality and customer service from day one. I strive to find experts when I don't have the expertise to do it myself. I had several people I trust lead me to an alignment expert in Bend, OR where I was told that my alignment was good, but my lower control arms needed replacement. A $1200 job. I left that shop with data sheets, a screwed up alignment job, a bill and a quote for more work. I immediately called TJ. I was expecting TJ to have to replace the lower control arms. His crew got into the job while replacing my suspension and found nothing wrong with the lower control arms. WORKING WITH TOMS ALIGNMENT SAVED ME $1200! These guys are honest and will not do work that is not needed. TJ and his crew are the best in the business.

We left messages at several places and then left our truck at Tom's waiting for the shop to open. By the way, we never received a return phone call from any of the other shops in Bozeman! Coming off the holiday weekend Tom's was pretty booked with usual customer repairs. TJ said he would do his best to look at it by the end of the day. Sure enough we got a call saying that we needed new calipers, rotors and brake pads at the end of the day. He said it would be ready by the end of day the next day. Fortunately, it was finished by noon the next day and we were on our way to continue our trip. This is a quality business that we would highly recommend. TJ and his crew were professional, nice and made time for us.

Wish I could leave ZERO stars. This place change my oil and due to their negligence or laziness (or…read moreboth) didn't tighten the oil plug enough which loosened over time resulting in the oil plug falling out on the highway, all of my oil falling out of my car and my engine now needing to be fully replaced. They refuse to even speak with the shop or look at inspection reports to take responsibility. So now Im stuck with a blown motor on my 2021 vehicle that doesn't even have 32000 miles on it. Staff is extremely immature and full of attitude. They also failed to get any of my information correct (first, last, and phone number). Would NEVER recommend.
