Ok, I don't give out too many 5 Star reviews but this Auto Zone definitely deserved it from me…read moretoday. I was using my son's truck and noticed the windshield "low" warning on the screen of the control panel. It was raining and the left windshield wiper was as shredded and worthless. So I decided to help the young man out. I was immediately greeted on coming in by Dillion. Gave me excellent advice on below temp RainX brand windshield wiper fluid and a great set of Bosch wiper blades. The store is clean and organized and is well stocked. That would be a solid 4 Star review in my book, but while I was in the parking lot, trying to put on the wiper blades, I was having difficulty. Dillon happen to be leaving the store and look to be heading home. It was raining. Dillion walked right up and said can I help? He quickly popped off the old blades and helped me slide on the new ones. This is an excellent employee for AutoZone. I hope they know what they have because that earn them a 5 star from me. I highly recommend AutoZone in Bozeman. Cheers!

She used a diagnostic tool to find the problem and we headed back into the store to 'read' the findings - low tire pressure. Sarah didn't just send me on my way. After showing me where to find the tire pressure in the door of my car, she checked the pressure of each tire. For only working there a few months, and learning on the job, she was well-versed and explained everything clearly and patiently. Impressive!

While visiting Montana I needed to replace my tires. A dear friend Matt whose family is rooted in…read morethe Bozeman community and surrounding areas for generations, stated he has used Firestone for many years for various mechanical repairs, replacements and also tires. And he implicitly trusts the honesty and quality of workmanship. I am so grateful for his recommendation. Jon and Will are the highly skilled mechanics that I was fortunate to have working on my Chevrolet Traverse. Steve the manager chose the perfect tires! When driving 1200+ miles road trips, comfort matters! And the pricing for everything was Amazingly great! Thanks Jon, Will and Steve you made me a lifetime Firestone customer. I made it back safe with the smoothest quietest ride ever.

Last week, Steve confirmed he had Blizzak snow tires in stock, said he would reserve them, and scheduled my appointment. I verified in advance because I live 60 miles away. This morning I drove 110 miles round trip, took time off work, arrived on time, checked in, and the work order was correct. The lobby was empty. After over two hours, I was told: "We're sorry -- we don't have your snow tires. We must have sold them." Then they said they were pulling my car up. No call. No warning. No attempt to resolve the issue -- despite this being a safety-related tire replacement. I left and went to Les Schwab, where I had new snow tires installed immediately. I am now an ex-Firestone customer. This Bozeman location wasted my time and broke a clear inventory promise. Do not rely on Firestone's word if you're traveling any distance.
