I was using my son's truck and noticed the windshield "low" warning on the screen of the control panel. It was raining and the left windshield wiper was as shredded and worthless. So I decided to help the young man out. I was immediately greeted on coming in by Dillion. Gave me excellent advice on below temp RainX brand windshield wiper fluid and a great set of Bosch wiper blades. The store is clean and organized and is well stocked. That would be a solid 4 Star review in my book, but while I was in the parking lot, trying to put on the wiper blades, I was having difficulty. Dillon happen to be leaving the store and look to be heading home. It was raining. Dillion walked right up and said can I help? He quickly popped off the old blades and helped me slide on the new ones. This is an excellent employee for AutoZone. I hope they know what they have because that earn them a 5 star from me. After showing me where to find the tire pressure in the door of my car, she checked the pressure of each tire. Not only were they patient, supportive, and informative (I bought my first pick up recently and am still learning how to take care of it properly by myself), but they went out of their way to fit me into their jam packed schedule to get a tonneau cover fitted. I'm moving across the country and they worked with my schedule, not just theirs. Price was absolutely fair, if not a deal (tonneau cover, albeit a soft cover, for under 500?? yes, please!). Service was superior. They seem to have a very loyal, local clientele and I can see why. This isn't a family run business that runs on "oh we are a family run small business so you should support us" and then slack off. They deliver. I would recommend going to these guys any day.
