We ourselves were in no hurry to have this glass and more than willing to wait for the correct glass (as specified) NOW, that glass is more money, we can't get that glass, etc... already billed the insurance. DONT CARE!! WOULD NOT HAVE GONE WITH SPEEDY if they were honest about putting in an incorrect item.

They're actually going to be able to get the windshield I need and next week and I'll be in and out of there with a brand new windshield by next Wednesday. Absolutely unexpected incredibly great service! Fair price too! They even pulled the oil change sticker off the old windshield and stuck it in the new one!

He did a stunning job, the chip is almost invisible, but more importantly, it won't spread so I have to get a new windshield. He offered to vacuum the car and wash all windows, but I passed. At my request he inspected why my window washer spigots which weren't functioning, and recommended I take the truck to the dealer to fix a hole in the tubing. Awesome! He also showed us our old windshield wipers and recommended we replace them in a couple of months, but I opted to change them right then. The office was clean and pleasant and I had to laugh at the one reviewer who gave the business a lower rating because they thought it needed "a thorough deep cleaning..." lol.......

Isn't it called onsite auto service? Then, they informed me that they got the wrong windshield for the pickup, would have to reschedule. We brought them to Belgrade, 30 miles from home. Took the pickup to their shop a week later (to avoid a "mobile " fee)where they broke the front apron in front of the windshield, and when I left the air coming through the bottom was louder than the truck going down the interstate. Bad seal, tech blamed it on a seized wiper. Weird, they're new and work perfectly. Sitting here for hours. No offer to replace broken piece or offer a discount.
