truffle pizza
Sophia R.

My best friend and I came to Wally's on our first night in Vegas to celebrate the fact that we both recently got engaged, so we were really looking forward to a fun dinner to kick off our trip. Unfortunately, the experience was just okay for us. We shared the truffle pizza, which was definitely the highlight of the meal and something I genuinely enjoyed. I also ordered the steamed mussels, but unfortunately, a significant portion of them arrived still closed, so I wasn't able to eat quite a few of them. That was disappointing, especially considering I was paying for a full order. Our cocktails also weren't particularly memorable. The biggest disappointment, however, was the service. The restaurant wasn't very busy during our visit, yet it took quite a while for our order to be taken, and our server rarely checked in on us throughout the meal. We were there to celebrate and enjoy our first night in Vegas, but the overall experience just felt a little lackluster. The restaurant itself has a beautiful, elevated atmosphere, and I can definitely see the appeal. Maybe we simply caught them on an off night or didn't order the right things, but between the inconsistent food and inattentive service, it wasn't one of our favorite dining experiences in Vegas. The truffle pizza was absolutely the saving grace!

Came here for dinner on a Thursday for dinner before the Backstreet Boys concert, and also to use our amex platinum $100 food and beverage credit for staying at the Conrad. I feel like this is a pretty solid use of the credit being a more "upscale" restaurant that I normally wouldn't eat at if I was paying full price for it. I got the machine cocktail, as well as the pan seared halibut with yuzu coconut sauce ($48). Total for two entrees and 2 cocktails was $163 for us (I think my husband got a burger). We've come here twice and both times we were seated in the "outside" part of the restaurant where it's near the hostess booth. Pros: - the machine cocktail was very strong and tasty - The halibut with the yuzu coconut sauce was DELICIOUS - I liked that the yuzu sauce came out separately where they pour it over - Really pretty plating!! - Pretty efficient service, all the staff were very nice. I felt bad for them because we witnessed someone dine and dash while we were eating - Super convenient if you're staying at the Conrad, really short walking distance Cons: - the ambiance of the outer seating area does kind of make it feel like you're eating in a large mall LOL. But I didn't mind - Kind of on the pricier side for food that isn't mindblowing, however I think I had a really good time and the fact that we came back a 2nd time after our first time last year means it's not bad.

Scallops worthy of the trip, excellent!

After exhibiting AMOR FELINE at the SUPERZOO we 5 dined at Wally's to cap a successful trip. The ambiance, service and food were superlative as expected, and the attached photos should tempt your appetite. The walls are decorated with a huge selection of bottled wines for any taste, but their bar lacked my favorite gin, Beefeater, for making the perfect dry 3 olive martini. Keep it up, Wally's!

We went to Wally's after being disappointed at another steakhouse nearby. We were greeted by such a friendly wait staff, the charcuterie board was more than we expected, the drink was wonderful and our dinners were amazing. They say things happen for a reason maybe being insulted at the steakhouse down the way was meant to be and why we ended up at Wally's!

We were looking for something convenient in the hotel/casino and we stumbled upon Wally's, checked out the menu and were so glad we did! Atmosphere is nice and casual with great service! We got drinks and a charcuterie board to start and it was so good! Server helped us select a fabulous cheese too! We split a large Caesar salad and flatbread! The flatbread was so good that I brought the left all the way back to Georgia for my man to try! It was delicious! Highly recommend making a reservation, but we got lucky to walk right in!

This was my first time staying at resorts world and got an offer to use my credits at Wallys and I am glad I did! This "wine bar" vibe is beautifully placed within the district. From the host to the servers, everyone was friendly and very welcoming. The food was great! The artichoke hummus was easily the highlight here! It had all the flavors and textures you would want in an appetizer! The pizzas were really good and satiating as well. One little warning, make sure to read the ingredients first of each one, I got one that was little too spicy for me but I still couldn't stop eating it! The only downside I could think of is the "nickel and diming". To get a martini you have to first order a base, Tito's here, which is $18. But then if you want it in a martini, it's an extra $5, and if you want blue cheese olives, an extra $3. I think this may be a little overkill but still didn't ruin our otherwise fantastic experience. Overall, I definitely do recommend Wally's if you are in the area!

Wallys is always a great option while at resorts world whether you want great wine or cocktails, appetizers, or a meal. Staff are always fantastic and it's a great setting. I've always enjoyed it here. Salmon is great, as is their pizzas!

Roasted garlic and cannelloni bean soup.

I saw on Facebook that there were 3 restaurants in Resorts World that were doing $45 3 course power lunches. Since I only have eaten at Resorts World once, I decided to try something different. Wally's had a menu that got my attention. I made a reservation for 12:15 and was seated on their patio. It was a great place to sit. Enjyoing the large globe change its messages and watching the tourists come and go was great fun! On to the meal. I ordered the roasted garlic and cannelloni bean soup for my first course. Very good start to the lunch. Next came the petiti steak frites. I had asked for it blue and it was super rare. Here's a chef not afraid to put out steak the way it's ordered than be afraid it might not be cooked enough. There were pieces of raosted garlic on the steak slices and a bit of steak sauce. There were small sides of ketchup for the fries and a small cup of béarnaise sauce. An excellet main course. The fries were too crispy, but I still enjoyed them. For dessert, I got the cheesemonger's choice. There were two slices of grilled bread, some fresh fruiit (blueberries, blackberries, and strawberries) along with two slices of gorgonzola cheese. It was a perfect ending to a very pleasant lunch. II'll be back for evening meal sometime in the future.

Great bar!

Not all restaurants change their menus over time, but Wally's definitely updates its food, cocktails, and wine offerings. We really like the ambience of Wally's, especially in their great bar area. We had lunch at Wally's a couple of times recently. Bartenders Ryan and Tommy provided excellent service on both occasions. They have some nice specialty cocktails and a large selection of wines. I had two different sandwiches, their Reuben and Wally's Hero. My wife liked the Prosciutto Caprese Sandwich so much that she had it on both visits. The corned beef on the Reuben was very lean and tasty. It didn't have as much sauerkraut as I like, but very few restaurant Reubens do. The Wally's Hero was good. In fact, it was much better than most Hero sandwiches that I have had. The bread on both sandwiches was fresh. The part of the Hero I couldn't finish heated up very nicely at home. My wife really liked the prosciutto and mozzarella of her sandwich, but the main thing she spoke about was the delicious beet ciabatta.

GRILLED OCTOPUS - Excellent !

We had a good experience dining at Wally's. Tried this during our stay at the Conrad - resorts world and we were pleasantly surprised. We tried Owen baked Brie Bread to begin with but found it way too sweet for our liking. Should have stuck to Burrata I guess ! We also got the Mezcal drink which was awesome and high quality ! Then came PAUL'S ENDIVE SALAD and the GRILLED OCTOPUS - Both were highlight reel items for the night. Excellent. The Endive salad is the most unique and interesting salad I've ever had. Great Crunch and flavors ! Grilled Octopus was awesome too and we loved it. We requested them to bring our Spicy Salami pizza without any Honey but they forgot about our request , nevertheless , with or without honey - pizza wasn't good. They were not busy and in spite of that service was lacking. Requested server for a diet coke and again she forgot about it and had to remind her 2nd time. Ambience is good and we prefer the outdoor set up with good views of resort world (Indoors are all high tops in a darker environment) Overall - A good experience with few misses !

CHARCUTERIE BOARD

I've been wanting to write this review for weeks, but life got busy. That said, **Wally's at Resorts World deserves the recognition.** I want to give a huge thank you to **Irvin and Diana** for helping make my best friend's birthday one we'll remember for a long time. I arrived at Wally's a little early and grabbed a seat at the bar. The bartender made an **incredible espresso martini**--seriously, one of the best I've had. I even found out they offer an espresso martini made with tequila! I decided to stick with the vodka version, but I may have to try the tequila one next time. From the bartender, to the incredibly friendly hostess who seated us, to the entire team throughout the evening, the service was **exceptional from beginning to end**. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we had a great experience. And then Irvin dropped a little piece of history on us: **Wally's has a bottle of wine dating back to World War II!** That kind of detail is what makes a place feel special. Great food, great drinks, an incredible atmosphere, and--most importantly--people who know how to make their guests feel welcome. **Irvin, Diana, and the entire Wally's team--thank you for making a special birthday even more special. We'll definitely be back!** If you're at Resorts World and looking for a place that combines an amazing experience with exceptional service, **Wally's is absolutely worth a visit.**

King Salmon

Excellent choice for lunch especially if you take advantage of the lunch special menu. The staff make sure you are taken care of quickly and answer questions about the menu items. There is a nice little seating area outside of the main dining area that allows patrons to watch the folks walking around the area. The drinks are pricey here so may want to drink slowly

Ask the Community - Wally's Las Vegas

Does the restaurant allow to charge the bill to your room?

They should, yes!

Any recommendations for vegan options?

Can you bring your own wine and pay corkage?

Honestly, no idea but I haven't seen that in Vegas anywhere else. We just ordered wine off the menu... it was good and prices were fine.

Do they have a nice selection of wines by the glass under $20 per glass? Does any one have a photo of the wines by the glass? I'm trying to take my cousin who is turning 21 to a place to try wine. Thank you in advance!

I think there was only 1 or 2 at the most under $20. The one I ordered was $17.

Any vegan options?

I would say no if you you want the full experience. You could probably find an item or so but it's not what they're known for.

Is there a dress code?

Business casual!

Is this the same as the Wally's in LA?

Yes

Do you take reservations?

No only walk ins

Do you serve brunch?

Yes they do

How early can you get food? How early do they serve cocktails?

8AM!

The best restaurant in Las Vegas…read more Celebrated my wife's birthday and wanted her to experience the finest dining experience possible. This Restaurant at one time had 3 Michelin stars. (Michelin took a break from Vegas until recently). The award was well deserved and this restaurant has not rested on its laurels. Everything was done to perfection, from entering till we received the check. 2 hour dining experience. Service was amazing and delightful staff. I had been before and the waiter explained the menu to my wife with great detail. Pace of the service for the courses was just right. Never felt rushed. Allowed to enjoy every bite. We had two appetizers - foie gras and pomme de terre. Mains were black cod and duck. Wonderful! Desert was the soufflé. Of course before you get bread from their bread cart and the same after dessert, selections from their desert cart. Amazing experience overall and very nice touches for her birthday. A card, personal menu, and some cake. Very tasteful. Hands down the best dining experience for fine dining I've ever had. My husband and I shared a tasting since I was the designated driver. At other restaurants of this price point, they poured half pours into 2 glasses so my lipstick doesn't kill it for my husband. Here, they wouldn't. The pours are also more like tastings. About 3.5oz. You're better off buying by the bottle since their bottles were reasonable. Again, service was just ok, but not great. It was really difficult to understand our sommelier, as well as one of our servers when they described the dish to us. Maybe if we haven't been anywhere nice...but since we have...this definitely doesn't feel like 2 Michelin stars. Also their valet is pulling a scam on their customers. I didn't bring the card for my Tesla since I use the app on my phone. They said per union law, I had to pay $100 to park out front, even though the restaurant said valet was included. This started our night off horribly.

Doug takes care of us so much every time we go. He goes above and beyond and is so kind to my parents, parents in law and kids when we go as a family. We have such wonderful chats (about family, old Vegas and the evolution of the town) and he elevates not only the dining experience but our trip as a whole. He does it so effortlessly with every table. We also love Sally (super sweet and caring) and Kelsey (wonderful and a die-hard Dodger fan). They are all so fantastic! It is these micro-interactions that are vital to an institution such as Bouchon, this city as it goes through growth cycles, and society at large. When we first started going to Bouchon, it was to hang with friends and catch up. Now, we get to have meals with three generations and as life marches forward, these moments become precious. Bouchon is synonymous with these gatherings.

Enchanté, Yelpies!…read more Ah, the brasserie. A beautiful French word that literally translates to "brewery." Historically, a place where good beer, substantial food, and lively conversation came together without pretense. A place where you could settle in, loosen your collar, and enjoy one of life's greatest pleasures--a damn good meal. Now, when I say substantial, don't mistake that for mountains of food piled onto oversized plates. I'm talking about la saveur--FLAVOR. The kind that doesn't need a theatrical presentation, a culinary gimmick, or a dissertation from the chef to justify its existence. Just honest, thoughtfully prepared food that reminds you why dining out should be an experience, not merely an exercise in feeding yourself. And here's where this particular brasserie gets it right. From the first drink to the final bite, there was a certain je ne sais quoi--that elusive quality that separates a restaurant merely serving food from one that understands the art of hospitality. Enter Alma, our serveuse extraordinaire. Now, Alma, whose name fittingly translates to "soul" in Spanish, was exactly that--the soul of the dining room. Working a packed floor, juggling the controlled chaos of hungry patrons, clinking glasses, and a kitchen firing on all cylinders, she somehow managed to make us feel as though we were the only table in the place. That's not just service. That's savoir-faire. And in an industry where genuine hospitality can sometimes feel like an endangered species, it's a beautiful thing to witness. And to the chef de cuisine--chapeau bas! Hats off. You delivered something increasingly rare: an authentic, flavorful dining experience where the food speaks for itself. No unnecessary theatrics. No smoke and mirrors. Just la passion, le savoir-faire et le goût--passion, craftsmanship, and taste. Because at the end of the day, a great brasserie isn't about white tablecloths, fancy French vocabulary, or how much you're willing to spend. It's about the food, the people, the atmosphere, and that wonderful feeling of being exactly where you should be. Merci beaucoup, Alma, and compliments to the kitchen. À votre santé! Life's too short for mediocre food and indifferent service. Fortunately, we found neither here. Bon appétit, mes amis!

The Hollandaise sauce was creamy and flavorful. The Bloody Mary was excellent. The ambiance is great - casual yet upscale. Adding to the ambience was the excellent singer/guitarist performing live. Bardot is located on the 2nd floor terrace at the back of Aria.

Goodbye old friend! I know there isn't much use of writing this, as they will be permanently…read moreclosing in a couple weeks, but I wanted to rave about them one last time! The dishes they create have been some of the best dishes I have ever had in my life. It is such a shame that I will never experience them again!! My friend is vegetarian and the dishes they made especially for her, like the pesto pasta, was out of this world. We even had to order it again because it was just that good! I have had creme brulee at so many different places, but this was by far, the best creme brulee of my life! Another reason to be sad, haha! The service was out of this world as usual and it will be so sad that we will never get to dine here again and see those wonderful people who make the experience so wonderful. I will definitely miss this beautiful and uniquely decorated restaurant!!

From the moment you arrive they make you feel welcome and special - the captains and servers are constantly checking in and ensuring you have everything you need. This is truly an intimate and unique place and I'm sad they're going away. We each ordered the four-course "choose your own adventure" menu and every item was excellent. Super fresh seafood enhanced with delicate flavors. My wife had forewarned our server from the get go that she's very picky and not at all adventurous (she's team chicken breast all the way lol). He replied no problem and they proceeded to customize each course to remove any and all "offensive" items (i.e. truffles, mushrooms, seafood, anything with flavor etc.). I especially loved the loup de mer served over a Pinot noir reduction as well as the wagyu filet. The desserts are all delicious and they provide a complete petit fours tower at the end of the meal as well. Dinner for two came to $721 before tax and tip - obviously this is a special occasion restaurant but if you have the means and can make it out there before they close I highly recommend it. That total included a four-course wine pairing for me as well as two pre-dinner cocktails.
