Wally Park shuttle drivers are usually very polite and helpful. I always tip for help with bags, I don't expect drivers to entirely move my bags but to help. Driver for shuttle number 41 at 5pm on June 8, 2025 very rude, complained about us having too many bags, I only had a $20 wanted to tip $10, he said he had no change and to give him $20. I did, he was rude and did not help me with my bag. I'm a 65 year old female. read more

I use Wally Park when ever I travel and I love it. Recently When I was picked up from the airport to go to get my car, Lahcen H was the driver and he was wonderful! He was outgoing, kind, and he had a smile on his face which I love in people! I hope he is my driver every time I use Wally Park! Sally read more

Habib was super nice! Wally Park is very convenient. Great for travel at any time of day or night.

First time using Wally park and I'm extremely pleased. I wasn't paying attention to the signs that mark when there is available parking and MARK stop and helped me. He was also my shuttle driver. Thank you so much Mark for your patience and guidance. You're also an awesome driver. I felt say and wasn't swung around. read more

I have parked at Wally Park DEN for 4-5 times now over the last two years and it's been easy, efficient, and a satisfying experience every time! I'm so impressed with the ease of the website to reserve a space, the good price and points discount, and with the shuttles' following you when you enter their lot, loading your luggage, and dropping you off on Level 5 in less than 20 minutes. It's also easy to text a number after you exit the airport to be picked up after landing at home too. The lot is fenced in and guarded. The shuttle drivers are professional and friendly - this last time when we arrived and were picked up at the airport, Lehcen H. was our driver. He even loaded our two heavy suitcases in the car trunk for us! What great service. As a member, I'll always use Wally Park in Denver instead of using public transportation or an individual car service. Great price, wonderful service, and a safe place to park at the airport! read more

Very convenient airport shuttle service. prices are great - especially since they usually have a promo and (free) member loyalty benefits. our latest driver was very friendly and delivered our bags right into our trunk. Thank you to our driver, Lachen H! read more

We were picked up by the friendliest and most informative driver we've ever had, Dale! Made sure we had everything, helped with the bags, made sure that we knew how the lot worked and made us feel safe! This will definitely be our first choice next trip! read more

I use Wally a couple times a month and wouldn't go anywhere else. Drivers are always right there to pick you up right at your car and drop off right at car. Quick and easy and Habib is always very nice !! read more

They are always reasonably priced, have short shuttle lines, and are generally quick. My driver Habib was awesome.

Take a LONG time to pick you up at airport. Other shuttles came 6 or 7 times and still no wally

We had a great experience with Denver WallyPark. We arrived very early in the morning and were immediately directed to a parking spot and had our luggage loaded on the shuttle. They gave a a card with our exact location. The pickup was quick and easy and Lahcen H. loaded and unloaded our bags. We definitely recommend Denver WallyPark read more

It is what it is, a big parking lot to leave your car safely. Shuttle was quick, though you felt like you were being beat up on the ride as the shocks were non existent. It's close and affordable. read more

I love Wallypark! So close to Denver International AirPort! Thanks Dale for a great bus ride!

Wally Park has been out go to parking lot while traveling. After having our car stolen from a hotel lot, we feel that our car is safe and secure at Wally Park. Our driver, Lahcen H., is such an awesome driver. Experienced, helpful and oh so kind! We so appreciate his help taking our bags from the bus and placing them directly into our car! I hope to see him on our next trip! read more

there are never any shuttles when you arrive and you have to wait a really long time for them to pick you up at the airport to take you to your car. read more

I park here all the time and I just received the best service I've ever gotten, from Akbar. He even put my luggage in my car for me. 10/10

Habib was great! Picked me right up from my car and we left immediately. Would recommend.

I'm a loyal member of WallyPark. Love their location and points systems and ease of parking. Have used them for years. Have never had a bad experience. But I do NOT love my most recent driver named Dale. I landed at 12:30 am. after a very long flight. I'm tired. Have my son with me. We each have a carry on. The driver, upon opening the door to the shuttle at the curb, didn't even bother to get out and lift our luggage onto the rack! He stayed in his seat buckled in. I had to walk my parking space card over to him instead of him asking for it from me. He then proceeds to give me directions on how to get out of the airport while yawning loudly. Directions not helpful or needed at all. When we got to my spot he literally holds out a card, doesn't get up to lift my luggage, stays buckled in and has the nerve to say: "Here's my card. My name is Dale leave me a FI've Star review. I got my luggage and stepped outside. He yells: " You could say goodnight!" in the most condescending tone!!!! I looked at him and said: "I had a big fat tip for you and you didn't even get my luggage!" He looked shocked like I called him out on his own job. I wish I could report him to the manager. Next time I use the service and if he is the driver I will NOT get on and will just wait for another one. One star for you, Dale! read more

Shuttle driver Dale continues to be customer focused and does all he can to make sure his passengers are safe and informed!

Habib was awesome!!!!!!!!! Friendly, polite and very respectful. Got me right to my car!

Lahcen was our driver last night returning into DEN. He was super friendly and helpful. He efficiently got everybody quickly to their vehicles. Playing slow jazz on the stereo was a nice bonus! He is a great employee! Dennie Grunstad read more

Dale is great. He comes off a bit gruff, but he's very informative and is helpful explaining the process for checking out of the lot when you return to Denver. Why three stars? The wait. Every time I return to Denver, regardless of the time, it takes a minimum of twenty minutes for the shuttle to arrive for pickup. I text for pickup after grabbing luggage and it's always such a long wait. I see so many competitor shuttles with frequent trips for passenger pickup. Not sure why this is always an issue for WallyPark. Staffing? Have always used this company, but I will be looking at other options. read more

Makes traveling a lot easier. I used to park in the airport lots and switching to Wally Park has made the departure/arrival routine less stressful. Shuttles are clean and comfortable even when they are full, you get picked up /dropped off at your car (or nearly), I feel safer leaving the car there. Got back from a long flight yesterday and the driver Habib was waiting right outside, helped with the bags and, most importantly, was smiling and friendly and made us happy to be home. Thanks Habib! read more
